Chief Tsuragamae took another lick of coffee. Everything has been going as planned, but he still felt uneasy.
All Might was receiving a "thank you" commemoration from some corporate officials. He had saved all of their employees when an earthquake caused a fire which weakened the structure further, causing it to collapse. This was just supposed to be another appreciation ceremony that All Might was begged to attend. That was the case, till the letters started...
Two days after All Might had resolved the incident with the earthquake and the company wanted to officially recognize his heroic efforts, All Might started receiving drawings. They were just simple doodles, made with various Crayola, that depicted All Might being defeated by what seems to be a villain drawn in blue.
Normally, this would be just shrugged off as a prank. Just another one of his fans trying to be funny.
Then he got another. It was of the same style, but it showed him being defeated by a robot.
Then another, with All Might being hit by what appears to be an ice cream truck.
And then another, with him being hit by a giant frying pan...
And then another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
And another...
...
By the end of the week, All Might had received approximately 4,364 individual drawings, each uniquely with threatening depictions. When the police were contacted, they involved a civilian with a unique quirk to determine how objects were made, in hopes to uncover the sender's identity.
When the civilian used their quirk, they gain a kind of vision of a point in time when an object is being manufactured. Using the civilians description of the manufacturing process and environment, police are able to gather clues to the location of the designated manufacturing site and hopefully the manufacturers themselves. And with the drawings being simple doodles, it was expected for there to be an individual or a group of individuals to be making these by hand. And if they were made by hand, uncovering the identities of the doodler(s) would be relatively easy since the civilian's quirk would give them a vision of the person drawing the doodles with Crayola. But the vision that the civilian received when presented with the doodles did not fit into the police's expectations...
Each of the individual and unique drawings had been made with autonomous machines, specifically programmed to draw this unique style of art. Whoever programmed them went to great extents to cover their tracks.
This meant, unfortunately, that it was highly likely that these doodles were, in fact, threats from a villain. Someone who was smart and handy enough to create autonomous machines for the sole purpose of drawing the "threat doodles". They must have either been paranoid or had information in regards to the civilian that the police involved, in which the later was much more concerning. If the villain knew of the police's relationship with the civilian, then it is possible that the civilian might also be in danger.
The civilian was not officially working with the police, as too much attention could put the civilian in danger. Now that there was a possibility of a villain knowing of the civilians involvement, they had to quickly get the civilian out of the picture for their safety.
Chief Tsuragamae had hero Night Eye use his quirk on All Might before the ceremony. Nothing popped up, but they still didn't let their guard down. If the villain could plan ahead to avoid the effects of the civilian's quirk, maybe they also had a plan to avoid Night Eye's.
*Radio Crackles*
"Chief. The Eagle has landed."
*Radio Crackles*
Tsuragamae picked up his receiver.
*Radio Crackles*
"Understood."
*Radio Crackles*
All Might had just made his entrance. Cameras were flashing all over the scene as he shouted his famous line.
"I AM HERE!"
The ceremony was about to begin.

Koto surveyed the scene through a narrow slit he made in a carboard box. He had decent view even though he was pretending to be part of the background, though it could be better. It may have seemed childish, but that's because it was. If he was found out, he could easily play it off as just some childish antic.
'Heheheh. I'm so sneaky,' he thought to himself.
An officer occasionally walked past where he was hiding. Others as well. Some camera men, reporters, and others monitoring the event.
But now, the coast was clear. He started sneaking across the open area, the cardboard box barely touching the ground.
"Nu, nu, na na, nu, nu, na nu, ba ba baaaaaa, ba ba baaaaa, ba ba baaaaa, brah braaah...", he hummed. He hoped humming the Mission Impossible theme would somehow make him less noticeable with him activating his quirk.
"Brah brah braaaaaaaaaaah, brah bra braaaaaaaaah, brah brah braaaaaaaa, BABAH!"
Someone lifted up the cardboard box he was hiding in.
"Um...What are you doing?"
Koto looked up to see a officer.
Darn it. He knew he should have used the Pink Panther theme.
"SHHHH! Your going to blow my cover!", Koto whispered urgently. ):>> 100]
The officer smiled at him. (^v^)
"Oh. Sorry about that Mr. Spy Hero. I was just making sure you were not a bad guy. Keep a look out, and watch out for the electric cords. Oh. and make sure you stay out of the walkways." (^.<)
"Ay ay Agent Blue!", Koto saluted.
The officer saluted back, then lowered the cardboard box back over Koto.
"See you around kid."
"Or not. I'm super sneaky. (;<"
The officer chuckled as he walked away.
'Ok. Now what?', Koto thought to himself.
The chairmen of the company were doing there little speech thing, everyone was standing, All Might's smile was as sparkly as it was in the cartoons, and...was that Eraser Head in the background!?!
Koto shifted in his cardboard disguise as he narrowed his eyes at the man dressed in a tuxedo.
Shota Aizawa. Eraser Head. A underground hero. They are the kind that don't get much public attention on purpose. Its to keep their abilities a secret so that villains wouldn't have a countermeasure developed specifically for them. They were game changers. Eraser Head was one of the big ones. He can erase other people's powers as long as he can stare at them without blinking.

