Chapter 51

The next day Can and Sanem headed over to the Bakal to meet up with her aunt and uncle and the health inspector.

NIHAT: "good morning children. Can, thank you for coming, this means the world to me."

CAN: "uncle Nihat anything you need just ask, I'm always here for you and aunt Mevcabi,"

Nihat hugged Can, and Sanem. The inspector showed up a little while later.

INSPECTOR: "Everything looks good Nihat bey, you're good to open Monday!!"

NIHAT: "Thank you sir!! ". Nihat and Mevcabi were so happy, because funds were really running low.

Can and Sanem helped her aunt and uncle stock the Bakal, so they can have everything ready for Monday.

MEVCABI: "children come back to the house and I will make dinner you must be very hungry."

CAN: "actually aunt Mevcabi, take a break from cooking today Sanem and I are taking you both out to dinner."

NIHAT; "Can, you've done enough don't you think?"

SANEM: "please you two, we just want to see you relax and enjoy a good Turkish meal, nothing fancy"

Her aunt and uncle agreed, so they went to a nice little Turkish restaurant by the water close to their neighborhood. And they sat outside, it was such a beautiful evening.

MEVCABI: "Sanem, have you started looking for a wedding dress?"

SANEM: "not yet, maybe next weekend we can go together with you and Leyla and Miriban. We can make a girls day out of it"

MEVCABI: "really, you want me with you to pick out your wedding gown?" She had tears in her eyes, Sanem gets up and hugs her aunt

SANEM: "of course I want you with me, you're like my mother auntie, and uncle Nihat will walk me to Can that day." Nihat started tearing.

NIHAT: "I will be honored my sweet Sanem. Can, this girl is very special, take care of her for us." Can looked at Sanem, put his hand on her head and caressed her hair.

CAN: "oh believe me I know how special she is, trust me I will take care of her with my life."

NIHAT: "we trust you son. Thank you for everything. And I have to thank your father and brother, just like you they were here many times to make sure construction was going well. I don't know how to make it up to you all"

CAN: "uncle Nihat, there's no need for thank you's we're family, and family sticks together no matter what."

NIHAT: "absolutely, now Sanem, your aunt and I are paying for your wedding dress, and I don't want to hear anything, you pick whatever you want, we have put money aside for both you and Leyla to buy you your dresses."

SANEM: "uncle Nihat, auntie, I don't want to burden you with my gown, really, I can pay for it."

MEVCABI: "Sanem, I want to do for you what your parents would of done, you and Leyla are our daughters, we have no children of our own and this will mean the world to us." Sanem started crying and got up and hugged both of them.

SANEM: "Thank you so much, both of you. You know Leyla and I love you very much"

MEVCABI: " no more tears this a happy occasion!"

They hugged each other again and continued their conversation about the wedding.

Can took her aunt and uncle home after dinner and noticed Sanem was quiet.

CAN: "Sanem are you okay?" Sanem turned to look at him and gave him the sweetest smile , with tears in her eyes she says " "Can, I just feel so blessed, too have a family like I do, and I feel even more blessed because I feel the same about yours, and the best part is that we all get along." Can smiles takes her hand and kisses it.

CAN: "I agree Sanem, I feel the same way, we are truly blessed. On another note, we need to figure out where we are going to live."

SANEM: "I don't care, we're ever you want, just as long as we're by the water that's all I want, it could be a shack just as long as you're with me." Can, smiled and said "how about we buy one of the houses on the farm, Miriban's farm, it's perfect to raise a family and it's by the water, what do you think?"

SANEM: "I love it there, yes, oh Can I can just picture us there with our three children."

Can laughed. "You already know how many kids you want? I was thinking more like four"

SANEM: "it seems like someone else is thinking about it too. Okay, four it is, two girls and two boys."

Can starts laughing, and kisses her hand.

CAN: "okay, your wish is my command, we will start working on them very soon, after the wedding when we have spent some time together first, what do you think?"

SANEM: "I want to wait a year, what do you think?"

CAN: "perfect, but you know, we haven't been taking precautions, I'm not using a condom all the time and you're not on the pill."

SANEM: "you're right, but you know when we make love Can that's like the last thing on my mind."

CAN: "me too Sanem, I just want to make love to you, I don't even think about taking precautions. And trust me, I never did that before, I always wore a condom and pulled out at put the contents in the toilet after. I guess I didn't want any kids up till now, but with you, from day one I always thought of us having children together." Sanem was scratching his beard and smiling.

SANEM: "well Can, I'm so happy that you didn't want any children with any of those women you were with.

But you know, if it happens it happens, I'm okay with it, how about you?" He pinches her cheek

CAN: "I feel the same way Sanem, if it's meant to be, then I will be the happiest man on earth, because we made a little human together."

SANEM: "I love you Can". CAN: "I love you too princess."

They got home and decided to take a swim together.

Sanem was getting a FaceTime call from Leyla.

SANEM: "Leyla, is everything okay, what's going on you look like you're about to burst."

Leyla was so excited and so happy, she put up her hand  and showed her ring to Sanem.

LEYLA: "we're engaged you two, Emre proposed and I said yes!!"

SANEM: "congratulations you two, we're so happy for you both!!!" Can was smiling and congratulated them. But he already knew and Sanem figured it out. They talked a little while longer and hung up Sanem turned and looked at Can.

SANEM: "You knew didn't you, and you didn't say anything, Can Divit, I can't believe you!"

