Updates; From now on, unless it's a part 2. The reader will be Gender Neutral. I'm sorry. But I honestly feel most comfortable with that!! It gives both genders a way to enjoy a story!

Exciting news; For Halloween I'm going to be posting a 2k word story!! I'm gonna keep it as a surprise.

You stood in your mothers bakery, looking absolutely exhausted, many people were disappearing all over the town, so the guards ordered a curfew

You needed to leave soon or you'd be breaking it, but your older sister dumped all of the chores onto you, all so she can go meet up with her most recent boy toy.

You didn't mind, much, as long as her boyfriends didn't hurt her, but today, today it irked you beyond belief! '' She knows theirs a curfew!! Why did she have to dump everything onto me!! ´´ you vent under your breath.

It got to the point where you'd have to drop everything and come back super early in the morning to finish cleaning, you sighed, and walked to the front, but to your absolute horror, it was already dark outside!

You looked to the clock in the residential area, where the costumers eat and you saw it was way past curfew!! You didn't know because there were no windows in the back!

You soon spot a note on one of the tables, you quickly picked it up and it read '' My dear sister, the clock in the back is broken, it is set for a hour early. We are to fix it tomorrow! Stay safe! Your dear sister (Y/S/N) ´´

You crumble the letter up in anger before taking a deep breath and ran your hands through your hair, trying to think of a out for this, you suddenly remembered that your boyfriend is training to become a guard and would be patrolling close to the bakery by this point!

You quickly grabbed your cloak and a lantern and quickly and as quietly as possible sneak out through the back, you arrive to where he said he'd be if you wanted to sneak out to meet him.

'' Varian! Varian! ´´ you whisper yelled only to gag at a certain smell that wafted up to your nose, you subconsciously took a small step back only to fumble and fall back in between the garbage.

You feel something wet on your hand and quickly bring your hand up to the light to find a crimson liquid on your hands, and they start to tremble, ' B- Blood! ´ you thought in terror before slowly bringing your lantern to where your hand was.

Only to bite back a horrified scream as Varian stared at you, his eyes held no light, and he looked as if the very last thing he tried to do was scream.

You quickly backed away from his body and stood, your whole body shaking, so it was no easy task, you went to take a step back to run to a guard when you ran into a tall wall.

You tried to jump away but a arm wrapped around you and a hand covered your mouth, '' Ahhh... So you're the famous (Y/N) Hmm? He wouldn't stop calling for you ´´ a deep, Italian voice filled your ears.

Guilt immediately flooded throughout you, before fear immediately rushed back as your head was tilted to the side, and the man took a deep whiff at your neck, '' You smell better than any of them ´´ he whispered in awe.

You struggled against him but he only held you tighter, '' Shhh my dear sweet human. I'm already full, but it doesn't mean it'll stop me from taking you with me. How about you.... Sleep ´´ he whispered while covering your mouth and your nose.

You tried to struggle, you tried to scream but you inevitably pass out from a lack of oxygen.

After many hours you finally start to wake up, only to find that you're in a large golden cage, you look around frantically before going to rattle the bars.

'' Shhh!! (Y/N)!! Please don't!!! ´´ you hear a familiar voice beg you to stop in a whisper,'' Amanda? ´´ you whisper before turning to see a girl who went missing last week in a silver cage.

'' Oh my gosh!! Amanda!! Everyone's been so worried about you! ´´ you whispered to her, she looks up at you with tears in her eyes, '' A- Are my parents okay (Y/N)? ´´ she asked in a hoarse voice.

'' .... No, they're a wreck. They are very worried about you ´´ you explained and she let out a silent sob, '' (Y/N).... I- I'm- he- ´´ She began and you quickly grab the bars.

'' Who is he?! ´´ you asked, Amanda didn't answer you right away, instead, she silently moved her hair and showed you her neck, you almost lost your lunch.

Amanda had puncture wounds on her neck, '' H- He's a vampire (Y/N). We're not the only human here. And he's not the only vampire, But.... The last person in that golden cage was a very old lady. She told me how she was kidnapped by this psycho at twenty years old. And she was in that cage because she had, and in her own words '' Special blood ´´ ´´ Amanda explained.

'' Us humans in cages like mine are fed upon by any vampires. Anyone in the golden cage is only for Dimitri ´´ she explained, you felt your stomach twist at her words.

'' I- It's about that time when they come to feed. Please, for your sake. Don't fight. I've seen what Dimitri does to humans that do ´´ Amanda whispered, her face was as pale as a ghost.

You tried to say something when a door opened to reveal two men, one approached your cage and the other approached Amanda's, your heart started to go faster.

'' Hmmm.... So it was a wise decision to put you here. My small rabbit ´´ he whispered before opening the cage, you backed up, but you had only blinked and he was already in front of you.

He leaned down and picked you up before sitting down and pulled you to his lap, you thought about running and locking him in the cage but it was already closed, and quite possibly already locked.

You braced yourself as he slowly went to tilt your head to the side, his fangs slowly dragging down your neck before you felt him bite you.

You didn't struggle, and after awhile he let you go and laid you down on the cage's floor, you felt exhausted and could barely move, he tenderly washed the wound and put a patch on it so it didn't get infected.

'' Hey boss, this human is gone ´´ you heard the other vampire call out and you looked up, very difficult in your current state and look to see the vampire standing at Amanda's cages door.

'' N- No, Amanda ´´ you whispered, a tear falling from your eye as you tried to get up, wanting to run to her, it couldn't be true! She was just fine!! She was just talking to you!!

You started to sob and Dimitri patted your head gently, '' Sleep little rabbit ´´ he whispered, and your body slowly did so.

When you woke up Amanda's body was gone and you were all alone, you sobbed yourself back to sleep until Dimitri came to feed upon you again, and that was your routine, Dimitri never let you go and was always there. Until the day Dimitri decided to turn you, not ever wanting to part with you.

As you were always his little rabbit. Forever.
