Chapter 14: Adventure On The Island

Location: Mysterious Island

Kazoki, Tenka, Misaro, Hyoki, Kazuya, Yuki, Hoshi, Miki, Kimato, Reki, Takumi, and Maki walked inside the Forest, with their eyes scanning left and right to find anything strange.

"...It's being 10 minutes since we've being walking, do we ever know we are we going?" Misaro asked.

"We're heading toward this stupid volcano." Kazoki replied annoyed.

"...You seem to be irritated." Miki pointed out.

"How could i not be?" Kazoki said. "We're stuck in the middle of the Island for no reason at all. And we already should be gone by now. It's being barely a day, and yet i feel like we've being here for weeks."

"Same here." Hyoki agree. "I hope that we find what's happening."

After getting dressed, Kazoki and the others walked around to find the source of the eruption from earlier, but so far, they didn't find anything. It's almost like they were lost.

What is even worse is that they didn't find anyone else on this Island. They could really use some help. Especially with whatever happen to Tenka.

If they were lucky, maybe someone will notice that they're missing and will look for them.

Location: Arubi Island

"Shido! Let's go swim together!" Tohka pulled Shido's right arm.

"Swim with me, Shido." Origami pulled Shido's left arm.

"No! Shido is going to swim with me!" Kaguya pulled Shido's neck, much to his displeasure.

"Correction: Shido will swim with me." Yuzuru pulled Shido by the back.

"H-Hey! Calm down, everyone!" Shido begged as he was pulled from all the side.

Everyone else either didn't notice it or don't care.

Location: Mysterious Island

...one second though, they're going to be here for a while.

A noise caught their attention. Looking over, Kazoki and the others saw smoke in the distance. Kazoki looked at the others. "Think that's over there?"

"Only one way to find out." Misaro said.

Kazoki and the others walked in the direction of the smoke, pushing aside some leaf. Then, they arrived at the end of the Forest...and were surprised by what they found.

In front of them is the volcano from earlier. However, there was something strange in front of them. Looking closer, they saw...robots. Takumi blinked. "What?"

The Robot were big and were black-colored. Their eyes were yellow and sharp. On their hands were strange red wrists.

Beside the Robots, there was a strange machine in which the Robots put some of the things they carry in their arms. One of them cut down a tree and bring it to the machine before it was destroyed by it. Then, the machine lower itself toward the volcano and put the tree-turned-ash into it, making the volcano glow a menacing red light.

"...What are those things? And what are they doing?" Tenka asked confused.

"They're Robots. But i'm surprised to see one in real life." Kazoki replied before narrowing his eyes. "Why are they here?"

"I'm more concerned about what they're doing with the volcano." Hyoki said. "Do you think they're the one behind those eruption from earlier?"

"Perhaps." Miki said. "Whatever the case, it would be unwise to let them continue. Who know what would happen?"

"Okay then..." Misaro nodded. "I guess that we should-"

"INTRUDER ALERT!! INTRUDER ALERT!!"

Kazoki and the others nearly jumped at the sudden shout, before turning around and see something surprising. In the air behind them is a flying drone with a red light aimed toward them. Hyoki glared at it. "Someone destroy that thing!"

Maki take a knive and throw it at the Drone, destroying it immediatly. Unfortunately, the damage is already done. The Robots stopped what they were all doing and turned toward them. Then...their eyes turned red and they moved until they stand together. The next second, they lifted their right arms which transformed into Cannon.

"...Uh oh..." Hoshi muttered, knowing that what's going to happen next won't be pretty.

The Robots fired their weapon. But instead of bullet coming out the Cannon, it was laser. Kazoki ducked in time to avoid being shooted in the head. He turned toward the others. "Take cover!"

Everyone hide behind the rock before being hit by the lasers. Hyoki grunted as a Laser nearly hit her. "Damn it! Here goes our advantage!"

"No choice, we have to fight them head on!" Hoshi declared.

Misaro looked at Kazoki. "Can you use a sword or a gun?"

Kazoki cocked his head. "Well, i fought a bald guy with a gun not too long ago."

"Good!" Misaro nodded before reaching into his back and pulled a Laser Gun. "Take this!"

Kazoki take the Laser Gun and studied it. "Why do you have this?"

"No time to explain!"

Kazoki turned toward the others and found them in different outfit, much to his surprise.

Misaro now wear a red coat over a white black shirt and red pants. On his hands were two black gloves with a gun and a sword on each of them.

Kazuya wear a Ninja outfit that consisted of a black Kimono with red sash and headband. On each side of his hips are Kunai.

Hoshi wear a green bodysuit with a black belt. He wear a gun on each side of his hips and two sword on his back.

Kimato wear a Samurai outfit, which consisted a long black-sleeved shirt and black pants, with grey shoulder strap with a grey armor and leg warmers. On his hips is a red Katana.

Takumi wear Assassin clotchings. Which consisted of a black shirt, black pants, black belt, black boots, and a black coat. On his hands is two black gloves.

Hyoki wear a black and gold dress that appear longer in the back, accented with a white and gold belt. Around her neck is a white jabot-like piece adorned in a single flower. She also wear a indigo frilly skirt in multiple lawers, along with black gloves ending above the elbow with a lace cuff.

Yuki wear a white shirt with black shorts. On her feets were pink and white shoes.

