Zeke
I woke up the next morning, my body feeling stiff. I stretched with a yawn and I felt Elijah cuddle closer into my side, groaning as a result of my movement. I smiled down at him and kissed the top of his head gently, making him look up at me sleepily. I chuckled and placed another kiss to his forehead, and then another to his cheek, and so forth.
"You're strangely affectionate in the morning." Elijah groaned, burying his face back into my chest and trying to go back to sleep.
"Who would have thought that I would be the morning person out of the two of us." I teased him, wrapping an arm around him loosely before smirking deviously.
I then started to wiggle my fingers and tickle his sides, making him jump and try to get away from me as he yelped. I didn't let him go and flipped us so that he was underneath me. Tickling his sides, he was in stitches, laughing his ass off and begging me to let him go. His laugh was angelic and I wanted to hear it some more but when tears of laughter appeared, I let him go as he scrambled away, panting.
"Bully." He gasped with his hand on his chest as he panted breathily, "All I wanted was sleep."
"Yeah, well, I want to take you on a date so get your ass in gear. You can wear some of my clothes today." I grinned, walking to my wardrobe.
I threw my favourite black metal band hoodie, a brand new pair of boxers (which still made him blush), his skinny jeans from yesterday and another one of my band's shirts at him. I managed to pull him out of bed and push him into the bathroom with the clothes. I heard the shower turn on and I busied myself with making my bed and choosing my own outfit.
Elijah wasn't long in the bathroom at all and when he came out I couldn't help but wolf whistle- making him blush. He looked hot in my clothes. I mean, he looked hot twenty-four-seven, but wow.
I quickly showered myself and got dressed, towel drying my hair. I noticed my roots were showing and made a mental note to bleach my hair again, soon. I exited the bathroom and I saw Elijah's eyes drag up my body from where he was sat on my bed, taking his sweet time looking me over.
"Like what you see?" I teased, earning a slow nod of approval from Elijah.
I playfully smirked and pushed him down against the bed, climbing on top of him slowly. My knee was between his thighs as I placed a soft kiss against his soft lips. He groaned in approval as I tugged his lip and I chuckled, pulling away much to his protests.
"Come on, we have to go on our date." I grinned, taking his hand and leading him out to my motorbike.
As we were riding along, I spotted a cute diner and decided to take a detour for breakfast. I was starving. We pulled up at the diner and Elijah's eyes practically sparkled at the thought of food. We walked in, sliding into one of the many open booths. I snapped another photo and Elijah rolled his eyes at my antics.
"I can't help it, you look cute." I shrugged, glancing down at the menu.
I could see out of the corner of my eye that a blush was forming on his cheeks; no matter how many times I told him that, he still blushed and I found that adorable. Everything he did was adorable.
The waitress came over; a brown haired girl wearing the regular uniform. Her hair was tied up in a bun and she looked rather tired but she was still putting on a cheery attitude. As she drawled nearer she noticed the two of us and her eyes widened when they saw Elijah. Obviously she thought he was cute, as she pulled her hair out of her bun and came right up to the table.
"Hey, what can I get you?" She beamed, her eyes trained on sweet Elijah.
I must admit, it made a pang of jealousy hit my chest.
"Blueberry pancakes, please." He mumbled, his shy exterior showing at having to order food and talk to strangers.
He is too cute.
"Is that all?"
"Elijah, wouldn't you like some nice sausages to go with that? Or what about some bananas? Or do you do aubergine here? Cucumbers? Carrots?" I teased.
Elijah was blushing profusely and looked baffled by my strange behaviour, since he hadn't noticed the way the waitress ogled him.
"That's your kind of food, right?" I winked at him.
"That's kind of weird breakfast request." She mumbled, "Are you single?"
"Oh." Elijah looked over at me and then back at her again, "Not really..."
"Not for much longer." I grumbled under my breath, not intending for either to hear.
I don't think the waitress did, but Elijah's eyes snapped towards mine.
"That's not a no." The waitress giggled.
"I'll take a full English breakfast. " I ordered off the menu, passing it to her with an exaggerated grin before ignoring her presence at the table as she attempted to talk to Elijah more.
"So, babe, today on our date, I was thinking of taking you to the zoo? If you want?"
"Oh, yeah, I love animals." Elijah nodded.
I had remembered that he had told me that when we were chatting before the concert on our first date. The waitress obviously understood when I blatantly called him 'babe' and her mouth turned to an o shape in surprise. She flushed with embarrassment and rushed off to go place our orders. I huffed, but felt slightly bad for her.
"That was hot. Who knew you were the jealous type?" Elijah mumbled, his eyes locking with mine.
I raised an eyebrow at that. I was glad Elijah was getting more comfortable to tell me when he liked something I did.
He was far less innocent in that mind of his than he initially seemed.
