Chapter 53

It was Friday morning and Sanem, Leyla and Miriban were getting ready to go meet Mevcabi, for wedding gown shopping.

CAN: "bebek have fun today, and I will see you tonight." Sanem had a little pout on her face. And Can pinches her cheek.

SANEM: " I wish I was coming with you, I don't like that cougar I don't trust her Can."

CAN: "don't you trust me?"

SANEM: "I trust you but not her. Try not to be too late please."

CAN: " I promise, and we will text and talk through out the day, okay?" She hugs him and kisses him and goes to leave, he pulls her back squeezing her tight up against him, and gives her a passionate kiss. "I love you bebek."

SANEM: "I love you too Can."

The girls were having a great time, Can and Sanem would text each other through out the day. She would take pictures of her self with non flattering wedding gowns, and very revealing gowns, send them to Can. He would call her "are you serious, no way, that's to revealing, or that's for an older woman" The girls just laughed, Sanem always loves to tease him. They entered the last shop and Sanem was speechless when she saw the gown in the window "that's it, my princess gown, Leyla what do you think?"

LEYLA: : "Sanem, this is you, look, you can take the skirt of and make it a mermaid gown for the reception."

SANEM: "I love it, and look a little princess gown. Bella would love it, with the little sparkles. I'm going to have Can call Bella's parents to ask her to be in the wedding."

LEYLA: " try on your gown first, and see how it looks on you. And then call him." Sanem tried on the gown, she looked in the mirror and knew this was the one, she started tearing, she turned to look at her sister, aunt and Miriban, they all had tears in their eyes." Mevcabi started crying, and Miriban and Leyla hugged her, Mevcabi wished her sister was here to see her beautiful daughter all grown up and getting married.

MEVCABI: "child you look beautiful" wiping tears away.

MIRIBAN: "when Can sees you, he will be speechless, gorgeous, beautiful, you look like a princess!"

LEYLA: "I agree sister, you are definitely a princess in that gown, it's just beautiful." The Women hugged each other, wiping tears from their eyes.

SANEM: "okay, well that settles it , this is the one. Can Divit here comes your Bride!!" Sanem was twirling around, looking at her self.

LEYLA; "okay princess, let's go find a dress for tomorrow's barbecue." Sanem went to change and called Can.

CAN: "hi my love. Did you find your dress."

SANEM: " oh Can I did, it's beautiful!!! I'm so excited, you're going to love it."

CAN: "Bebek I will love anything you wear, trust me."

SANEM: Can I had an idea, call Bella's dad, I want her to be in the wedding, I found the sweetest flower girl dress. If they give me the ok I'm going to buy it for her."

CAN: "that's a great idea bebek, I will call him right now, and get back to you as soon as I can." They hung up and the girls went shopping for their dresses for the barbecue.

Sanem found a beautiful, yellow and white floral fitted dress, long with a slit up the side of the dress with spaghetti straps. And Leyla a short baby blue fitted linen dress with a side slit with spaghetti straps.

LEYLA: "well I guess we're done, how about getting something to eat."

MEVCABI: "sounds good to me, you girls wore me out." The girls started laughing and hugged their aunt.

Can called Sanem back and told her Bella will be her flower girl "Can, I'm so happy, she's going to look adorable.  "I'm sure she will Bebek, listen I have to go to dinner with McKinnon I will talk to you later my love." Sanem was quiet. "Sanem are you still there?"

SANEM: "I'm still here, I love you Can."

CAN: "I love you to my one and only, don't ever forget it." They sent their kisses over the phone and she went back to the table.

MIRIBAN: "Sanem dear, Can loves you, don't worry, plus McKinnon will be there too."

SANEM: "I know he loves me , but it's a little hard, all these beautiful women are always after him, and they don't give up, even though he makes it clear to them."

MIRIBAN: " oh boy, history repeats itself, like father like son. But I can tell you this, Can is committed and always will be."

SANEM: I guess you're right, (pausing) okay let's order dinner, I'm hungry."

CAN: " hello, Mr McKinnon it's a pleasure to meet you." They shake hands.

MCKINNON: "it's a pleasure to meet you, I've heard a lot about you from Ceyda."

CAN: "I'm sure Ceyda is exaggerating." She put her hand on Can's

CEYDA: "everything I say is the truth Can, your to modest." Can has his hand on the table and she rubs it and he pulls away, McKinnon notices it.

MCKINNON: " were we expecting someone else, I see an empty chair."

CAN: "Actually my Fiancé was going to join us, but she went wedding gown shopping with her sister my mother  and her aunt." Can looks at Ceyda with a stern look, but she doesn't care.

MCKINNON: " you're engaged, that's wonderful, congratulations Can, I'm sure she must be special for you to settle in Istanbul and work for your father, no more traveling for you then?"

CAN: "she is, she's one of kind, she's my other half Mr McKinnon. (Ceyda rolled her eyes) As for traveling only short trips from now on and hopefully she can come with me most of the time."

MCKINNON: "that's so nice to hear, a good woman in a man's life is very important, I've been married to my wife for 30 years. Like you she's the best thing that ever happened to me." Ceyda can't believe McKinnon, she doesn't like this conversation.

McKinnon notices Ceydas attitude, he doesn't care for her or her attitude much, but he likes Can, he's a good honest man. He seems dedicated to his fiancé and to his work. He doesn't like Ceyda's advances, She's very pushy towards Can, she's lucky I'm good friends with her father because she wouldn't be sitting here right now.

CEYDA: "Can dear, you will probably regret not going back to what you did before, it's in your blood. Maybe you need someone more like you"

She tries to move closer to him leaning over so he can see her cleavage.