Miki wear a black and fuchsia form-fit top and bottoms with gathers strap connected to her right leg accesory, one which covered her right leg and foot, while the right leave the foot bare. Along with black spiked bracelet, a black choker, and a necklace with a blue gem.

Reki wear a flowing purple, white, and black ballgrown with several ruffles and a large gold ornament shaped like eyes on each hips. She wear a large ornate white, indigo, and gold moth top which match her gloves. On her head is a gold ornament that matched her new necklace.

Maki now wear a flowing purple dress with white ruffles circling the top, held by a purple ribbon. She also wear a purple slipper with wiht a ribbon tied around her ankle and white knee-socks. Around her neck is a pendant necklace, and her wrists have bandage on them. However, her face is the one who caught his attention the most. Two skulls appear behind the rose on each side of her head, her hair became slightly messier; and her once half-lidded, pale purple eyes were now wide open and crimson red.

"...W-You know what? Never mind...we must defeat those damn Robots." Kazoki said, confused but not wanting to talk about what's happening right now.

"Agree..." Misaro nodded.

Tenka's body glowed before she came out in her Astral Dress, with her Sword Nameha appearing in her hands. She glared at the Robots.

Takumi frowned before he took his stance and on his gloves...came out three claws. "Let's fucking go..."

The Robots charged toward them, making Kazoki and the others jump out the way. An Robot try to crush him with his punch, only for Kazoki to dodge with a back flip before shooting him in the head, destroying it. Kazoki landed and blinked at the damage. He look at the Laser Gun in his hands and whistled. "Damn..."

Hyoki blocked a Robot's attack with her sword, pushing her back. Hyoki growled before she put more strengh and pushed him back. She take this chance to jump in the air and cut him down with an horizontal cut, destroying the machine. An Robot appear from behind her and prepare itself to attack before he was shoot in the head by a bullet. Hyoki look up and see Misaro with his Gun on his left hand. Hyoki nodded in gratitude before she and her boyfriend get back-to-back as several Robots surrond them.

"We're gonna be here for a while, aren't we?" Misaro guessed.

"Yup." Hyoki nodded.

Kazuya throw two Kunai at each Robots, taking off their arms. The Robots get angry and charged at the boy. Kazuya dodged his attack and tear-off his arms with a slash. The Robot glared at the boy.

Then, the Robot is destroyed by an Iron Ball. Looking over, Kazuya saw Yuki with her weapon in her hands. She looked at the boy before giving him a thumb up and a smirk. "You're welcome!"

Takumi destroyed five Robots with his claws before turning around to block the double axe of another one. He growled. "Don't understimate me!"

Takumi retracted one of his arms and slished the Robot's right arm, making it stumble, before he used his other arm to cut down the Robot's head, destroying it.

Kimato slashed three Robots with his Katana. Behind him is Reki who used her power to destroy five Robots. She glanced her shoulder. "It's being a long time since we fought together."

Kimato nodded. "Yeah...but i wish that we fought again under different circumstance."

Miki grabbed two Robots and lifted them before smashing the two together, destroying them immediatly. She turned around in time to see Hoshi destroying three Robots with his guns. He looked at her and gave an thumb up, with Miki smiling.

Maki is surronded from each side by five Robots. She glared at them with her red eyes. "Out of my ways!"

Maki charged something in her knives, something that looked like dark energy. She used them to blast the Robots away. Once she was done, she spotted Takumi fighting Robots and go help him.

Tenka destroyed many Robots, making her a target for them. At one moment, she has enough and destroyed them all with a slash of her sword. Meanwhile, Kazoki is punched by one of the Robots, sending him to the ground.

Kazoki get up and rubbed his lips, glaring at the Robot. "Oh no you don't..."

The Robot run toward the Snarky Human to crush him. Kazoki snarled. "Just because i don't have the same fighting experience as the others mean that i'm weak!"

Kazoki jumped right as the Robot was about to stomp him, before he aimed at the head and shoot the Robot in the right eye. The Robot is startled by the sudden shoot and back away. Kazoki land behind the Robot before turning around and shoot it in the back twice, destroying it.

Kazoki stand up and sighed. Tenka landed beside him and nodded. "Not bad..."

Kazoki nodded before looking around and see that the others has finished the rest of the Robots. "Now what?"

Misaro put a hand on his chin. "Maybe we should try to-"

A huge stomp is hear in the distance, interruping the boy. Many of them looked around in confusion. Hoshi turned toward them. "Did...did you feel that?"

Another stomp is hear. Maki look up. "Something is coming...something dangerous..."

A third stomp is hear. Kimato narrowed his eyes. "Everyone, get ready..."

Then, there is silence...before something huge came out the Forest, starting them. Upon taking a look, Takumi's eyes widened in shock. "WHAT THE HELL?!!!"

In front of them is a huge Gorillia Robot of the color red. His eyes were glowing yellow with fury, his mouth has razor teeths, and his arms seem to have hole in them.

The Gorillia Robot growled before letting out a roar that shook the entire Island before he pound on his chest. He then lower his arms to glare at the Humans and the Inversed Spirit.

"What is that thing?!" Yuki asked shocked. "Why it is on this Island?!"

"Don't expect him to give you an answer!" Kazoki glared at the giant Robot.

