The whole dorm was deathly silent, except for Jimin and Jungkook's heavy breathing.

Jungkook wasn't moving, his tears had already rolled down his cheeks. He knew it was pointless at this point. All of this.

His frustration.

His tears.

His confession.

It won't change the fact that Jimin didn't feel the same way.

Still. He continued. Wanting to get his feelings off his chest.

"I'm in love with you." He sobbed quietly. "And I know you don't feel the same way. I don't really care at this point who you like. I just wanted to tell you the reason why I'm not letting you do that dance move." Jungkook uttered quietly, wiping his tears away in the process. "Sorry, hyung." He muttered, and turned to leave the kitchen to go take a shower, his tears still falling uncontrollably.

Jimin just stood there, feet planted to the ground. Jungkook's words still ringing in his ears.

I'm in love with you.

I know you don't feel the same way.

What?!

Just like Jimin didn't have control over his feet a few seconds ago, and couldn't move, he still didn't have control over them, when he started to run now.

"Jungkook!" He called. "Jungkookie!" He called again. He stopped right behind Jungkook who was about to walk into the bathroom. "H- How can you say-" he stopped to take a deep breath. "you don't care who I like?" Jungkook turned around, wiping his face quickly, embarrassed. He then looked down at Jimin in confusion, so Jimin continued. "When you're the one I like." Jimin hit Jungkook's shoulder, overwhelmed with emotions, the water works having a mind of their own.

And both boys were crying now.

"W- What?" Jungkook chocked out.

"Yeah." Jimin blinked, shuffling his feet awkwardly. "I kinda fell in love with you years ago?" He tilted his head, and looked up at Jungkook, who stopped functioning, still in shock. "Kookie!" Jimin grabbed at Jungkook's collar, trying to gain his attention. Jungkook looked down at Jimin, the look Jungkook was giving him was scaring him a little. He looked like a wide eyed robot.

"Hyung."

"Yeah?"

"You. Like. Me."

"Yes."

"You're in love with me."

"Yes, babo."

"You. Love. Me."

"Yes! I said I love you! Now for god's sake! Would you plea-"

Jimin was silenced when Jungkook leaned down and pecked his lips. It was the same feeling as Jungkook remembered, soft and warm against his, save for their sticky faces from their tears. "So I can do this whenever I want?" He raised one eyebrow.

Jimin slapped his shoulder again. "Shut up!" He exclaimed, looking around the room, and trying to hide his blushing face.

Jungkook leaned to peck his red cheeks, and then his lips again, this time doing it a few times, until he believed what was actually happening. "I can't believe this hyung." He held Jimin's face, and looked into his puffy eyes.

Jimin couldn't see Jungkook now, a big smile on his face turned his eyes into little crescent moons. He reached over to wrap his arms around Jungkook's neck, tiptoeing a little so he could rest his head on Jungkook's shoulder. "Kookie?"

"Yes baby?"

"You stink." Jimin let out a laugh after he said it, contradicting his own words when he didn't remove his arms from around Jungkook, who was holding Jimin up by the waist.

"Okay. Let's go take a shower then." He pulled Jimin into the bathroom with him, and closed the door behind them.

"What?! Jungkookie! No!" Jimin laughed, face red with embarrassment. He knew Jungkook wasn't serious, still the thought made him blush.

Jungkook's face was hurting from how much he was smiling. He believed that smile won't go away anytime soon. "I'm only kidding hyung. Unless you want to?" He joked again, referring to that vine, earning another laugh from the blushing mochi.

"Shut up, and just take your shower. Breakfast is about to be ready," He pushed Jungkook in the direction of the shower stall, and went to the sink to wash his sticky face. When he heard the water running in the shower, he turned to say one last thing before he quickly left. "and I'm still doing that dance move!"

"Hey!" Was the last thing he heard, before leaving his room completely and going to the kitchen.

When Jimin walked into the kitchen, he found all the members sitting there, and staring at the kitchen doorway expectantly.

All five of them.

The food was right in front of them, and none of them were eating.

Did they hear us?

"Uhh. Is something wrong?" Jimin scratched his neck, a little nervous they might have heard, and were waiting for him to clarify everything.

