Annabelle’s eyes widen gradually in a slow realization. She was too caught up to resign and neglected this crucial factor!

“I believe the liquidated damages are still affordable.” Annabelle smiled humourlessly, while on the inside she was crazily cursing. Goodbye to all her savings all these years!

“Ok, if that’s the case then I shall bother you no more. Two million dollars. And I will approve your resignation once the amount is received.”