Tenka stepped foward, making the others turn toward her. "Leave this thing to me..."

"Are you insane?!" Yuki exclaimed shocked, before gesturing the Robot Gorillia. "That thing is a monster! You can't defeat him alone!"

Tenka narrowed her eyes. "Watch me."

Tenka threw herself at the Gorillia Robot before launching a strike with her sword, only to be blocked by the giant Robot who growled and punched her, sending her to the ground. Tenka recovered quickly and launched a blast from her fingers that damaged the Robot, but not destroy it.

"Damn it..." Tenka growled. Under different circumstance, this Machine shouldn't be a problem to her. However, thanks to whatever this Island is doing to her, it's more harder then she though.

The Gorillia Robot screamed before raising his fist and throw it at Tenka who block it with her sword. She gritted her teeths as the Robot's large hand slowly pushed her back.

Kazoki and the others watched as Tenka struggled to hold back the fist. If if keep this up, she will be severaly hurt, or even being killed. Kazoki looked at the rest. "We need to find a way to destroy that thing! Do anyone have a plan?"

The ten of them shared a glance, before Miki lifted a finger. "Actually, maybe there is something that can help us."

"What it is?" Kazoki asked.

Miki smiled before she raised her hands on the horn on her head. They started to glow green, confusing Kazoki. The next moment, a huge doll appear next to them. Kazoki blinked. "...The hell?"

"It's a special doll that we created during our spare time." Miki explained as the doll stand still. "With it help, we can take down this giant Robot."

Kazoki looked at the doll then at the Robot. "I suppose we don't have anything to lose. Let's do this."

Miki smiled and send the commande to the doll who walk up toward the Gorillia Robot. Then, the Doll wrapped it arms around the Robot, stunning him and allowing Tenka to push back the fist. Tenka studied the doll with a confused look. "What is that?"

Tenka shook her head. Now was her chance to strike. She glared at the Robot before her body glowed light purple. She then raised Nameha before swinging it at the Gorillia Robot's arm, cutting it instantly. The Robot became more angrier then before. It was about to open it mouth before a bullet hit him and explosed a part of it face.

Kazoki lowered his gun as he look at it in awe. He turned toward Misaro. "Where did you find this gun?"

"I didn't. I made it." Misaro said.

"...You're kidding?" Kazoki asked dumbfounded. Misaro shook his head. "...Okay, now i'm starting to think that we're in RWBY." He then has an idea. "Wait a moment..."

Kazoki looked at behind the Robot who is struggling to get the doll of him and resisted to Tenka's assault, before looking at the sand behind it. He aimed his gun at it. "Hope that it work."

Kazoki fired at the spot, creating a hole big enough to cover a house. He looked at Miki who quickly understood. She commanded the doll to turn around and throw the Gorillia Robot at it, which it did. The huge Robot has it left foot stuck in it. Kazoki and the others managed to trap the Robot. However, he was desperatly trying to escape. Kazoki turned toward Tenka. "Now!"

Tenka raised her sword before sending a huge wave toward the Robot. Unlike the previous time, it actually managed to cut it whole body down in two. The next moment, the Robot fall to the ground defeated. The Robot sparkled a few moment before it explosed, making several of them cover their eyes. After it was over, they lowered their arms before seeing someone coming out the smoke. It was Tenka who goes back to her normal outfit.

"It's over?" Kazoki asked.

"...It's over." Tenka comfirmed, making Kazoki sigh in relief. Tenka rosed a eyebrow before smirking. "I already know that you're worried about my well-being, but i already told you that i'm strong."

Kazoki glared at her, which make Tenka's amusement grow. "Not now."

Tenka smirked before turning toward the rest and gained a neutral look. "As for you...i must admit, i didn't expect to came across Humans with fighting skills. It was interesting to see that not everyone need armor to fight."

"...Is that an compliment?" Hoshi asked uncertain.

"Just take the compliment." Kazoki simply said.

"YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!"

Startled, everyone turned toward the source and half of them were surprised to see who it was. "You?!"

"What are you doing here, you fat bastard?!" Tenka demanded.

"I'M BOUOB!!" The fat man yelled angrily. "And i'm the one asking question here! What the hell are you and how did you defeated those Robots?! They're supposed to be unbeatable!"

"Shut up..." Tenka growled, making the now named Bouob paling. "A worthless being like you has no right to use such tone against me!" She narrowed her eyes. "And you haven't anwered to my question, why are you here?!"

Bouob gulped as he averted his gaze. "I...don't have to answer you!"

"You will...or i'll kill you!" Tenka threatned, making Bouob sweat in fear.

Hyoki watched the scene until she started to connect the dots. The presense of Bouob, his reaction upon seeing them alive, and the fact that he consider the Robots as unbeatable. "It was you..."

Everyone grow quite and looked at Hyoki. Even Tenka turned her gaze toward the black-haired girl. Hyoki glared at Bouob. "You're the one who brought us here! You planned this from the start!"

Bouob flinched at this. "I..."

"Don't try to deny it!" Hyoki cut off. "If you truly weren't behind this, you wouldn't be able to go to this Island! Especially when half of us that go here was on an accident! Now you better start talking or me and the others will beat the answer out of you!"

Bouob looked around and see that all of them were ready to jump on him. He then sighed in defeat.