Before :
[Villain - "MWAHAHAHAHA! I'M THE MOST POWERFUL USER OF FLAMES EVER!"
(Civilians scramble for safety as things catch on fire.)]
After! :
[Villain - "W-what happened!?! Why did my quirk stop working?! Where are my flames?"
Civilians watch as the fire villain's face catches a foot from a hero with bunny ears and long silver hair.
Villain - "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Hero - "What's the matter? Burned out?"]
Before :
["Heheheheheheheeeeeh. You can scream all you want. My sound canceling quirk creates a field that absorbs all vibrations in the air. No one is coming to save you!"]
After! :
[Civilian - "SOME ONE SAVE ME!!!!"
Villain - "What?! How are you speaking? My quirk should sti-oof!"
A garbage can slams into the back of the villain. A homeless looking man with scarf approaches the fallen figure menacingly.
Eraser Head : "Looks like its back to the cell for you."
Villain : "Th-This can't be happening! Just who are you!?!"
Eraser Head : "I'm your worst nightmare. A hero."
Villain : "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Eraser Head knocks him out and phones the police.]

Koto stopped daydreaming just as everyone was applauding. All Might had just received his award thingy, and everything was beginning to wrap up. Everyone was moving to one side as All Might hung around for a bit of the paparazzi and t-shirt signing.
Hmmmm....
It would be nice if I could get a signature.
________________________________________________________________________________
"All right. Here's an autograph for you...another for you...and another for you...and you.", All Might said as he swiftly signed several books, t-shirts, and a couple foreheads.
"Next please."
Koto was behind the one next in line. He had only a few moments to make an impression. That was the goal. Just make a memorable impression. Good. Bad. It didn't matter.
"Next!"
Here we go.
Koto walked toward All Might and handed his a sheet of paper to sign.
"Ah! Last one! I'll write something a bit more special this time!........All right! Here you go! Eh?..."
All Might looked up, only to find that Koto was gone. He scratched the back of his head and asked the people around him if they saw were the kid went. They said they didn't know.
Koto had disappeared. Batman style.
"Well. Guess I'll just keep this one to give to someone else.", he said while folding the paper. He noticed somethings written on the back of it.
"Hmm? What's this?"
He unfolded the paper and turned it over to read what was written. His face, still bearing his smile, suddenly darkened as his muscles tensed slightly. The pleasant atmosphere seemed to lose some of its sparkle.
"Is something wrong?", a bystander asked him.
"Ah! Its nothing! I just remembered I have somewhere else I need to be! Got to go! Thank you all for your support! PLUS ULTRA!", All Might replied cheerfully as he stood up and jumped out of the convention. He still held his smile.
"PLUS ULTRA!", cheered the crowd of people as they watched him fly through the air out of their sight.
________________________________________________________________________________
All Might kept his attitude serious as he flew through the air, leaping and bounding off of the rooftops. He pulled out his phone to call a friend of his who was nearby, but they called first.
*A PHONE CALL IS HE-*
All Might hit hit the green button.
"Aizawa. I was just about to call you.", All Might said, surprised.
"I suspected. Why did you leave like that? I'm pretty sure you were good for at least another 2 hours."
All Might landed on the ground and jumped again, eyes scanning the city.
"I need you to help me find someone. Look for a small child with white hair and three scars going down over his left eye. His eyes are green. Please. It is most critical that we find him. Tell others to keep a look out as well."
"I'll do that. What's got you so spooked anyway? See a ghost or something?"
"All for One.", All Might said.
"What!?!", came Aizawa's alarmed reaction.
"Well, not literally! Its just that I've received a message about his current condition. He may be still alive.", All Might said.
"I see. Well, lets hope this intel is wrong."
"That's what I'm trying to verify."
"The kid?"
"Yes. That's why we need to find him. He may know something...no... he definitely knows something."
"Alright. I'll get on it right away."
"Thank you. I'll meet up with you later. Bye."
"See ya."
All Might hung up. He took another look at the paper in his hand. It was a doodle, like one of the ones he received. It showed a figure taking someone's quirk and giving to someone else, along with All Might in his skeleton form. There was words written beneath the doodle.
He's alive.