Taehyung was the one to answer, making Jimin feel a little guilty, because he wasn't telling him anything. "Is there, Jimin-ssi?" He sassed, forking a pancake, and taking a bite, mintaining eye contact with Jimin.

After Jin and Namjoon had went to wait in the hallway, Yoongi and Taehyung woke up, weirdly enough both walking out of Taehyung's room.

Yoongi was supposed to make breakfast, but Jin and Namjoon told him to wait for a little while. That was when they heard shouting coming from the kitchen, to be precise: Jungkook's confession, which made their eyes widen in surprise, and the next thing they knew, they heard footsteps heading to the hallway.

At this point Hoseok was just walking out of his room, having just woken up and was rubbing his eye, so Jin pushed them all into Hoseok's room, giving him a scare. "What the f-" Jin put his hand over his mouth, when he heard Jungkook's footsteps walking past the room, and running footsteps a few seconds after.

They all ran to the door, and leaned on it, trying to eavesdrop.

Even the confused Hoseok who still didn't know what was happening.

They couldn't hear anything after that, and were all burning with curiosity.

"No. Nothing is wrong." Jimin replied quickly. "Oh! There is something wrong." Jimin sat down, and gave Namjoon a look.

Taehyung frowned. "What is it?" All of them started eating.

"Namjoon and Jungkook won't let me do this dance move. It's truly amazing, and would blow army's minds." Jimin explained. "They think I'm gonna hurt myself, as if I'm a kid who doesn't have control over his body movements." He added, a little disheartened. "Can't believe they won't support me." He finally mumbled.

"Jimin." Namjoon called gently, feeling a little guilty, now that he saw the situation from Jimin's point of view. "You know I would support you with whatever you do, or whoever you become. I'll support with all my heart, even if you decided to do it, I'll help you. I'm just afraid you might get hurt, nothing else." Namjoon explained softly, not wanting Jimin to be upset with him.

Jungkook walked into the kitchen. "You know, the same thing goes for me. I'll support you. I already do, and l always will, but just the possibility of you getting hurt, doesn't sit right with me." Jungkook sat down beside Jimin, grumpily munching on a piece of bacon, too shy to look at him.

A big smile broke on Jimin's face. "It's settled then! We'll start practicing today!" He clapped excitingly, his smile was contagious, so all seven members were smiling now.

"I'll be one of the two people to lift you though." Jungkook stated, not giving Jimin the chance to object.

"Me too! Me too!" Taehyung raised his hand like a kid in his favourite class, even though he still didn't know what the dance move looked like.

Jimin smiled brightly. "Okay, it's official then!" He beamed. He was happy to get the support from both his best friend, and his-

Is Jungkook my boyfriend now?

Jimin leaned close to Jungkook's ear, trying not to be obvious. "We need to talk." He informed Jungkook quietly. There were so many things left unsaid between them, and Jimin needed answers.

As soon as Jungkook heard those words, he turned around. "Already?!" He blurted out, and found his face too close to Jimin's, so he leaned back, not wanting to give them out just yet.

Jimin nodded, his face serious. "Don't worry, it's nothing bad, my Kookie." He whispered.

When they both turned to the members again, they found them all looking at them. "What?" Jungkook was the one to bluntly ask, so Jimin pinched Jungkook's tigh under the table.

Taehyung made eye contact with Jungkook, giving him a knowing look that made the younger nervous.

"Nothing, Jungkookie."

"Kook! Joon! You're both too slow!" Hoseok yelled, and went to stop the music.

They had been practicing the part they were adding. Jimin had already made the lift a few times successfully, but they were having trouble with Jungkook and Namjoon's timing, both of them took too much time to turn around after Jimin landed.

Jungkook tiredly sat on the dance room floor, ready for Hoseok to scold him.

"Once Jimin is in upright position, you have to turn around quickly. Don't you want to go home? We won't until we do it perfectly!" Hoseok shouted, taking his role as a dance instructor. "Let's rest for a few minutes and try again." Namjoon put his hands on his face tiredly.

Jimin walked to Jungkook, and kicked his feet softly with his. "Hey." He sat beside him, handing him a small bottle of water.

Still frowning, Jungkook swallowed the whole bottle.