"Before the contest, i came across this strange island. I don't know how or why, but i quickly discovered all the machines of this place." Bouob explained before growled. "I then decided to lure you all in this place, because i know that as long you stay here, no one would be able to save any of you. So i had to learn about where some of you lived."

Flashback

"After that, i had to use a device that modify the memories..."

Bouob is seeing hiding behind a wall, watching angrily Hyoki and the others talking to each others on their way to the beach. He smirked and aimed a remote toward them, which send a yellow ray that froze them.

"Which allow me to send them to this Island without any problem."

Present

"Wait a minute...now i remember!" Kazuya exclaimed. "We were about to go to the beach when we suddenly blacked out! And we found ourself on this island when we woke up with those false memories!"

"...Mystery solved, i guess." Kazoki said.

"But why would you do this?" Hyoki questioned. "

"Because i was supposed to win!" The fat bastard said angrily. "This contest was everything to me, and you all took it away! Now, i will have my revenge!"

"Hold it!" Yuki hold her hands before sending a confused glance. "You mean that the reason you've done all of this...was because of the contest?"

"What else?!" Bouob asked sarcasticaly.

"...Is that me or every person we came across are a bunch of idiots?" Kazoki asked.

"What?!"

"I mean, really? First, those three stooge who wanted revenge on us because they can't get a girlfriends, now this story of contest?" Kazoki said annoyed. "Honestly, you guys really need to find better excuse to be asshole."

"Who the hell are you calling an asshole?!" Bouob asked angrily.

"You, dumbass..." Kazoki pointed out, making Bouob froze at the sudden reply. Yuki and Miki hold back their giggle, Kazuya and Hoshi laughed, and Hyoki smirked amused.

"W-Shut up!" Bouob yelled.

"No, he's right." Misaro agree seriously. "You could have accepted your defeat like a mature person. Instead, you decided to throw a fit like a giant baby."

"WHAT?!"

"Actually, fat baby is more accurated." Kazoki replied. "A giant fat baby who is a pathetic loser."

"GAH?!" Bouob feel like a arrow pierced his heart.

"A pathetic and worhtless being who is the pinacle of stupidity." Tenka added.

Bouob turned into a statue...before he kneel down and punched the ground. "SHUT UP ALL OF YOU! YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!"

"It's not our fault if you're such a baby." Takumi deadpanned.

"But wait...what about Tenka?" Kazoki asked after a moment. "Earlier, she feel herself becoming weaker, why is that?"

"It's thanks to this!" Bouob showed another device, which looked like a square box. "I saw first hand how strong she was compared to the others, so i decided to use this thing that send special waves to reduce the strengh of whoever step on this Island! This way, it would be a piece of cake for those Robots to kill you!"

"You put a device to make me weaker so that you can kill us easily?" Tenka asked before growling. "You're nothing but a coward!"

"Say what you will, but it was effective in the end." Bouob smirked before he reached into his back. "Now then, time to meet your-"

A hitting sound is hear, and Bob is send to the ground with a bleeding head. Shocked, he look up with difficult and see Miki towering him with a dark look on her face. "W-What?!"

"So you decided to ruin our vacation over an petty revenge?" Miki asked in a calm tone. However, something about this calmness scared Bouob. "Maybe i should...give you a punishement."

"Can i join?" Maki asked with a knive in her hand.

"Of course. The more the merrier." Miki agree.

"Don't hog all the fun!" Yuki smiled...with a dark aura around her.

Bouob gulped as the three girls came closer to him. He back away. "N-No! Stay back! Don't come any closer!"

BAM! BOM! PAW! BOOM!!

"HEYAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Kazoki crossed his arms as he watched the three girls beating up the bastard. He look at Tenka, Hyoki, and Reki. "You're not going to join?"

"As much i would like to, i would rather stay here and take care of my boyfriend." Reki replied as she stroked Kimato's head on her lap.

"This is my first moment alone with Misaro in a while, and i won't waste it." Hyoki said while hugging Misaro who blushed.

"I won't waste my strenght against a weakling who can't fight his own battles!" Tenka replied seriouly.

Kazoki shrugged. "Have it your ways."

"INSANE!! YOU'RE ALL INSANE!!"

CRACK!!

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! MY BALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!"

"...Should we stop this?" Misaro asked.

"Hell no!" Kazoki smirked. "For the first time since we got stranded on this Island, we're finally having fun. Let's wait a few more minutes."

Kazoki and the others watched as Bob received the worst beating of his life.

Later

After the giant beating of Bouob, the fat bastard is left unconcious on the ground. During that time, Kazoki, Misaro, and explained their Origins to each others, knowing that they owned them explaination after this.

"...So let me get this straigh..." Kazoki rubbed his eyes. "The ten of you are Outcast Ninja...or Shinobi, that hide in the shadow of Asakusa. But you all decided to leave this place thanks to some incident and you come to Arubi Island in order to have Vacation?"

Misaro nodded. "More or less, yeah..."

"...And here i though that Tengu City is a mad-City. Look like i was wrong." Kazoki replied.

"...You...don't seem to be surprise by this." Yuki pointed out.

"At this point, we got used to craziness, so it's nothing new." Kazoki shrugged. "But honestly, i'm surprised that you didn't leave Asakusa given that you don't seem to like this City."

