Chapter 474 Realizing that he could no longer hide the truth from Elliot, Chad said, âAvery went to see

snapped angrily. âIf Elliot finds out about this, donât you think he will take Averyâs side?â
Wandaâs face was composed as she said, âI guessed it. The boy looks a lot like Elliot. When Elliot will
fight for custody of the children when he finds out theyâre his?! There must be a reason why Avery is so
terrified of Elliot finding out about it!â
Wandaâs answer made Zoe lift her hands and massage her temples.
She hoped that she was overreacting.
âAveryâs right-hand-man, Mike, is a computer genius,â Wanda said with a seething expression. âHe
ruined a perfect plan. Heâs got something on me now, instead. I can hide my connection to the entire
thing, but we canât use the same move again.â
The moment Wanda finished speaking, her phone rang.
She answered the phone, and was welcome by the pleading cries of her bodyguard, âMadam Tate! Help!
Save me!â
The line suddenly went dead.
Wanda did not have time to ask what was going on.
âWhat is it?â Zoe asked.
When she saw the pale expression on Wandaâs face, she felt her heart jump to her throat.
With furrowed brows, Wanda walked towards the door and said, âIt was my bodyguard⦠I think heâs in
trouble!â
As the two women exited the office, the elevator doors steps away opened up slowly.
A man covered in blood slowly crawled out of the elevator.
Zoe let out a horrified shriek!
The color completely drained from Wandaâs face!

With trembling fingers, she answered the phone.
âHey, Madam Tate. Ask your assistant to watch herself when she leaves the house!â threatened the
unknown man on the other end of the line.
Wanda instantly confirmed that Avery was behind something this cruel.
âIâm calling the police! Youâre the one who should watch out!â
âSure! Go ahead and call the police as long as youâre sure you can handle the consequences of being
Mr. Fosterâs enemy,â said the voice on the phone as he let out a sinister chuckle.