CAN: "I don't think so Ceyda, Sanem is everything I need and more, we will be seeing the world together."

McKinnon likes Can's answer, good for you Divit, put her in her place.

The rest of the evening, went well, McKinnon is definitely interested in the agency, and he trusts Can.

CAN: " Mr McKinnon. My father is having a barbecue tomorrow at the house, you're welcome to come with your family, he does one every year for the employees and clients."

CEYDA: "yes Max I will be there too, (she looks at Can smiling and tries to rub his hand again, but he slowly pulls away)

MCKINNON: "thank you Can, I will definitely be there with my wife, hopefully I can get my son and daughter to join us, well it's been a great evening Can, I can't wait to meet your fiancé and the rest of your family, (he gets up to leave) well Can it's time for me to go, it was a pleasure meeting you."

He shakes Can's hand and leaves, Can is standing ready to walk away. "Good Night Ceyda"

CEYDA: "Can stay and have a drink with me."

CAN: "I don't think so, Sanem is waiting for me, see you tomorrow." He starts walking away, Ceyda was very annoyed, she started walking out with him. She stops him and faces him looking into his eyes, and she is very close. Can is getting angry.

CEYDA: "Can, come let's go back to my apartment and have a drink together." Can is just looking at her, he can't believe how aggressive she is, it's disgusting.

CAN: "what part of I'm going home to Sanem do you not understand!, I love Sanem, we're going to be married soon."

CEYDA: "You can have a little fling before marriage Can, even after if you want."

She start caressing his arm he pulls away.

CAN: "Ceyda, you have problems, really, have some respect for yourself. Even if Sanem wasn't in the picture, I would never be with you. Goodbye, and tomorrow you better be on your best behavior because I swear I will tear up the contract."

Ceyda was so angry, she watched as Can walked away,

She couldn't believe that Can chose Sanem. " that's okay Can Divit, it will never last, I'll be there to pick up the pieces when your relationship falls apart. And She walks away with a big smile on her face.

Sanem was sitting in bed reading actually getting nervous because it was eleven and Can wasn't home yet. I trust him, he loves me, "yes he does girl stop doubting your relationship. He's a good man."yes he is, my hunky fiance. Can walked into the bedroom and saw Sanem sitting in bed with her head back on the headboard with a huge smile on her face. He sneaks up on her and dives into her neck and kisses her. She jumps opens her eyes and sees Can.

CAN:" I hope that smile is for me"

SANEM: "oh it is trust me" she grabs both sides of his cheeks and scratches his beard and kisses him passionately.

CAN: "you're up late, are you waiting for me?"

SANEM: "maybe, I just wanted to see how your day went."

CAN: "You mean you wanted to see how dinner went tonight with Ceyda." She pretended not to care but Can knew better.

SANEM: "oh yes the dinner I almost forgot about that "

Can looks at her and starts laughing, and he starts tickling her.

CAN: "tell the truth Sanem Aydin, because I'm going to keep on tickling you until you tell me the truth "

Sanem kept wiggling around and laughing. "Can, stop, please, okay, okay. I am curious is there anything wrong with that."

CAN: "absolutely not, I will tell you everything, but first I want to make love to you because I missed you."

After they made love Can held her tight, close to his hard body, Sanem loves to cuddle with him after they make love. He's kissing her shoulder her arms caressing her all over. "Bebek your quiet, what are you thinking."

SANEM: "just how much I love you, and I love when you hold me tight like this."

CAN: "I love you too my love, but I know you have other things on your mind" Sanem turned and looked at him and smiled.

SANEM: "I do, what are you talking about? She start giggling and he pulls her into a tighter hug and squeezes her tight.

CAN: "Sanem, I love you,  I will tell you everything about tonight because I know you want to know how everything went."

SANEM: " only if you are up to it."

CAN: " Actually I rather make love to you, but I will tell you everything from the beginning."

Can went on and told her everything, that the meeting went well with McKinnon, and that she will meet him tomorrow. And he told her that he noticed McKinnon didn't care much for Ceyda. "I think he's just being nice to her because he's friends with her father"

SANEM: "do you think so?

CAN: "I do, she was trying constantly to touch my hand and get close to me, and I would pull away but you could tell that McKinnon didn't like her advances, because he kept asking about you, and then he went on to tell me about his wife, his love. You should have seen Ceyda's face, priceless." They both started laughing. "He seems like a good business man and most importantly a good family man."

SANEM: "I'm so happy Can, he sounds like a good person, I hope he does business with the agency,

So didn't Ceyda get angry that she was practically ignored the whole night."

CAN: "who her, are you kidding, she wanted me to stay and have a drink with her I said no and then she followed me out and wanted me to go back to her apartment, do you believe that, it's like she didn't hear the conversation between McKinnon and me."

SANEM: "She followed you outside, wow, for someone who thinks she better than me, being from a prestigious family and CEO of an international company, and tries to tell me I'm beneath her, she really makes herself look like a fool and desperate. What is wrong with her. She can't take rejection."

CAN: "you're probably right, but no more about her, I want to make love to you now." He rolls her on her back and starts kissing her and caressing her breast. "You taste so good, that cream you wear all over your beautiful body taste good." She's combing her fingers through his beautiful long hair,"

SANEM: "mmm, Can, I'm glad you like it." He Looks up at her

CAN: "and I guess being organic I can lick it right off of you?"

SANEM: "Absolutely Can Divit, this cream and scent has your name written all over it"

CAN: "good, don't expect a lot of sleep tonight because I'm going to be making love to you all night."

She starts giggling and starts caressing his chest.

SANEM: "I love you Can Divit "

CAN: " and I love you Sanem Aydin" they made love several times that night and fell asleep in the early hours of the morning, hugging each other.