"Actually, we won a new House not too long ago. We were planning to move out right after the end of our vacations." Hyoki explained.

"Oh...my bad then." Kazoki replied.

"And...what do you think of all of this?" Kazuya asked nervously.

Hyoki, Misaro, and Yuki shared a glance. They feel a bit uneasy upon thinking about Kazoki's reply. Despite the short time they shared, they grow to see Kazoki and Tenka as friends. And they're not sure if what they would do if he hated them.

Kazoki stared at the ten Shinobi who waited for his answer. He took a deep breath...before shrugging. "Whatever..."

"What?" Hyoki asked dumbfounded. "That's all? Whatever?"

The rest of them were also taken back by the unexpected answer. Even Maki, who is usually blank, looked at Kazoki completely confused.

"Listen, to be honest with you, i'm not the kind of person that judge people for their actions. Only in personality. Whatever you guys has done in the past to become Rogue don't interest me." Kazoki said simply. "Also, i don't really care about those whatever is good or bad. As long that it don't go too far, then i'm good with it."

That answer...was really strange. Of all the reply they expected, this wasn't one of them. Nonetheless, Misaro, Kazuya, Hyoki, and Yuki were glad that Kazoki didn't think any less of them.

"Beside, if you ask that question to Tenka, i doubt that she would care about it." Kazoki added, looking at the girl in question who poked a part of the Gorillia Robot with her sword.

"Indeed, i wouldn't." Tenka comfirmed without looking.

"So, what about Tenka?" Hoshi asked, making Tenka stop and glance at him. "From what we saw so far, she's clearly not Human."

Kazoki looked at Tenka who waved of, showing that he could do whatever he wanted. The Snarky Human turned toward them and told them about the Spacequake and Spirits.

"So, there are being called Spirits that are surnatural girls who are the responsable of the Spacequake in Japan." Hyoki resumed.

"Kinda, yeah." Kazoki comfirmed.

"...Why do i feel like this is part of some kind of Harem Show?" Hyoki deadpanned.

"Because it's the case." Kazoki replied.

"I'm confused about something though." Reki spoke up, making Kazoki look at her. "From what you told us, there used to be Spacequake around the world thirty years ago. And recently, there are being only in Tengu City. Do you know why is that?"

"I'm kinda curious about it as well." Kimato admited.

Kazoki shrugged. "To be honest, i've being wondering the same thing as well, but i don't know. And i don't think that we'll know the answer since apparently no one care enough to ask."

Nearly everyone sweat dropped at this.

"Oh, and before i forgot..." Kazoki take the gun given to him by Misaro and use it to destroy the box.

Tenka then feel her ful power restored. She looked at her hands and looked at Kazoki. "Thank you..."

Kazoki waved of. "No prob..."

"Still, to think that i would be struggling because of that stupid dog." Tenka growled. "How humiliating!" She looked at Bouob who is being poked by birds. "Good thing that he got humiliated as well."

"I'm still surprised that this fat bastard managed to make all of this." Kazoki said.

"He didn't..."

Kazoki and the others were stunned to hear another voice. Turning around, they saw a new face...a new Robot. But unlike the others, he has the size of a kid and looked harmless.

Kazoki and the others were on guard. However, the Robot didn't attack. Instead, the screen on his face light up, showing a shadow. Despite the fact that his face couldn't be seeing, everyone could tell that it was a man.

Kazoki looked at the man on the Robot before speaking up. "Who are you?"

"...My name isn't something that i would like to share for now..." The Man said. "But...you can call me Doctor X."

"Doctor X?" Misaro blinked before shooking his head. "Never mind that, what do you want?"

"Well, i was busy to create some invention until i hear an alert on my Island. So i decided to send this little Robot to find what happening." Doctor X said.

Everyone is suprised by what they just hear.

"Your...Island?" Tenka narrowed her eyes. "This Island belong to you? Does that mean that the Robots that try to kill us belonged to you as well?"

"The answer is yes...and no." Doctor X said, making them confused. "Yes, the Robots that you saw belonged to me, but i wasn't the one to create them."

"What do you mean by that?" Hyoki asked suspisciously.

"A few days ago, i received a strange package...which contained the plan to make that machine that you saw earlier." Doctor X explained. "For some reason, they wanted me to use them in case that someone got trapped on this island. I must admit, i was confused by the last part. But given what happened today, it actually make sense now..."

Hoshi blinked. "Are you telling us that someone wanted us dead?"

"Perhaps..." Doctor X guessed. "If my guess is correct, whoever send those gadget wanted me to kill you all..."

"Yet you didn't use them against us...why?" Miki asked curious.

"Because my only goal is to studying the abnormal being, not to kill people." Doctor X replied. "Unlike the rest of the world, i won't waste my research on feeble objective like senseless murder or anarchy."

"That's...nice?" Yuki said, not sure what to think of it. "But...how exactly did Bouob get his hands on those?"

"Who know? It certainly not by himself." Doctor X said. "I can't imagine a dumb fool like him to get them on his own...actually, perhaps i should retrive him to get answer."

Reki put a finger on her chin. "If that's your plan, maybe i can help..."

