Chapter 33 - Noah's Kiss

His other hand shot out toward Mia, who instinctively stepped back. “Don’t move,” Noah said dryly.

Seeing that Mia had indeed become much more obedient, Noah pushed aside the hair on Mia’s forehead with his fingers and touched Mia’s cheek. Then he moved to Mia’s lips. Noah stroked Mia’s soft lips with his thumb. This jelly-like touch, and the pinkish color, were all seducing Noah.

Noah’s gaze grew darker, and the next second, he unceremoniously approached her.

His warm lips pressed against Mia’s body. Mia had no strength to fight back. She accepted Noah’s overbearing kiss passively.

It’s so sweet, Noah thought, while completely lost in the beauty of the kiss. Every time he was with Mia, it was as if there was some magical attraction, and he always fell into it like a buzzard, Noah thought.

The kiss finally ended, and Mia began to pant heavily after being released.

At the side, Noah finally got his way, but he suddenly remembered something. It was the man that Jenny had mentioned earlier.

“Was the man who hugged you the other day your senior Jack?”

Mia didn’t even have time to figure out what the hell was going on. She only had time to grunt before Noah pressed her hard against the bed. The next second, Noah’s black head was on top of her. Mia made a sound and her lips felt hot again. Noah’s wild, intense kiss assaulted her.

He nibbled and bit her. Noah’s actions were not gentle at all, as if he was doing it to hurt Mia.

Noah actually didn’t understand what he was thinking, and he couldn’t make sense of the weird feeling in his heart. Even if Mia was under him right now, Noah still felt like Mia was far away, like he was going to lose Mia soon.

No, no one! Noah thought to himself, no one else could have Mia.

At that moment, Noah didn’t even think about why he was the only one who had such a crazy possessiveness for Mia. He just couldn’t bear the thought of Jenny’s words and the possibility that someday, Mia might leave him.

Hence, after Mia left, Noah regretted the pain he had caused Mia countless times today and the years he had been married. He kept thinking that there was still a lot of time, but he did not know that he would not have the chance to make up for it again after that.

“I’m sorry,” Mia whispered.

Noah froze when he heard Mia’s apology.

What did “I’m sorry” mean? Noah wondered. Was Jenny telling the truth, or was she trying to tell him that the man holding her was Jake, or was she saying that she was divorcing him because of Jake?

However, Noah did not say any of that out loud. Noah’s pride did not allow Noah to continue asking. He was afraid that he would get the answer he had guessed. Then, Noah thought that he was really not sure what he would do then.

After saying sorry, Mia took a moment to recall what happened at the hospital that day. She wasn’t feeling too well at that time, so the senior hugged her. She prepared to explain to Noah.

However, before he could say anything, Noah got off the bed and left without saying a word.

Mia looked at Noah’s disappointed back and subconsciously opened her mouth to call out to Noah.