"I know you're worried, that's why you take your time to turn around, both you and Namjoon." Jungkook turned to Jimin at that, still not saying anything.

When Jungkook said he would support him, it didn't mean he won't worry. He wasn't able to turn around until he made sure Jimin's balanced feet touched the ground.

"Look, we can make a deal." Jimin offered, an idea coming to him.

Jungkook turned his body fully to Jimin. "What is it?" He asked.

"We hold hands when you lift me up, right?" Jungkook nodded. "Well, if I feel unbalanced, I won't let go of your hand, so you would know to keep on holding me." He started. "But when I let go of your hand, the second I do, you have to turn around. Don't worry about me then, 'cause it means I'm in control." He explained quietly.

Jungkook nodded again. "Okay, Jimin-ssi."

"Okay?" Jimin smiled.

"Okay." Jungkook laughed a little at Jimin's cuteness.

"Don't worry about me too much, okay?" Jimin said, before he wrapped his arms around Jungkook's shoulders.

Jungkook wrapped his arms around Jimin's waist in return, pulling him close until he was sitting on his lap. "I will never not worry about you, Jimin-ssi." He pulled his head away to look into Jimin's eyes. "And now I wanna kiss you." He said a little dizzily, making Jimin blush.

"Cut it out. We're not at home." He was about to slap Jungkook's shoulder, but having done it so many times now, Jungkook predicted it, so he held his hand back, and intertwined their fingers together. "Jungkook!" Jimin whisper yelled, scared someone would see. He looked around quickly, and found they were the only ones in the dance room.

Jungkook looked around too, and found that they were alone, so he gave Jimin a look.

"Why are you looking at me like that, you perv?" Jimin started to laugh at Jungkook's expression.

Jungkook answered by stealing a quick kiss from Jimin, grinning triumphally after. He got hit on the shoulder with Jimin's other hand. "I think I need to talk to Namjoon hyung." He sighed.

Jimin frowned in confusion. "Why, Kookie?" He squeezed Jungkook's hand a little.

"He's worried too, and we won't be able to perfect the move anytime soon at this rate." Jungkook groaned. "I just want to go home." He whined.

"Let's go see where they went then."

Jimin's plan was a success.

When Jungkook found Namjoon, he explained Jimin's plan, and told him there was nothing to worry about, because he won't let Jimin get hurt.

After that, they did the whole move perfectly a few times to make sure, and went home, getting take out on the way.

Jimin still needed to talk to Jungkook, one of the things Jungkook said was still ringing in his ears.

I know you don't feel the same way.

What made Jungkook this sure Jimin didn't like him? And what did he mean when he said 'who you like'?

Jimin still had to wait until after dinner to talk to Jungkook. Jimin was still washing up, having just gotten home, he wanted to wash away the sweat before he ate, and then stay in bed with Jungkook until they fall asleep.

When he was finished he left his room, and once he was within earshot of the kitchen, he heard someone saying. "Quickly! He's coming!" When he did walk into the kitchen, he was welcomed with confetti bursting in his face.

"What th-" Jimin was interrupted when Jin handed him a champagne flute.

Hoseok was the one to explain. "We're celebrating having you as a band member, Jimin." He raised his flute in the air.

"So suddenly?" The blonde asked, before he put his palm on his chest.

Namjoon elaborated. "We're proud of you Jimin. Not just anyone can do the lift you did today, and from the first try too!" Jimin smiled at that, his heart warm.

"You didn't have to, guys." Jimin went to take a seat with them, with his glass still in his hand.

"Yes we did, or Jungkook would have killed us." Yoongi exposed casually.

Jimin turned to look at Jungkook, who was sitting opposite from him, and tuned to Yoongi again to ask. "What do you mean?"

"Nothing!" Jungkook exclaimed.

"This was his idea!" Taehyung exclaimed at the same time as Jungkook, exposing the maknae.

If hearts could dance, Jimin's would be right now. "Really?" He turned to look at Jungkook, who had a little blush on his face.

I didn't know Jungkook could blush.

"I'm sorry I didn't support you at first, hyung." Jungkook looked down, "and I'm sorry about yelling at you, I kinda broke my promise then."

