Daliah's POV

I am losing it.

I cannot take this pain any longer, my hands are in pain been tied up for hours. My body is tired and I am drained both emotionally and physically.

I don't know why she is doing all of this?

I have always minded by business and have only helped someone in need.

Why is Anastasia being this way?

The sound of heels clicking on the floor made me straightened from the position I was in before.

"Anastasia please let me go! What did I ever do to you to treat me like this?" I watched her coming into the room and sitting on the chair in front of me.

"What you did?!" she hissed leaning forward grabbing me by my chin hardly.

"You did everything! It was me who was supposed to be Xavier's girl but NO! the little leach who is always attached to him had to be his girl.

I did everything I could to gain his attention but no everything flopped. I went on a strict diet to lose weight thinking he might like model figure like girls but that did not work and I was hospitalized for dehydration and malnutrition.

When that did not work I colored my hair in bronze highlight streaks to see if he noticed my new look and would like it and I did not gain an ounce of attention from him.

After many fail attempts, I got closer to Alexandra since she is the queen bee of the school so that it would be easier for me to be around Xavier and it was successful because every time I wanted to be close to him I would provoke that brainless bitch against you.

Oh how fun was it the day when she abused you physically. I loved watching every single second of it how you were been treated like a piece of fucking trash."

She dropped her head back and laughed loudly, almost wickedly.

"Anastasia, I am sorry that you did not get the person you wanted but it doesn't not give you the right to treat the person he loves like this but it doesn't not mean that I will ever give up Xavier even if I have to die today. He was, is and will always be the love of my life, my home, my soul mate.

No one can take that place from his life because we belong to each other believe it or not. No matter what you do I will make sure that I will always protect him from home wreckers like you!" I shouted at her.

"You fucking bitch! You asked for this and now see, how your Xavier watch the love of his life die right in front of his eyes", she looked psychotic while she said those words but that is  not what clicked in my head.

It was what she said, if I have to die saving My Xavier, then so be it.

I would rather die knowing he is safe than living a life without him.

I am sorry My Love but I can't let you die.

"Wait and fucking watch what happens to you. Today will be the end of you and I will finally get Xavier to be mine", she came back with some sort of a waistband kind of thing and a small remote in her hand.

"You will never gain his love after killing the person he loves the most" I chuckled sadly.

That is not what I think it is right?

Tear by tear started escaping my eyes and down my face when I saw what was in her and realized that this is it.

I wish I could hug Xavier one last time.

I wish I could feel his warmth one last time.

I wish I could feel his lips on mine one last time.

I wish I could hear his voice one last time.

I wish I could see him one last time.

I closed my eyes and let the tears drip down even harder when I felt her wrapping the bomb around my ankle and setting the timer.

"You have only got ten minutes, any last words", she mockingly pouted and tilted her head.

There is no point screaming because the walls are soundproof.

I shook my head in defeat and looked up one last time and smiled.

We will meet each other on the other side Xavi, till then hang on for me my love. I love you My Angel.

The door broke off from its hinges and when I saw who it was standing there, all I could do was whisper in shock.

It was my Xavi but he looked different, so different. He wasn't the playful boy that would cling to me. No, this was totally someone else, someone who was ready to destroy and I knew deep down he was about to.

I wanted to gain his attention from the deadly murderous eyes set on her to me and I did.

"Xavi" I whispered softly and smiled.

When he looked at me his eyes turned soft immediately, I knew he wanted to come to me but he was been cautious. I wanted to run to him and hide myself in his safe and warm arms.

His eyes swiftly turned lifeless and lost it spark that they had a second ago when his eyes went back to Anastasia.

He smirked evilly that sent a shiver down my spine.

I have never ever seen him like this ever in my entire life.

I knew that it wasn't just Xavier but He has taken partial control of his sub conscious now.

"Oh Sweet! You came at the right time. We will soon be one when I get rid of this leach from your side. As soon as she is gone we can start our beautiful life together" she walked slowly towards Xavier while talking and tried to touch him.

Xavier held her wrist before she could touch him and tightened his hold on her making her scream in pain.

"You should not have done this, so now watch what I am going to do with you" he twisted her hand and pushed her hardly on to the ground.

He quickly ran towards me and cupped my face and when I felt the familiar safe warm touch I could not stop the fresh tears rolling down my face from the relief i was feeling.

"Xavi, you are here. Please take me home, I don't want to stay here a second longer" I cried in to his hands.

"It's all over Baby girl. I am going to get you out of this hell hole and then we are going home alright. Just let me untie you, yea?" he kissed my forehead and I nodded my head in response.

That's when I realized that he didn't see the bomb attached to my ankle.

I sobbed harder and right when I was about to open my mouth to tell him Anastasia spoke.

"Ah ah ah. I wouldn't do that if I were you Sweet. Before you get all happy to take her with you, I have a little surprise for you. Why don't you look at her properly for me?" she clicked her tongue and crossed her arms.

As soon as those words left her mouth Xavi stood up from his crouched position and looked at me thoroughly.