The others looked at the young woman confused. Reki walk up toward the fat guy on the ground and kneel down to grab his chin and move it in her direction. Bouob struggled to open his eyes, allowing Reki to look into them...before her eyes glowed. Bouob's eyes glowed as well before he suddenly get up and stand still. Reki turned toward the Robot and gestured toward Bouob. Getting the message, the Robot walk up toward the fat bastard and grab him by the wrist to lead him somewhere else.

"Interesting..." Doctor X mumbled. "To think that i would see mind-control abilities in this Island..."

Reki smiled. "I suppose you can say that i'm not an ordinary person."

"I'm aware of that." Doctor X replied. "After alll...a Yoma isn't anything but oridinary."

Right as the Doctor finished, Misaro and the others tensed and looked at him in surprise. Even Reki loss her smile and was stunned. Kazoki is confused. "Yoma?"

"Yoma are japanese Demon created by bloodlust, they are mostly know to kill Humans and seeking blood...however, there are also sentient Yoma who can posses Human's forms and speak with them." Doctor X explained.

"...That explain everything." Tenka though in her head, looking at the silver-haired young woman. The first time she saw Reki, she knew right away that she wasn't a Human. However, she wasn't a Spirit either.

Kimato grab Reki's hand, making her look at him, and glared at the Doctor. But before he could speak up, the Doctor interruped him. "Before you say anything, let me make something clear: i don't care. Whetever you're all Humans or something else don't concern me. However, i'm still confused about the fact that a Human and a Yoma has fallen in love with each others."

Kimato and Reki blinked before sharing a glance, then looked back at the Doctor.

"Still though, how do we know that we can trust you?" Hyoki asked with a glare. "For all we know, you could be trying to to lure us in a trap."

"If i wanted to kill you all, i would already have done so. Especially given that you're all in a Island that i can control." Doctor X said seriously, making them tense. "Furthermore, it's ironic that you would talk about trust...right? Hyoki from the Senki-Shu?"

Hyoki's eyes widened in shock, as did the rest of her friends. "H-How?!"

"Unlike the rest of the world, i'm not the kind of person to forget about things or ignoring particular subject...just like the incident in Tadano City last year." Doctor X said simply.

Misaro and the others flinched at the last part. Kazoki looked at them shocked. "Wait...what does Tadano City's incident has anything to do with this?"

Before any of them could answer, Tenka coughed, bringing their attention, and looked at them seriously. "I have a better question: what is that incident? Because unlike the rest of you, i don't have any information about last year!"

Kazoki and the others weren't sure how to tell her. Nonetheless, Doctor X spoke up. "Last year, there has being sigh of a war in a place called Tadano City. No one is sure of what happened or how it all started...however, they were told that the participant of this battles are a bunch of teenagers. Among them being your new friends over there."

Kazoki and Tenka looked at Misaro and the others, noticing them being uncomfortable over the subject. Tenka looked at Kazoki. "You know about this?"

"No...well, not everything, at least." Kazoki replied, rubbing the back of his head. "A few months ago, i read in the newpaper that there has being an incident about Tadano City, and that when it was over, the entire City has being destroyed." He looked at the Robot again. "But...how do you know that Misaro and the others are involved in this?"

"Like i've said, i'm not the kind of person to ignore particular subject." Doctor X replied. "And the though of teenagers being strong enough to destroy an City is too intriguing to not make search about it. So i decided look into it and discover that the responsable are...Shinobi." He then showed several files on the Robot's face. "Many of them being know as Asuka, Ikaruga, Katsuragi, Yagyu, Hibari, Homura, Yomi, Hikage, Haruka, Mirai, Yumi, Murakumo, Yozakura, Shiki, Minori, Miyabi, Imu, Murasaki, Ryobi, and Ryona."

At the mention of the following names, Misaro clenched his fists really hard. Kazuya narrowed his eyes in pure anger. Hoshi scowled. Kimato looked like he wanted to strangle someone. Takumi closed his eyes with a frown.

Kazoki noticed their reactions and couldn't help but be curious about it. Then, three of the name that he hear clicked in his head, with one in particular that surprised him. "Wait...Miyabi is also a Shinobi?!"

To think that one of the Shinobi has being standing with them this whole time! Seriously, why are there so many crazy people appearing in this world?

No...they've always being present, it's just that he couldn't see it until now. Just like the Spirits who always lived in Tengu City.

"So what now?" Hyoki asked seriously. "Are you going to reveal our presence to the world?"

"Why would i do that?" Doctor X asked, surprising them. "There is no reason or benefice for me to do so."

"...Say what?" Hoshi said dumbfounded, not expecting that answer.

"Beside, whetever you believe me or not, i actually own you a favor." Doctor X said, making them confused. "Thanks to you, i managed to retrive this pathetic worm that used MY machines like they were toys. Not to mention that you lead me to discover more information about Spirits."

"Well...you're welcome?" Misaro said uncertain. He shooked his head. "Wait, how are we going to leave this Island?"

"No worries, you can find boats on the East of the Island. With them, you'll be able to leave this place and go back to where you came from." Doctor X said.

"...You don't seem to have any problem to letting us go." Hyoki pointed out.

"Of course. Because i now know that outside of the Spirit, none of you are an threat to me." Doctor X said simply.

Hyoki's twitched at this. It's almost like he was making fun of them!

"Also...there is a message for the one called Tenka written in the paper." Doctor X added, confusing them even more, especially the concerned.

