Author's Pov:

Vivan was busy admiring advika , when someone tapped on his shoulder he looked back to see her sister standing there giving him teasing looks while vivan shot her glares to not say or do anything otherwise he is going to kill her but Sarah didn't gave him a damn.

"You are whipped big brother, never imagined I am going to see my ruthless brother like this ," she teasingly said.

"Sarah , I am warning you don't do anything " he said knowing his sister very well.

"Well I am thinking of meeting my soon to be bhabhi , bye bye bhai" Sarah said running out from there before vivan can stop her.

Sarah went towards advika and said hi , advika looked at her confusingly but when Sarah introduced herself advika got relaxed and she smiled then Sarah said something to which advika laughed and her eyes went where vivan's standing and she laughed wholeheartedly while vivan feeling her eyes on him got nervous and he acted like someone called him and he leaped out of there while both girls laughed seeing him running.

Vivan went inside and he saw agam arguing with Tara he face planed himself and looked around people mainly servants present there looking at them with wide eyes , because that's backyard so only servants are there he thanked God that no-one else is there otherwise it will be so embarassing he stride towards them and tried to stop them but whenever he tried to stop them they both will shout at him and he will flinch back.

He then got angry with both of them because how dare they shout at him but then he saw advika and Sarah coming and seeing them he went towards the hall area , because he didn't know what Sarah said to her but he surely said something embarrassing to her so he don't want to come in front of advika now.

He saw her mom then something strike in his mind he went towards her and took her on side.

"What happened vivan" Mahi asked?!

"Mom , I want to tell you something , you wanted to know how your car got dent because Sarah took it at night with her friends for a party and then she got drunk and they slammed your car in the tree and then she also lied to you." Vivan told Mahi knowing how much she loves her car.

Vivan internally laughed thinking his Little sissy is so gone now as he can clearly see on his mom's face how angry she is.

Vivan - 1 Sarah - 0

He laughed internally.

Then he saw his dad coming with advika's uncle and aunt and seeing them mahi composed herself and smiled looking at them as if just a few seconds back she was not beating the shit out of her daughter in her head.

Advika's uncle and aunt told them everything is ready and pandit ji(priest) is calling everyone for the pooja(prayers).

They all went to the temple area , there are not many people just vivan's family and advika's family and advika's close relatives as the party is going to start after 1-2 hours so the guests haven't arrived yet.

Everyone gathered there and sat on their places while advika's uncle aunt sat in front while vivan's mom dad sat behind them vivan was also about to sit with his parents when Sarah came runningly and sat there leaving no space for him to sit , vivan looked around to see there is some space where advika is sitting but he can't sit there properly because there is just a little space , and it seems like advika find out what is going on in his mind so she just moved aside slowly to make more space for him.

Vivan saw that and smiled looking at her while advika sensing his gaze on her , closed her eyes and joined her hands she started looking forward. Vivan chuckled at her act and he slowly went towards her and sat beside her and he saw her closed eyes and a soft smile forming on her face , he also closed her eyes and joined his hand.

After sometime , when he opened his eyes , he saw her side was empty She left from there so he slowly stood up and without disturbing anyone he went away from there and started finding her only to see her sitting in the garden lonely busy in thinking about something.

When vivan approached her and tapped on her shoulder , she flinched back but then relaxed seeing him , and then something clicked in her mind and she abruptly stood and asked ," Is the pooja completed?!"

"Noah , it is still going "

"ohh so why are you here?!" She asked though she knows the answer.

"Because you are here" he straightforwardly answered , while advika gasped because she thought he was going to make excuses she didn't think he would be so straightforward , because this line of him made her feel butterflies in her stomach and she could feel her cheeks getting heat up.

"Can I ask you one thing why are you here , I mean why you left the pooja in between and came here , is there any problem" vivan asked calmly while advika think about something and a sad smile adorned her face but then she composed herself and with a straight face she replied,"Because I don't believe on God , they have always snatched everything from me " vivan just got stunned to hear her words and advika was about to pass away from there when vivan hold her hand from behind.

"I don't want to question you , not believing god is your choice , but always remember whether you believe in him or not whether you pray to him or not , he is always going to be always there for you" vivan said making advika looked back at him while vivan step closer to her ," He may have snatched a lot of things from you but beleive me there must be a reason for that , never doubt him even in bad times " he stepped more closer to her while a lone tear came from advika's eyes and he slowly cupped her face with his hands and wipe her tear " and you know what I am his favourite person so from now onwards you are his favourite person too because you are my favourite person" advika cannot control her emotions hearing that and she just hugged him tightly latching her arms around his neck finding solace and peace in his arms.

