CHAPTER 09

~ I can't write one song that's not about you

I can't express in words how blessed I am for the people in my life. Wonderful parents; that take care and understands me, siblings; whom I love unconditionally, friends; that I am thankful for and the best boyfriend anyone could ask for; who treats me like a gem. I can't describe in words how much I love them immensly.

Currently me, Xavi and our friends are on our way to the beach house. It is a habit or more like a tradition of us to go to the beach house in Florida. It has been our getaway destination since we all turned 16.

We stopped at a diner to get breakfast since we started our journey early morning and it's a 3 hour ride. Me and the girls went inside the diner while the boys were with Xavi till he was filling up the vehicle.

"What would you like to have?", the girl behind the cashier asked us politely.

"We would like to have pancakes and waffles for six people, please", I replied and smiled back.

We settled ourselves in our table till the boys come.

"So Bells how is your love life going", I asked her and smirk when I saw her cheeks turning into a pink shade.

"Cody is the most sweetest guy I've ever met. He would always look into my needs before his. I can't even explain in words how good he i-", Bella was stopped by none other than her boyfriend who flopped onto his seat beside Bella and wrapped an arm around her.

"Who are you talking about?", Cody asked curiously.

" um..we were just talking about our relationship", she smiled at him and turned back to us.

"What about us?", Cody asked.

"Nothing much other than her complimenting, about how she is your first priority and all", Lind said.

"Well what can I say when I'm in love with a beautiful girl inside out, I mean how can I not", he winked at Bells.

"Whipped", Xavi said with a cough who is currently having an arm wrapped around my waist and leaning on me.

Andrew laughed loudly startling me and tried so hard to stop but failing badly. After he was calm he pointed a finger at Xavi and told,"you telling me he is whipped. Look who is talking, dude you were fucking whipped from the day Daliah was born, you are basically wrapped around her finger".

"Whatever, I don't care how I am as long as my girl is happy", he grumbled and kissed the side of my head.

I smiled at his words and achievements, Xavi is not very good when it comes to expressing his emotions and I am happy that he is getting there.

Soon our breakfast arrived and we all dived into it while conversing about random topics. I paid the bill much to a certain someone's likeness. I quickly gave a peck to his cheek and joined the girls, I looked back over my shoulder and saw the smile I fell in love with.

Few hours later.

We arrived at the beach house earlier than expected. Since we all were tired moslty Xavi as he drove the whole way we planned to take a small rest before hitting to the beach.

The house is still the same way but is more moderated than the last time.

The house is mainly decorated in white and is made of glass and wood giving it a homey vibe.

The bedroom is the best part of the house, because it has the best view anyone could ask for. As soon as you wakeup you will immediately see the beautiful beach. The bathroom is cozy and so cute, it has it's own beauty though it isn't as luxurious as a luxury hotel.

The beach house also have a small area outside where you can rest and at night is lighted with fairy lights. For some reason I know Dada decorated it like that knowing I like it that way.

He is the most wonderful person ever, he has always taken care of me like I'm his own daughter.

Once I confront him about it and he said," doll you are not like my daughter, you are my daughter", his words not mine.

As soon as our bags were put into our rooms we all went to our bedrooms.

Entering our bedroom I saw the most loveliest scene, Bub was flopped on his stomach, hair a mess and eyes closed.

I went near the bed and sat beside him, running my fingers through his hair.

His lips left a tired sigh and I smiled to myself. We will probably go to the beach in the evening, I changed into one of his shirts and pair of shorts and climbed next to him quietly.

As soon as I got in Xavi lifted his head and grumbled " baby".

" Yea, I'm right here, you want anything?", i asked him smiling knowing what's going to come next.

"Cuddle please", he asked looking up at me

"Of course you want to", I laughed and slide down so I could get comfortable and cuddle.

As soon as I laid down he jumped into my arms knocking the breath out of my lungs.

"Oompf... Bub you are crushing me", I said looking at him but only to get a sheepish grin in return and him quickly settling himself.

He was legit laying on me in between my legs, head on chest and arms wrapped around my waist. Well he looks quite comfy, so I let him be and tried to reach my phone. You see I tried but couldn't move an inch since a giant baby is resting on me.

"Bub, just let me get my phone from the bed side table", I said as sweetly as I can.

He groaned into my chest and lifted himself slightly up, I quickly grabbed my phone and he laid down on me again. Few minutes later I heard the soft snores of him. I started reading my book while running my hand along his back.

I texted the others and let them know Xavi is sleeping and we will most probably head to the beach in the afternoon. They all were inside their bedrooms too, resting.

While reading my book I got a notification from Instagram notifying a message. I clicked and saw it was from an account I'm not following. Normally I would not look at my message requests, because it would always be creeps or girls trying to get Xavi's number but this message is very wierd and gave me chills.

I ignored the message since it was just another stupid message and went back to reading my book.

The girls and I have planned to go out and get some new swim suits. There is a nice shop near by the beach house so we decided to go by ourselves and maybe to get some suits to provoke the guys.

Well it is more like Lindsay's plan to irked the guys and we agreed to her after so much hardships since she was basically blackmailing us. I hope this doesn't turn out to one of the most stupid thing we agreed to.

Few hours later I can feel  Xavier stiring, tightening his hold on me and relaxing. He peeked up at me with an eye and smiled.

"Hey sleepyhead, how was your sleep", I asked ruffling his hair.

"Good and I feel better after the power nap", he replied, though he is still laying on me.

"Xavi me and the girls are going out to get some stuff and before you say anything it's going to be only the girls and we will come back in an hour okay. So no denying" I said sternly at the end before he could say anything.

I smiled inwardly as I won and quickly texted the girls to get ready and we will leave after having lunch.

Xavi got up and went to the bathroom to wash his face and I went downstairs to meet the others while he is done.

"Hey guys, what's for lunch", I asked when I entered the kitchen and saw everyone is already there.

"Mr. De Silva has made his especial", Andrew told. He has been the chef here since we were kids and he is Portugese, an advantage to us since he make the most delicious dishes ever.

"Really! I was dying for his food. Girls you ready to go after lunch?", I asked them at last.

"Yesssssss!!!", they both shouted in excitement at the same time.

I laughed and sat down on the stool, soon Xavi came too and we all had lunch togther, as usual lunch was very eventful.