"What message?" Tenka asked.

The Robot's eyes changed color for a few second before a paper appear from his mouth. Kazoki took it and give it to Tenka. The Spirit unwrapped the paper and read it...only to be taken back by what it was wrote. Confused, Kazoki and the others gathered around it and see what it was written, only to be more confused then before.

"You made the wrong choice...brace yourself, Demon King."

The words written confused them like never before. They all turned toward Doctor X, only for him to spoke up before they could open their mouths. "I know what you're thinking and no, i don't know who write this. However...what i do know is that given that it know about the Spirits' existence, it's not someone to take lightly."

"Do you think that whoever send this letter is behind what happened today?" Kazuya asked.

"It's not impossible..." Doctor X guessed before looking at them. "Nonetheless, i think it's time for you to depart, and very quickly if i may add. Goodbye."

The next moment, the screen on the Robot's face shut down...only to be remplaced by a pair of eyes that belonged to the Robot. The Robot look up and salutated them before leaving with Bouob.

Kazoki and the others looked at each others. All that information was too much to take. First, there was an scientist who seem to be aware of any events in the world, and he possesed a bunch of killing machine on a secret Island.

And now, someone has send a letter to Tenka, with whoever send it clearly threatning her. It was not a good sigh.

Who has send that letter? How do it know about Tenka's title?

And more importantly...what does it mean by "making the wrong choice"?

One thing is sure. Someone is clearly after them. And now...they have to be on the lookout in case they strike back again.

Hoshi suddenly remembered a detail. "Hey, i just though of something. What does he mean by 'very quickly?'"

The next second, Hoshi got his answer...under the form of a Earthquake. This time though, it was stronger then the rest. Kazoki look up and see why. He quickly pointed to a direction and shouted. "THE VOLCANO IS ERUPTING!!"

Everyone look up and see that the Volcano was, indeed, erupting. Misaro panicked and looked at the others. "TO THE BOATS, NOW!!"

Kazoki grabbed Tenka's hand, much to her surprise, and run toward the direction of the boats with the rest. After that, they managed to make them work and they all leave the Island together They all took a moment to rest.

"Man, what a day..." Takumi sighed, with Maki leaning on his chest.

"I could have escaped this Island myself, you know?" Tenka said to Kazoki.

"You? Yes. The others? No." Kazoki replied.

Tenka didn't say anything to this. She just looked at the ocean under the night sky...wait, night?

Kazoki look up and noticed that it was night. He frowned in confusion. "That's weird...i'm sure that it was still the morning when we arrived to this Island."

"Maybe more time has passed then we think." Takumi put a hand on his chin.

"Anyway, now that we're finally free, it's time to go back to the Arubi Island." Kazoki said before turning toward the others. "You're coming?"

"Of course. We still have our belonging back to this place." Hyoki replied.

Kazoki nodded. "Good. Now let's head back to this stupid Island."

The boast moved toward it destination. Thanks to Tenka be able to sense Reiryoku again, they know where to go. They passed time by talking about several things. Except Tenka who leaned against the boat and moved her finger into the water bored.

After what feel like hours, they arrived until destination...only to hear a sound in the sky.

Misaro quickly look up. "What is that?!"

They looked in the sky and see something strange. Two being were fighting in the air. But none of them could tell what they looked like in the distance. Kazoki narrowed his eyes before looking at the others. "Hey, are there any binoculars on this boast?"

Misaro and the others shared a glance. Yuki spotted something and pulled out. "There is it!"

Kazoki hold his hand, with Yuki giving him the binocular. Kazoki used them to look at the sky. What he saw surprised him. "Them?!

In the air were Kaguya and Yuzuru fighting each others. Both of them has fierce look on their face. They looked like they wanted to kill each others. The worst part? He has a feeling that it's the case.

"What's wrong?" Misaro asked. Kazoki gived him the binoculars, with the boy taking them and using them. He was also surprised. "Wait the?! Are they Spirits?"

"Yeah...abeilt stupid one!" Kazoki growled.

The rest of them looked confuse at what happening. Misaro give them binocular and they used it one after others. They were surprised to see the Spirits in the sky.

Kazoki frowned as he shared a glance with Tenka. Whatever is happening right now, it definitively was a bad timing.

Meanwhile...

As the battle rage on, someone is watching them in the horizon. It was Ellen Mira Mathers. However, instead of the business suit she was wearing earlier, she now wear a CR-Unit with a sword in her hands.

Ellen narrowed her eyes as she look at the battlefield. "It's time to get into actions..."

The Wizard was about to launch herself toward it when she hear a voice behind her. "Well, well, well, you never pass the chance to embarrase yourself, aren't you, Mathers?"

Ellen froze before turning around to see people that she never expected to find on the Island. "You?!"

In front of the woman is two man that wear CR-Unit. With different design compared to her own.

The first man has short blond hair and blue eyes. His face was calm and collected.

The second man has brown hair and chestnut eyes. His face was filled with mockery toward the woman in front of them.

Those two were part of the DEM: General Nakaru Mitsuhirato and Commander Tatsu Kari. Two competent and skilled Wizard.

"What are you both doing here?!" Ellen demanded, not happy with the presence of the two of them. Especially Tatsu.