They keep standing there finding solace in each other's arms when they hear some throat clearing voices , they looked to see swaraj standing there giving them teasing smile , seeing her they remembered their position and they break the hug and before Sarah could speak anything advika ran away from there while vivan keep glared sarab and slapping on the back of her head he went inside while Sarah made crying face and rubbing her head she went inside.

Coming back , Sarah saw vivan and advika sitting on their places with closed eyes and their hands joined , she also silently went towards her seat and joining her hands she focused back on the prayers.

When all the prayers were done , everyone stood up for the aarti one by one everyone came in front and did the aarti and they went behind , lastly when vivan came in front and took the plate of aarti in his hands , from the other side advika also took the plate in her hand , advika was about to remove her hand seeing Vivan but vivan hold her hand which is under the plate and he assured her from eyes and started performing aarti with her while elders smiled looking them.

After all the prayers completed , everyone started going from the temple lastly joining their hands in front of God while advika's uncle aunt and vivan's parents stayed there to discuss about advika and vivan's wedding date and all will the priest.

Meanwhile , Sarah , advika , Tara went inside and behind advika , vivan also started going tagging agam along with him so that it didn't feel like he is stalking her.

They are going when Vivan hears someone calling him he turned around to look at some of his business associates there , He doesn't want to buy he has to go towards them so making a small smile he approached them and so does vivan and they started chit chatting about business related stuff , though vivaan keep looking around to get a glance of her but after looking around he got he is not here maybe she has gone somewhere so he distracted himself from the thoughts and focused on what they are talking.

But after sometime in between the talks , he find someone's eyes on him , he looked around once but he didn't find anyone but then his eyes went upwards and he saw her standing there looking at him but seeing his eyes on her she started looking into phone trying to act like she is not looking at him , vivan chuckled at her antics and he excuses himself from there and went away from there and started climbing the stairs seeing him coming upstairs, advika got shocked and she started running from there picking up her lehanga and he kept running behind her while she kept hiding from him.

After sometime advika moved out from her hidden place thinking he is gone and she was about to went from there when vivan sneaked his hand from behind and pulling her close from her waist and intensely he whispered in her ears ,"Caught you" which made her breath hitched and she find herself weak on her knees and seeing her getting so affected by his touch his hold on her waist got tightened and he started nuzzling in her neck while advika gasped and they were engrossed in this moment when their this moment got broken with the phone ringing sound of vivan , vivan cursed under her breath while advika tried to inhale as much as she can , she still cannot understand what just happened , why did she still feeling those tickling sensations , vivan picked up the call and answered ," Yes dad , I am upstairs , yeah advika is also with me , okay we are coming " Advika getting a chance pulled her out of his grip and was about to leave but vivan got hold of her hand cutting his call he put the phone in his pocket and step closer to her again.

"Vivan I want to say something , that I think we should not get close before marriage " she tried to say this between her uneven breaths while vivan chuckled smirkingly he stepped closed and bend towards her face she clutched her lehanga with her hand she was going to close her eyes when she saw him leaning towards her and seeing her eyes closed he chuckled and whispered in her ears ," they are calling us downstairs, come soon" and she opened her eyes to see he has already has left her hand and was standing there smiling smirking and he went from there meanwhile advika kept standing there , she placed her hand on her heart to hear her raising breaths , she looked at the mirror to see cheeks go all red her breaths are uneven, she went towards the washroom and made her look presentable then she tried to inhale as much as she can and went outside the room trying to be confident.

But all her confidence got in vain when she saw him smirking there, she tried to avoid them and just then Tara approached her asking her "where she went away" , while advika just gave her some excuses meanwhile advika's uncle and aunt called her in front and made her stand behind vivan.

"Ladies and gentlemen we had a announcement to make , I am happy to announce that we finally find a perfect match for my niece , advika , which is Mr.Vivan Raichand and I am gladly to share that we have decided to get them engaged on 14th July " Everyone cheered up while advika and vivan stood up frozen they came back to their trance when people started coming towards them to congratulate them , advika see towards vivan and he winked at her she moved her face towards other side , Sarah came towards them and took both of them in a hug when vivan gave her teasing smile and tried to take her hands towards her while advika slapped on her hand and broke the hug and went from there.

"Bro I am so so happy for you and don't worry I didn't tell her anything I just told her to act like that I told her something and laugh looking at you and she did , she is so sweet I swear" Sarah said while vivan face palmed himself thinking now she is going to kill her, he saw her sheepishly while she looked at him with narrow eyes "What did you do?!" she asked. "Nothing "he whispered , because if he told her here what he did she will surely gonna create a scene and he can't afford that so he decided to shut his mouth wishing in his mind that his mom just forget everything when they reach home.

Poor Sarah...