When Jungkook wouldn't look at Jimin, the older had to try and reach his short leg and kick Jungkook softly, that made him look up. "Don't be sorry. It's okay. I wouldn't change anything about this day, to be honest." He assured, looking into Jungkook's eyes to convince him, and to silently tell him how he loved everything about this day.

Jungkook had to mark his calendar now.

"Okay that's enough flirting! I'm hungry." Jin interrupted their moment, snapping Namjoon from his daze, he might as well have hearts coming out of his eyes watching the two.

"Let's make a toast first." Namjoon reminded.

"3, 2, 1! To Jimin!"

Tired from the long day they had, Jungkook and Jimin went to their room to sleep.

Or so Jungkook thought.

When the younger went under the covers, with Jimin following him, he pulled Jimin close and hugged him like a pillow, contently sighing and closing his eyes.

"Uh uh, mister. Not so fast. We still need to talk." Jimin said, pulling Jungkook out of his sleepy state.

Jungkook groaned. "Really? Can't we do it tomorrow?" He whined, letting go of Jimin and kicking his legs in the air.

Jimin laughed at Jungkook's childishness, he looked like a little kid who couldn't have something go his way. "No. Sorry. I'm too curious to wait." Jimin apologized.

"Okay let's do this." Jungkook turned in bed, and looked at Jimin, resting his head on his hand, laying on his side, the older mirroring him.

Jimin started to fiddle with his fingers, getting shy, and not knowing where to start.

Jungkook reached over and rested his hand on top of Jimin's. "It's alright. Whatever you're curious about, I'm gonna answer all of your questions honestly." He reassured, in a way to help Jimin get whatever it was off his chest.

"You said earlier, 'I know you don't feel the same way.'" Jimin started, making quotation marks with his hands. "What made you so sure?" He continued, looking at Jungkook, and waiting for him to answer.

Jungkook blushed for the second time that day, still not used to addressing his feelings so openly with Jimin. "Ughh, hyung." He covered his face in embarrassment. "You told Jin hyung you liked someone, with a pale face and black hair." Jimin's mouth made an 'O' shape.

"I said that because he was gonna set me up on a blind date!" He quickly explained, getting a little embarrassed himself.

"Oh." Jungkook let out, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly, and looking away.

I was a depressed mess for nothing then?

"What? What is it?" Jimin nudged Jungkook, he felt the younger was holding something back.

"Remember when I told you I was going through something, that's why I was avoiding you?" Jungkook squinted his eyes, giving Jimin an apologetic look.

Jimin's eyes widened in realisation. "No!" He protested. He made himself go through hell unintentionally.

Jungkook sighed. "Yeah."

"Wait? So Jin hyung told you about that phone call? Does he know about- you know-"

"Us?" Jungkook finished.

Jimin blushed. He still didn't know where they stood. They had both said I love you, and kissed a few times already. But did that make them a couple?

"Yeah?" He looked down.

"Well, he knows I like you. I kinda told him because I couldn't figure out my feelings for you." Jungkook admitted quietly.

Jimin looked up. "What do you mean?" He tilted his head to the side.

Jungkook scooted over to Jimin, hovering over him and resting each hand beside Jimin's head, caging him in. "I couldn't figure out if my feelings were genuine or not, I couldn't figure out why my heart started to beat faster when you smiled, or why I couldn't see anyone else when you walked into the room, but most of all I didn't know why I couldn't stop thinking about you, ever since that accidental kiss." He whispered the words, only for Jimin to hear. "Will you promise me something Jimin?" Jimin who had wrapped his arms around Jungkook's neck, with his lips parted in shock from the raven haired's words, nodded. "Promise you'll continue to hold me tight just like this. Promise you'll only look at me when you laugh or smile. I don't want anyone to fall in love with you, and steal you away from me."

Jimin was about to deny that ever happening, but was rudely interrupted with a kiss for the second time that day. Unlike the few quick ones they shared throughout the day, this one held more meaning. They poured their hearts into it, sealing their silent promises of love. When they pulled away, Jimin smiled that kryptonite smile of his, looking into Jungkook's eyes. "I promise." He whispered, moving his hand into Jungkook's hair, slightly messaging his head, and pulling his head down to give Jungkook one last peck. "Now I want some hot chocolate."