"It isn't oblivious?" Tatsu smirked, amused at Ellen's annoyance. "We came here to make sure that you don't fail your mission. Like usual."

Ellen gritted her teeths in anger. It was no secret that Tatsu has no problem looking down on everyone, something that she hated the most about him...no, scratch that. She hated him! Everytime that the two of them talk, he always find a way to get under her skin. It's almost like he has something against her.

"I don't need help!" Ellen said annoyed. "Especially not from you, Kari!"

"I beg to differ." Tatsu shook his head. "It's well-know that you can't defeat anyone, and you know it."

"Don't you know who i am?!" Ellen glared at him. "I'm the strongest Wizard  in the World! As i said before, i don't need help!"

"Yeah, you are the strongest...in your head!" Tatsu roasted. "Have you forgotten that you lost against that black-haired boy last month?"

"He didn't defeat me!" Ellen said angrily. "I was tired from fighting those girls!"

"Yeah, yeah. Always the same excuse. Everytime that someone actually win against you, it's never your fault. For someone who claim herself as the strongest, you are too weak to admit your own flaws." Tatsu replied bored. Ellen Mathers never admit her own faults, something that everyone know.

Ellen glared further with pure hatred. "You listen here! I-"

"Enough!" Nakaru spoke for the first time. Ellen and Tatsu flinched at the cold tone of his deep voice. "Now isn't not the time for your childish quarel."

Ellen and Tatsu glared at each others before looking away. Ignoring this, Nakaru turned toward Ellen. "As Tatsu here said, we were send by DEM to assist you for your mission. We all know that you're not strong enough to defeat her alone."

"You underestimate my strengh." Ellen narrowed her eyes.

"In contrary, it's you who overstimate your own strengh." Tatsu growled. "Just because you claim yourself to be the strongest mean you can defeat everyone."

"For once, i agree with Kari."" Nakaru nodded. "This time, we aren't fighting against a normal Spirit. It's the Demon King herself. We cannot take any risk."

Ellen clenched her fists so hard that they became white. It was humiliating! She was forced to be helped to fight against a Spirit! Her! The Strongest Wizard in the World!

The worst part is that she has to work with Tatsu of all the people. Nakaru, she could tolerate him since he know how to be civile. But the other one? She would rather die...

Unforutnately, she couldn't go against Westcott's orders. So she will have to swallow her pride and work with them...no matter how much she hate it.

Well, at least it's not with Minerva Reddell. She was sure that she would have killed her if it happen.

"...Very well, but know this: Should either of you being in trouble, i won't help you." Ellen relented, making sure that she won't be responsable of what happen to them on their next battle.

"That's fine, if you get in danger, i'll gladly let you die." Tatsu shrugged, making Ellen glare at him.

"We wasted enough time. It's time to get into actions." Nakaru said.

The three Wizard flew toward the battlefield in orders to take down the Spirits.

Sorry that it took so long. I was working on this Chapter at the same time as my Dragon Ball Story. And a lot of thing happened in both of those Chapters.

As you can see, there was a battle between the Heroes and the Robots. Again, sorry for the fighting scene. It's more easier to write them in Dragob Ball.

I was originaly going to make this a short Adventure, kinda like a filler. But i decided to make it a important point in the Story. Like Kazoki and the others meeting a new Character and getting clue about the mystery surronding Tenka.

Doctor X is a Character who will play a Major Role in the Story. He'll return later, along with his inventions.

Nakaru Mitsuhiraro and Tatsu Kari are two agent added for the next battle. Because let's be honest, who in the right mind would send someone fighting Tenka while knowing her strengh? Not DEM.

In case anyone is wondering, Minerva Reddell is not a OC. She's a Character from the Date A Live Spinoff about the AST. Who is she? Long story short, she's a worst version of Ellen, to the point that she make the latter look like a nice person. If you think that Ellen was bad...you're going to wish that Minerva was dead, even though she's actually death in the Canon Story.

Anyway, the next Chapter will conclude the Arc, as usual, here a Omake before leaving.

(Omake: Crazy Dream)

Kazoki opened his eyes and streached. He get up from the bed and walk up toward his closet before opening it...showing a Knight's Armor. "Well, time to work again."

Kazoki put on the armor and walk up toward the Training Camp, where several people were training to...catch bears.

Yup, you hear right. The Knight of the Tengu Kingdom, were training to catch bears.

"This suck..." Kazoki shook his head as he watched a guy try to catch a bear with little cheese. "Those guys are supposed to be expert, and from what i see so far, they are completely useless."

"Agree..."

Kazoki turned around and see Tenka walking toward him before crossing her arms. "If that's what the elites are supposed to be like, then i'm worried about the fate of the Kingdom."

Kazoki crossed his arms. "Same here. Lucky for them, i decided to create a trap who will help us catching bear..."

Tenka nodded. "I must admit, it's not a bad idea."

BLAM!

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"

Out of nowhere, a purple plumber with a big nose get send in the air by the trap, stunning Kazoki and Tenka.

Reality...

Kazoki feel a hand shaking him and wake up. He look up and see Shido looking at him seriously. But before he could spoke, Kazoki cut him off. "Give me a break! It's not my fault if Waluigi decided to fall into a stupid bear trap! Don't blame me for this!"

Shido's serious look changed to a confused one.

Something that i saw in the comics. It was weird, but worth it.
