Chapter 85

The next morning Can was on his way home, he couldn't wait to see Sanem. Emre picked him up from the airport, Can filled Emre in on everything that happened with Alara.

EMRE: "wow brother, what the hell, thank god you warned Sanem in advance, but the shower thing she dug her own hole."

CAN: " that she did, I just want to get home to see Sanem now, she looked so uncomfortable sleeping last night. She said her lower back is bothering her."

EMRE: "yes, she was telling Leyla, maybe she's at the beginning stages of labor."

CAN: "maybe"

Can got home and saw Sanem  in the kitchen making breakfast for him. She heard the door open and saw Can looking at her with a huge smile on his face, she walks over to him and gives him the biggest hug and kiss.

SANEM: "I missed you my big bear" he kept hugging her and kissing her.

CAN: " I really missed you princess, how are you feeling, you looked uncomfortable last night when you fell asleep."

SANEM: "I'm ok, just some pain in my lower back, very inconsistent, so maybe the babies are getting ready." He smiles and kisses her bends over rubs her stomach and kisses it. " I'm home my baby girls, now you can enter this world whenever you want." Sanem feels them moving

SANEM: "Can, I can't believe it, they know it's you, I love you so much!"

CAN: "I love you to bebek," he kisses her stomach again and I love you to my sweet little babies." Sanem felt a big kick and it kind of hurt because the babies don't have a lot of room anymore. She starts giggling, "they say that they love you too. Come sit down and have some breakfast with me."

CAN: "Sanem, I'm so sorry about last night, honestly I don't understand what she was thinking,"

SANEM: "it's okay Can, I trusted you, she must of paid someone a good amount of money to get an extra key to the room. And she had no shame, that's the sad part."

CAN: "She did pay somebody, I feel bad, it was a young boy, but the boy she paid got fired. he deserved it."

SANEM: "he did deserve it, I'm sure he will find somewhere else to work."

CAN: " I'm sure, and I told the magazine I quit. I told them from the beginning I didn't need an assistant, I only agreed to it because they were persistent about it, plus I found out that she's the one who organized this photo shoot, she contacted the magazine and convinced them that they should hire me for the job, and that she wanted to be my assistant. Sanem I swear if she was a guy I would have bet the crap out of her!!" Can was getting angry, and Sanem was scratching his beard and smiling.

SANEM: "it's done and over now Can, What did the magazine people say, did they give you a hard time."

CAN: "what could they say, they saw how angry I was and I told them everything that happened with Alara and they let me out of my contract and fired her.!"

SANEM: "good , I'm glad they fired her!!"

Can pulled her chair close to him and kissed her.

CAN: "enough of her, I just want to spend the day with you and relax." And that's what they did, "bebek what do you want for dinner or do you want to go out"

SANEM: "let's go out into the city I want to sit by the water and have dinner. Call Emre and Leyla, what the heck call all are couple friends who knows when we all will be able to go out again all together."

CAN: "okay princess, are you sure, if you want we can stay here."

SANEM: I am very sure, I have this burst of energy, I just want to go have a good time with everyone."

So That's what they did, they went to a nice little restaurant on the water, and there was a band playing there also. CeCe went up to them and told them to play some traditional Turkish songs. They all got up to dance. The guys were so funny, none of them knew how to  dance only CeCe.  The girls couldn't stop laughing, Sanem had tears coming out of her eyes. All of a sudden she feels a pop and she starts leaking. She stops laughing and looks at Can, he notices that she stopped laughing, he goes over to her " Sanem what happened are you okay?"

SANEM: "Can I think my water broke"

CAN : What are you sure?" She looks down and sees a little water by her feet. Can got all nervous, and excited he yells out to everybody, " it's time I'm going to be a father, Sanem's water broke" everyone around them started clapping, Sanem was embarrassed but she new Can was happy and excited. " okay my life let's go to the car " he picks her up and takes her to the car. Sanem started giggling

SANEM: Can, calm down, we have time", and then she gets a sharp pain in her lower back, she yells out. "Maybe not, Can, I think the babies are coming, I don't think I'm going to make it to the hospital." Can is just looking at her confused or like she grew two heads.

CAN: "What did you say? Sanem, we're not that far from the hospital" all there friends were around them.

SANEM: "Can, I'm telling you, they're coming now!!" And she screams again from the pain. Emre ran into the restaurant to see if there was a doctor or nurse in there, he starts yelling "please if anyone is a doctor or nurse we need you my sister is about to deliver twins in the car. Two nurses got up and ran out with Emre to the car.

Nurse 1: what your name dear?" " my name is Sanem, and this is my husband Can." The nurses noticed Sanem was in full blown labor.

Nurse 2: okay Can, your wife is going to have your babies here in the car she is fully dilated put the seats down in the back and put her back there." Can did as he was told. Meanwhile nurse 2 called for an ambulance. Sanem was in the back and Can was behind her holding her up. Her contractions were very very close.

Nurse 1: okay Sanem are you ready to push?"

Sanem starts crying Can is trying to comfort her, Can is all nervous. all their friends along with Emre and Leyla are waiting outside and they are all nervous for Can and Sanem.

CAN: "are sure it's okay to deliver the babies here? Is it safe?"