Jungkook laughed in disbelief. "Really?" He thought Jimin was joking, until he nodded. "Fine, to the kitchen then." He pulled Jimin up. "Be grateful we have the day off tomorrow, or I would have passed out on you." He said, slapping his butt in the process.

"Hey!" Jimin pinched Jungkook's butt in return. "You wanna die?" He threatened, leaving the room with Jungkook right in front of him, and heading to the kitchen.

They were both laughing, until they were about to reach the kitchen, when Jungkook heard something that made him stop, and hold Jimin back with him. "Shh." He turned to Jimin, putting his hand over his mouth so he won't make any noise. Jimin caught on and tried to listen in with Jungkook.

"You think they got together?" Taehyung.

"We still don't know for sure, all we know is that you guys heard Jungkook yelling out that he loved Jimin." Hoseok.

Jimin and Jungkook turned to look at each other, eyes wide in shock.

"Well, I think that's it for today's meeting." Namjoon.

Jimin and Jungkook quickly tiptoed back to their room, closing the door behind them.

Jungkook turned off the lights, and pulled Jimin with him to the bed. "Pretend to be asleep. They can't know we heard them." Jungkook whispered, and lifted his leg to rest it on Jimin's hip, spooning him.

Just when they closed their eyes, they heard the door open, it was quiet for a few seconds, and then the door closed again, and they heard a distant. "I swear I heard footsteps outside the kitchen." Yoongi.

Jimin turned over in Jungkook's hold. "Are they part of the illuminati?" He speculated, with a frightened look on his face.

Jungkook quietly laughed, afraid someone was still outside the door. "No I don't think so." He smoothed a strand of Jimin's hair. "I think I have an idea of what they're up to." He continued to play with Jimin's hair smoothing it down on his forehead. "Did you tell Taehyung anything about-"

"Yeah, of course. Who else would I cry with." Jimin interrupted, stating the obvious.

Jungkook sat up. "You cried?! When?" He held Jimin's cheek.

"It doesn't matter. I thought you didn't like me back. Let's not get into that. But yeah Taehyung guessed it years ago, and Yoongi hyung accidentally found out when me and Tae were talking in the kitchen. It still doesn't explain how Hoseok hyung and Namjoon hyung know though." Jimin swiftly changed the subject.

It didn't work on Jungkook though. He leaned over and kissed Jimin's forehead. "I'm sorry, baby. I didn't mean to make you cry." He said sincerely.

Jimin felt hotness coming up from his chest to his neck, all the way up to his ears and cheeks. "It's alright, we're here now." He rested his hand on Jungkook's chest, rubbing it to comfort the younger. "Now what do you think they're up to, detective?" Jimin raised one eyebrow in a flirtatious manner, that made a bunny smile form on Jungkook's face.

"I think they formed an alliance, to set us up together." Jungkook smartly concluded. "Remember that day when Hoseok hyung told us we had to make breakfast together?" Jimin nodded, before he connected the dots, and his mouth stayed open for a few seconds from shock, until Jungkook tried to stick his pointer finger in his mouth, so Jimin bit down on it.

"Ow!" He let out, pulling his hand back and waving it in the air. "Are you hungry or something?"

"I just want some hot chocolate." Jimin whined.

"We just acted like we were sleeping. We can't blow our cover now." Jungkook pointed out. "Plus, what are we gonna do about them finding out? Should we confront them?"

"No. I think we should have some fun with it first. Think about it. They don't know that we know that they know. This is gonna be so much fun." Jimin said, an evil glint in his eyes.

"You little rascal, what do you have in mind?" Jungkook laughed, a little curious about the little mochi's plan.

"I won't tell you until you make me some hot chocolate."

And that was how both boys entered the kitchen, pretending to have just woken up, hair messed up on purpose and Jimin's shirt rumbled up. It made more sense for Jungkook to not wear a shirt.

When they found Jin and Namjoon in the kitchen, they had to put on a fake sleepy and tired voice. "Jimin-ssi woke me up, because he dreamt about hot chocolate. So now I have to make him some." He tried to say it absentmindedly rummaging through the kitchen cabinets, until he found Taehyung's secret stash of chocolate, that even Jimin didn't know about.

"Yay! Hot chocolate!"
