Ch 10 The Tournament's Canceled?! An Attack Begins!

Y/Ns POV

After defeating Geras in combat I am currently sparring with The older sub zero and Scorpion of which the two have made amends with each other as the rest observe

Y/N:So any predictions on who is facing who in the next set of matches?

O.Sub Zero:There's no Telling of who we each will face but we must be prepared for whatever we may have to face

Scorpion:And you have to be the most prepared Y/N as you are the one choosen for a great destiny as Raiden had spoken of

I nod my head at scorpions words which the three of us continue to spar

Soon A Tournament Staff member comes into the waiting room and calls for us to head to the arena

After we all arrive at the arena the staff member is about to announce who is fighting when all of a sudden a loud explosion is heard and a portal sound is also heard

Y/N:What's going On?!

Jax:An Attack is coming our way Newbie

Soon a whole lot of strange individuals with sharp teeth and long swords that appears to come from their arms starts charging at us

Basically the attackers that is heading towards the tournament area

????:Kill them all! No Longer will We be Slaves Any Longer!

The strange creatures begin attacking the crowd and anyone they can see

I along with the rest of the combatants all fight back but we all hear The Emperor Shout That the tournament is cancelled due to the attack

I chant the oath which I soon equip my armor at which I charge at the leader of the attackers

Attacking Leader:You dare to attack Baraka Mortal?!

Y/N:I dare and I will put a stop to your invasion!

Shao Kahn:Round 1 Fight!

We both charge at each other to which our fists create shockwaves just from the mere intensity of the brawl we are creating

The others are forced to handle barakas forces but unbeknownst to me or anyone else two figures are on their way to help stop the attack

Scorpions POV

Scorpion:Get Over Here!

Tossing my rope dart at one of Barakas so called attackers I pierce the head and rip it off before tossing a kunai at it making it stick to the ground

Two more attempt to attack to me from behind but I am saved by the sub zero brothers

Scorpion:Thanks you two

O.Subzero:Your Welcome Scorpion now let us three teach these half witted attackers how we deal with those who mess with our realm shall we?

Y.Subzero&Scorpion:Right!

Before the we could attack loud rumbling sound is heard which causes everyone to look towards were the sound is coming

Scorpion:is that?

Jax:I think it is

Sheeva:it's the shokan army!

Sonya:And Motaro is with them!

Soon two shokans along with Motaro step forward before standing before myself and the others

Scorpion:What brings you here Goro?

Goro:We are here to stop these measely tarkatans attack but why are there two sub zeros?

Scorpion:The reason as to why there are two of them is because one of them is Noob Saibot turned back to his original self

The older version of the two turns into his noob form before turning back to normal

Kintaro:Well where is baraka have any of you seen him

Jade:Y/N is facing him alone right now.

Motaro:Who is this Y/N you speak of?

Before one of us could explain a loud explosion is heard which we all turn to see two figures jumping out of a cloud of dust

Baraka:Give Up Mortal!

Y/N:Never!

We look to see the two clash at each other again

Goro:That Armor.....it can't be can it?

Sheeva:Prince Goro?

Goro looks at sheeva before looking at the attacking army

Goro:It's nothing... We will help you all stop the tarkatans

Scorpion:Right Thank you Goro

Goro Kintaro and Motaro all nod their heads which they and the shokans all charge into battle with us following behind closely

Y/Ns POV

I block an attack from Barakas Blade which I retaliate by slashing with the sword I have

Baraka:Stop Resisting Mortal you can't win!

Y/N:Like hell I'll stop! If I can't stop a simple attack what sort of emperor of destiny am I?!

Baraka rushes at me with his arm blades which I rush at with my sword

*Clang* *Clash* *Clang* *Clang*

I soon slash off one of Barakas arms which causes baraka to scream in agony

Baraka:You Bastard!

With his remaining  blade arm he rushes at me and manages to cut my face which I soon hear a shriek come from one of the few in my harem

Baraka then trys to slash at me again only for a four armed giant with tiger stripes to catch his blade with his bare hand and break it in two before ripping the head off of baraka

The four armed giant then walks over to me and offers a hand up

Y/N:Thank you but who are you?

Voice:His Name is Kintaro and he is a shokan

Turning my head I see another four armed Giant along with a horse like man walking over to me

Goro:My Name is Goro and I'm the prince of the shokans as for the centaurian next to me

Motaro:I am called Motaro it is a pleasure to meet you

Y/N:Likewise it's nice to meet you both and you as well Kintaro

Goro:Now I would like to ask you of something in regards to the armor you wore during the fight with Baraka

Y/N:What is it?

Goro:Where and how did you get the armor?

I then explain everything in regards to how I got the sword to the chant that I use for when I have to equip the armor I even include the destiny for me that raiden told everyone the other day

Goro:Right well here is something that may be of a surprise for you... The two powerful ally's that are to help you within your destiny? I am one of them

Y.Subzero:Really Goro? Your one of Y/Ns powerful ally's?

Goro nods his head

Y/N:Well if your really one of the powerful ally's that is to help me with my destiny then I look forward to working with you Prince Goro

I extend my hand for a handshake which Goro simply shakes my hand

We all look towards the emperor who explains that the tournament will have to continue in the next 50 years

Leaving the tournament grounds Goro looks to me

Goro:Do you have any plans atm Y/N?

Y/N:Actually I'm suppose to go see Onaga the dragon king as I did say that once the tournament was over

Sindel:You did say that dear but for now you need to rest so that your wound that baraka gave you can heal

I nod at sindels words which all of us head to the house I share with scorpion and the younger sub zero