His eyes started from the top of my head and went down to my eyes, as his eyes met mine they softened even more and I could see thousands of emotion running in them.

Then his eyes looked at me nose, cheeks, lips, neck and my upper body.

The lower his gaze went down on my body the stiffer his body became but as soon as eyes connected with the bomb, his body went rigid.

His beautiful eyes connected with mine once more and this time pain was very much evident in his eyes.

I gave him the best smile I could muster up while tears pour out of my eyes.

It all happened too soon. One minute he was turned towards me and the next minute he was aiming a gun at her.

"Shut it down right now" he seethed through gritted teeth.

"That is never going to happen. Either you agree to my condition or she dies", she smirked and approached me.

"What fucking condition" Xavier turned towards us.

"Oohhh, this is so fun. Alright here is the condition; to save her, come with me and be mine so she lives if not she dies", she tapped the remote on her arm.

"I think the fuck not, it her or no one and if I have to die today with her then so be it but I will never be anyone else's other than My Daliah", and he pulled the trigger aiming at her shoulder.

I screamed from the sudden impact and Xavi rushed towards me dropping the gun.

"Dom come quickly right now", he screamed into the ear piece.

"Hey Baby girl, I am going to get you out of this okay. Everything is going to be fine. No more tears in those pretty eyes. They have shed enough for a lifetime."

Xavier wiped my tears and caressed my face so delicately like I was a precious flower.

I couldn't help but cry out of relief. It is finally over, I can go home now.

A man dressed in black, holding what looks like a small briefcase ran in. Xavier stood up instantly.

"Dom we need to hurry, there is a bloody bomb attached to her ankle. Do whatever it takes and make sure my girl is safe, that is all I care about" Xavier came near me and crouched to my level and hugged me while Dom started his job on disabling the bomb.

"Hello Daliah I am Dom, very nice to meet you even though this is not the best circumstance but a pleasure to see the girl taming Xavier" he started to take out some tools and carefully cut the tape covering some wires.

I smile at him and introduced myself back.

"Fuck man, there are three wires", Dominique cursed out.

"w-why what's wrong with three wires", I panicked.

"Shh Shh baby girl it's all okay alright, nothing is going to happen to you. Trust me yea. Now take a deep breathe in, yea just like that and now exhale it slowly for me pretty girl. There we go, my brave girl", Xavier slowly calmed me down.

"Dominique, I called you because you are the best fucker who knows how to handle this shit, so you better disable the fucking bomb, there is only one minute left and I swear to god if we die here before I live the life I wanted with my girl, I will make sure I will come out of grave and send you to hell", Xavier tightened his hold on me.

"Got it!" Dominique stood up and rushed out quickly and came back with some sort of a tool.

"Thirty seconds more Dominique. Hurry the hell up", Xavier barked.

Goosebumps formed on my skin when I heard how many more seconds are remaining.

The seconds started going faster and the bomb timer started ticking faster.

And the bomb was diffused.

Xavier quickly removed all the cable ties and the bomb band around my ankle and hugged me so hard, that blocked my air way but I did not mind a bit, I hugged him back even tighter. It has been way too long and the both of us savored the moment.

"Alright guys I will go and get the guys and some stuff to take the crazy woman on the floor to the authorities", Dominique packed his stuff and went out.

As soon as he left, Xavi's lips were on mine and he poured his all into it. I know that it must have been hard on me just like it has been for me. He kissed me so hard and I kissed back with the same force.

I removed my lips from his when I needed to breathe again and hugged him.

"I missed you so much baby girl, I couldn't function at all. I was lost, don't ever fucking leave me because I can't handle it. I need you", Xavier kissed my forehead.

All I felt the next moment was been pressed in to Xavi's back shielding me and the sound of two gun shots and my ear piercing scream when I saw the side of Xavier bleeding and a bullet hole in middle of her chest.

My shaking form slowly came down to the ground with Xavier's and held his head on my lap and I pressed my hands on to his wound to stop the bleeding but I only got my hands painted red, it did not stop the bleeding.

"Xavi, baby hold on for me please.", I pressed on his wound more and leaned my forehead on his and cried.

Dominique came with two more guys and lifted Xavier and placed him on the back seat of his car and got in with him. I cannot leave him even for a second, we just got back together.

I ran my fingers through his and with the other hand placed the cloth on his wound to stop the excess bleeding.

"Baby girl", Xavier croaked in pain.

"Shh Shh don't talk my love just keep your eyes on me, keep looking at me. Don't you dare close your eyes on me baby", I sobbed when I saw his eyes slowly drooping.

"I love you so much My Angel", Xavier slowly lifted his hands up to my face and slowly brushed his fingers on my cheek brushing away the tears.

I closed my eyes at the feeling.

"D-don't talk like that baby. You will be fine alright, we are about to reach the hospital. Please hold on for me a little longer my love. You are my strong, big protector right." I combed his hair from his sweaty forehead.

He smiled and whispered, "My Daliah".

And his eyes shut.

"N-no don't leave me baby", I clutched his head closer to me.