CAN: "Emre wanted to surprise Leyla and everyone else" he grabs her by the waist and gives her a hot kiss. "Isn't it better that you were surprised, I only knew because I went with him to pick out the ring."

She looked at him and smiled and put her arms around his neck.

SANEM: "I guess you're right, I like that I was surprised. Thank you my love." He pics her up and jumps in the pool with her, and starts untying her bikini top. "Can, outside, someone might see us, at least let's go inside."

CAN: "it's very private, no one can see us, trust me"

SANEM: "what ever you say my love."

The rest of the weekend was like a honeymoon for Can and Sanem.

SANEM: "Can, I can't believe we go back to work tomorrow, but I had the best weekend, with my hot boss." She straddles Can and leans in to kiss him.

Can Bey, you bring out my wild side."

She starts rubbing his chest and kissing him.

Can grabs her butt and starts squeezing it.

CAN: "do I, if you want I can show you how wild I can get." He starts tickling her and she starts laughing

He picks her up and takes her to his bedroom.

Monday and back at work. Fabri was going to make an appearance to see if they got the account.

CAN: "I know we need the account it would be good for us, but I really don't like this guy."

SANEM: "I agree Can, but he's not going to be your friend just business.  Let's see how it goes today."

Ela came into Can's office, to see if she can train with him. Of course wearing a mini dress and tight.

ELA: "Can,

CAN: "Can Bey.!"

ELA: "Derin is not in yet, should I stay in here with you.?

Sanem just stared at her, this girl has no shame.  She is very pushy.

CAN: "fine, you will learn from sanem and I together and when Derin comes in you go with her."

ELA: "okay Can, he looks up at her " I mean Can bey."

Cheeez he's so strict when she's around.  What does he see in her.  Yeh she's pretty in a simple way. Okay Can bey I'll play by your rules.

Derin came a little later that morning and Can sent Ela to Derins office.

CECE: "Fabri Bey is here should I take him to the conference room?"

CAN: "yes, CeCe please, thank you." Well are you ready my love, let's get this meeting over with."

FABRI: "hello Can , Sanem (he takes Sanem's hand and kisses it, and she pulls away quickly feeling uncomfortable) I have to say I like what you came up with for my perfume brand, and I'm willing to work with you if you are." Can is looking at Fabri not liking how he looks at Sanem, but they need the business.

CAN: "okay, we are too, we will put a complete add together and contact you when we're ready." Fabri looks at Sanem with a smile and says

FABRI: "Sanem, please consider your scent with my company, we could make a lot of money."

Ela is listening to this, what's so special about that scent, I smelled it, it's nothing special.

SANEM: "I'm sorry, like I said this scent is very special to me, it was  given to me by my grandmother, (she grabs Can's hand and brings him close to her) and it also means a lot to Can and I." Ela,  hates to see Can and Sanem so close.

FABRI: "well if you change your mind, you know where to find me" Sanem just nodded, they said their goodbyes and he left.

SANEM: "that went well don't you think?"

CAN: "it did, I just don't like the way he looks at you."

SANEM: "I kind of get a wierd vibe from him too, but as long as you're with me, in the meetings I'm fine."

CAN: "there is no way you will be in the same room with him just the two of you."  She wraps her arms around his neck and he brings her up against him, he kisses her, and says, "how about if we go out to dinner with Emre and Leyla.?"

SANEM: " sounds good to me. Let me get us some more tea and we can finish up our work here, and meet up with Leyla and Emre."

Sanem went to the tea station, Ela came up next to her.

ELA: "hi Sanem."

SANEM: "Ela, what can I do for you, is there a reason, that's your standing next to me, doing nothing."

ELA: "I'm just curious about that scent of yours, I don't understand why people are obsessed with it. It's nothing special, it's very plain like you."

Sanem turns to look at her, and gives her a very stern look.

SANEM: "well Ela, my scent shouldn't concern you, Can loves it and that's the only thing that matters.

The only thing that should matter to you is work nothing else"

ELA: "I'm doing my work, but I learn better from Can, Derin is to uptight, Can is so calm and explaines everything very well."

SANEM: "is that right, but obviously,  and it's Can bey to you, Can doesn't want to be near you,  so if you're as smart as you think you are, you should do what he tells you and stay with Derin, because you will be out of a job."

ELA: "Can won't fire me, he will tire of you.  I more his type anyway" Sanem started laughing, Ela just stared at her. "It's the truth Sanem, why are you laughing.

SANEM: " let's ask Can what he thinks, turn around it looks like someone has something to say to you."

Ela turns around and sees Can behind her, she was surprised to see him standing there, she was shocked.

CAN : "Ela, I told you before I'm Can Bey to you, do you understand, do you speak Turkish?, if you want I speak 4 other languages I can translate for you.  And if you think that I will tire of Sanem, that will never happen, do you understand, I am not interested in you at all not even as a friend. This is the last time I tell you this, next time you will be fired. Do you understand.?"

Ela nodded yes, didn't say another word. The employees were so happy, they hate Ela.

"Good! Get back to work". She starts walking away. "Oh and Ela one more thing"

He grabs Sanem and gives her a really hot kiss, and says.  "Sanem is the only one for me, nothing or no one will change that." They employees were whistling and clapping at that kiss, Sanem was embarrassed.

SANEM: "Can", she puts her face in his neck. He whispers to her "I love you princess" and "and I love you my one and only."
