CHAPTER 12: Date Night

JUNGKOOK'S POV

It was quiet in my car, but it was a comfortable one, I turned my head as I heard Taehyung hum a song that I also know.

"Did you also have vocal lessons?" I asked him

"Nope" he said popping the 'p' sound

"Yeah, my grandparents are singers and then my great great grandparents are singers and then my great great great great grandparents are singers and then-"

"Tae I get it, don't tire yourself from saying 'great'" I laughed and he giggled

"Ok! So where are we going exactly?" He asked me

"Well, since we had dinner, why not eat ice cream and then go for a run, since there's no classes tomorrow" I said and he hummed in response

"But you're still not finish with your homework, so you have to do it tomorrow so we can hang out the next day!" He beamed and I blushed

"You really wanna hang out with me?" I asked and I felt his eyes on me

"Why wouldn't I hang out with you?" He asked and I caught a glimpse of him and my heart soared as I saw him tilting his head cutely

"Well, since you are an Alpha in charge, I thought you'd be busy" I said truthfully

"I can always rearrange some schedules, after all, appa doesn't have too much paper work to do, so I'll leave the rest to Bogum hyung and Sungjae when I go to school with you guys" he says and I smiled at that

Oh my moon goddess! I can't believe he'd really rearrange his work just to spend time with me! Oh moon goddess! Why is my mate so perfect?! I thought and then stopped in front of the ice cream parlor, we both got out and Taehyung skipped towards the parlor, I laughed softly and followed behind, we both got in and hears the bell chime.

"Welcome to Ice Surperliciousio! My name is Robert and how can I help you sirs?" He asked with a smile then smirked at Taehyung

I clenched my fists and sensed that he was a beta.

"Umm, hello, can I have the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with strawberry drizzle?" Taehyung asks with a sweet smile

"Anything for you pretty~" he winked then looked at me, "and for you sir?" He asked

"Dark chocolate" I said and he nodded

While he was scooping our ice creams in the cups, I snaked my hand onto Tae's waist and pulled him closer towards me.

"K-Kookie?" He whispered

"Hey, can I have my vanilla milkshake later back at the pack house?" I whispered in his ear sensually

"O-Ok, I-I'll ask the m-maids to make one for y-you" he whispered back

"No, not that kind of milkshake" I whispered

"Then w-what?" He whispered and I chuckled darkly

"The one from you baby" I whispered seductively and he whimpered

I let go of him and told him to find a seat as I took the ice creams, I gave Tae his and sat in front of him, I also noticed that he was blushing while eating his ice cream so I smirked.

"So what do you say baby?" I asked him and he nodded

To say I was shocked because at first, I thought he would reject me, but soon my smirk returned and thought of the perfect thing to end our date later.

We both finished our ice creams and got into my car and I drove us towards the forest where me and my friends go when we were still in middle school, when we got there, I parked my car and we both go out, we both headed in different directions to strip and shifted, then we both made our ways to my car to place the clothes inside.

When I saw my mate's wolf form, I was in awe, he has platinum fur and.. wait a minute, purple eyes?? How is that possible? He's an alpha! He's suppose to have red eyes, then again, he is from the Solar Artic Pack and maybe their alphas have purple eyes like he has, I walked towards my mate and tried nuzzling my snout in his fur until he ran away.

I heard Tae from the wolf's mind link in a mocking tone.

I linked back and started chasing him, we both ran into the beautiful woods and when I was about to hover over Tae, he ran fast, geez! He's a fast runner! I thought and chased him again, then we ended up in the rivers and I saw Tae drinking, so I crept towards him and pounced on him as he let out a whimper in surprise.

I linked to him, still panting and he giggled.

He mocked me and I let out an angry huff.

I let out, annoyed, I got off of him and started drinking water and sat beside him after I drank.

I stuttered in the link as his eyes held galaxies in them, I heard him giggle and I looked away.

He asked me and I looked at him again and nodded, he looked away and seemed like he was talking to his wolf, I could also feel JK linking me so I opened our link.

Yah! Jungkook! Why did you do that?!

He asked me a little nervous and I chuckled.

Are you nervous on meeting V?

I teased him and heard him groan in annoyance.

Shut up! How am I going to talk to him if MY human fucks around with other unmated wolves and not listening to me about the mate bond?! How huh?! I'm so scared! What if he just warns me and tells me not to talk to him just because I can't control you on your damn hormones?! Remember Jungkook, humans may forget and forgive easily about those sutations, but us wolves, we get hurt, because the only reason you feel the bond stronger is through us

He said and I fell quiet, yes it is true that without JK, I couldn't see this side Tae, and if I'm in JK's position, I would also be nervous as hell if JK doesn't control his hormones around unmated wolves.

I-I'm sorry JK, I really am, and I promise to be better for you and our mate

You better Kook, cause I don't want our mate to reject us, cause either we get a second chance or die, just to remind you

He says and I sighed.

TAEHYUNG'S POV

V? Are you there?

I asked my wolf as I opened our link.

He says.

Umm, do you want to talk to Jungkook's wolf JK?

I asked him hesitant, as I remembered that he doesn't like Jungkook's attitude for bringing me pain, as I felt more of it instead of him as I blocked our connection if I ever feel another bruise forming. I heard him sigh.

He says and I smiled.

Try not to scare him too much V, who knows if he likes you already?

I teased and heard him scoff.

He says and I giggled, and then closed our link as I looked at Jungkook who was already looking at me.

Well, V may be cold in the beginning but he'll get used to you

When I opened them, I was in my human form in the link as I watched V and Jungkook's wolf JK talking, or more link mind linking.

I heard V greets with his as usual cold but gentle voice.

V asks in his all time cold questioning voice, I rolled my eyes at him.

I saw JK went silent and his ears perked down slowly behind his head as he let out a lowly whimper in sadness.

I-I'm so so sorry! But please don't reject me! I-I want to be with my mate forever!

JK links and I also heard Jungkook's voice also begging, I heard V was quiet but soon he sighed.

I won't reject you, why would you even think about that? Me and Tae will die if one of us did, but if you hurt Tae, I won't hesitate to hurt you and Jungkook back and I'm serious JK

V says in a stern tone and I saw JK nod his head fast.

Alright, I'll be going now, nice meeting and talking to you JK

V says and I could feel him smile even though he's a wolf.

Then I was the one in control now and I could say the same for Jungkook, he pounced on me and nuzzled my his snout on my neck and heard him let out another low whimper.

Kookie? You ok?

I asked him through the link in a concerned voice.

I-I'm so sorry Tae! Y-you suffer because of m-me!

He said in a sad voice.

It's alright Kookie, I forgive you now right? Just make it up to me and we'll be fine ok?

I said and he looked at me and nodded as he got off of me.

Ready to head back to the car?

He asked me and I nodded.

I linked and started running.

I heard Kookie and then I ran towards his car.