Nurse 2: Can, she will be fine don't worry, we promise, the babies are ready and in position, plus we really don't have a choice."

Nurse 1: okay Sanem push!" Sanem starts pushing and screaming at the same time. "Good girl, you're doing fine." Can keeps kissing her head and wiping her forehead.

NURSE 1: okay I see the head , Can look" he gets up as much as he could and sees dark hair

CAN: Sanem I see the top of the babies head, I wish you could see it, it's beautiful, the hair is definitely yours!" Sanem just looked at him and laughed as much as she could.

SANEM: "Can, really" he smiles and kisses her, "I'm trying to lighten the mood." And the nurses start giggling.

NURSE 1: you two are funny" She was laughing

NURSE 2: " okay Sanem give me one big push!!

Sanem screams and gives another big push and the first baby is out." They both hear her cry.

CAN: Sanem, look", both Can and Sanem were crying, "she's beautiful isn't she?" Sanem was crying and nodded her head. She couldn't believe this little tiny person was inside her belly.

They took the first baby and wrapped it in Sanem's Shaw and gave it to Leyla to hold. Leyla and Emre were crying.

LEYLA: " welcome to the world our little niece" all there friends were so happy and crying at the same time they couldn't believe they were sharing this special moment with their best friends.

NURSE 1: okay, push again Sanem , I know you're tired but we're almost done." Sanem pushed three more times and baby girl number two was out. The nurse yelled out baby number two is out and crying just like baby number one. There friends just looked at each other.

METIN: wait two babies?"

EMRE: they wanted to surprise everyone."

They all started clapping and cheering for them. Can and Sanem were both crying holding there baby girl's.

The ambulance got there and put sanem in the ambulance with the babies and Can went with her. Can gave his keys to Emre to bring his car to the hospital.

Sanem was all settled in her room with the babies, and Can. The doctors checked the babies and they were doing fine, the two nurses that helped them came in to see how the babies were and the new parents.

NURSE 1: congratulations you two they are beautiful. What a way to come into the world." They all started laughing.

SANEM: I don't know how to thank you both, you were both our guardian angels."

NURSE 2: no thanks necessary, we were happy to help, have you picked out names for your beautiful daughters" Can and Sanem looked at each other and smiled

SANEM: "Deniz and Zara, the two nurses looked at each others.

NURSE 1: those are our names."

CAN: "we know, and they are beautiful names, it's our way of saying thank you." Both nurses were so touched they had tears in their eyes. They hugged and kissed Sanem and Can.

NURSE 2: "thank you, we don't know what to say."

The nurses stayed a little while longer, they exchanged phone numbers so they can keep in touch and then they left. The doctor came in and told them there are like 15 people in the waiting room waiting to see them, but that they will only allow the grandparents and siblings in to see them. Can went out and talked to everyone and they understood, only the grandparents and Leyla and Emre came in to see the babies.

MEVCABI: "twins, what a wonderful surprise you two, I can't believe I didn't figure it out." Can and Sanem looked at each other and started laughing

SANEM: "Actually auntie we were very surprised you didn't figure it out"

MEVCABI: "you're right, but this time you guys hid it well. But they are adorable." Nihat had tears in his eyes

NIHAT: I can't believe I'm a grandfather."

MIRIBAN: "it's the best surprise ever, they are adorable. Look at all that hair."

AZIZ: between you and Can those girls are going to have alot of hair and curls." They started laughing.

MIRIBAN: we should have brought some bows to put in their hair, there's enough there."

Sanem started giggling. Because she was thinking the same thing.

EMRE: "wow, you two, what a way to deliver these babies, at the water front. You guys had a whole audience, everyone at the water front was cheering for you."      SANEM: Leyla, you never know, it might happen to you too." Leyla and Emre started laughing. LEYLA: I hope not, I think I prefer the hospital setting" EMRE: "me too. baba, Leyla and I were thinking can we buy the other house on the farm, we want the cousins to grow up together, what do you think."

Aziz looked at Miriban and smiled, absolutely, we love that idea, and both sets of grandparents will be right there helping you all out with the kids. But not buy we're giving it to you."

LEYLA: "well then it's settled, one big happy family. And still growing."

Sanem was very emotional, she was so happy. Can would hug her and kiss her constantly. Everyone had gone home and the nurses took the babies to give the new parents a break.

CAN: "well my love, how do you feel?"

SANEM: "Can, I'm so happy, I love you so much. Can you believe that I delivered those two beautiful babies in the back of your truck." Can started laughing

CAN: "no, I can't, I feel like it's a dream, I can't believe that we are parents." He hugs her and kisses her

"but thank god everything went well, we had quite an audience, not just our friends but everyone who was eating dinner at the water front was cheering for us and the babies." Sanem and Can started laughing.

SANEM: "this will definitely be a great story to tell the girls when they get older." Can layed next to Sanem holding her.

CAN: "it will won't it, you know Sanem Divit, you and I have had a very interesting life since we met." She starts giggling and says

SANEM: "And it's about to get more interesting, my love." He hugs her, kisses her

CAN: "I agree, but I wouldn't have it any other way bebek," he lays next to her and holds her in his arms

"Let's get some rest before they bring the babies in for a feeding."

SANEM: "okay, I'm exhausted, good night my love."

CAN: "good night princess."
