Taken by surprise Draven jumped in front of Hope as if he were protecting her from a wild beast. “Mommy.” Hope yelled running from behind the tall overly protective man that had oddly taken a liking to her.

Bianca was stunned that the most powerful and feared hunter let his captive run right past him without even trying to stop her. “Are you alright sweetheart I have been so worried about you?” Bianca said as she drew her eyes away from Draven and embraced her daughter.

“I am fine mommy, the scary man just saved me from a nasty snake.” Hope cried. “I know, auntie Sarah watched him protect you from that horrid creature.” Bianca replied. “I couldn't let that thing bite her little arm it would have killed her instantly.” Draven interrupted their joyous reunion.

Bianca quickly set Hope down pushing her behind her as Draven slowly approached them. Sarah still floating above was scared he might hurt them and in an instant a dome shaped beam of light encircled them.

Bianca stared up at Sarah amazed at what she was doing. “Auntie Sarah are you Tinkerbell?” Hope asked staring up at her. “No sweetie I'm not but I am a fairy just as she is and I do believe I finally found my abilities.” Sarah beamed down at them all.

“I'm not going to hurt any of you so if you don't mind please get rid of that terrible thing that is no doubt luring any and all beings to us which isn't a good thing.” Draven said holding his arm up blocking his eyes from the bright light of the dome.

“How do we know you are telling the truth?” Bianca yelled at him. “If I wanted to hurt you I would have killed the girl and left her back at the lake like the others before coming to kill you.” he replied.

Bianca looked up at Sarah who just shrugged her shoulders. Torn between giving off their position to other possible hunters and trusting Draven she nodded to Sarah to take away the field of light surrounding them.

“My eyes thank you.” Draven said as he walked back towards the fire. Bianca grabbed Hope's hand and turned the opposite direction he was walking and turned to run away when something deep down told her she needed to go back and talk to him.

“What are you doing let's get out of here.” Sarah said as she watched Bianca turn around to head towards Draven. “I can't explain it but I have to talk to him.” she replied walking out into the clearing.

Sarah took a deep breath before realizing Bianca was right they needed to talk to him she didn't know why either but something was drawing her to him. She lowered her defenses which caused her wings to disappear and her color to return back to it's normal beige tone.

“Why aren't you running away from me?” he smirked as the two women and little girl sat around the fire. “I can't explain it I just know that you won't hurt us.” Bianca smiled up at him. “I can't believe all of this is coming true.” Draven said pulling a book out of his satchel.

“What are you talking about?” Sarah asked as she watched his hands closely in case he tried to pull a weapon on them. “My father told me stories of a day that I would have to put my killing nature aside to help the beings I usually destroy. But not just any beings but a very strong she-wolf, her pup, and their fairy companion.” he said opening the worn book.

“Help us do what?” Bianca asked. “I know who all of you are in fact it is in our destinies for this very meeting to happen. I know that you had this dear child with a human while you are the Alpha's daughter and mated to the next in line heir of the throne.” he smiled at her.

“That doesn't answer my question.” she glared back at him. “She's your adopted sister is a half human half fairy who just so happens to be the mate of the born protector of the Prince, who is also his brother.” he went as if Bianca hadn't even said a word.

They were speechless how did he know so much about them? It was crazy to think that this complete stranger had so much information on them but at the same time he was working for the king wasn't he?

“Who sent you after us?” Bianca asked him. “I was hired by the king as was my father several years ago. He hired us to get rid of certain females that he felt were in the wrong and in the way of his plans for his kingdom. I accepted as my father did but not for the reasons the king wanted.” he went on.

“Are you talking about the Queen and Princess?” Bianca gasped. “Yes in fact I am. The king had found out that Solara was mated to a human not just any human but a hunter.” Draven paused for a minute to let everything so far soak in.

“So she was mated to our natural enemy talk about the fates playing a harsh trick on her.” Sarah smirked. Draven looked up at her with a death glare causing Sarah to glow as she began to feel uncomfortable.

“You're her mate aren't you?” Bianca asked pulling Draven's attention on herself so Sarah would stop glowing. “Yes.” he replied looking down. “Babe are you alright? Have you found her yet?” Brody shouted in Bianca's head.

“It's Brody he's alright.” Bianca grinned towards Sarah. “Wait you can't tell him what is going on not yet if the king finds out I didn't kill you he will send other hunters out after all of us.” Draven said.

“I have to tell him something or he will fear the worst.” Bianca replied torn between talking to her mate and listening to Draven. “Tell him that you have been captured by me but you are alright and leave it at that.” he replied.

“Yes I found her and we are both alright.” She hesitated. “That is great news, I've made my way to the cabin without my father knowing so if you are close by I will come get you guys.” Brody beamed.

“I can't we are alright but we aren't free we have been captured by Draven Keetes.” Bianca replied. “I'm coming.” was all Brody said. “No you can't he is in constant contact with your father and if finds out that you are out here he will sends guards and other hunters after you and throw you in the dungeons.” Bianca yelled at him.

“I can't sit here and do nothing knowing that my pregnant mate and daughter have been taken by the most powerful hunter in our land.” he replied. “I know just trust me please, everything will be revealed soon, I promise.” Bianca said in the most comforting tone she could muster through their link.

“Okay so what do I do?” he asked. “Stay at the cabin you are the safest there I will let you know more soon.” Bianca said cutting their link off. “So what did you tell him?” Draven asked.

“To stay at the cabin that all will be revealed soon also that you have took us captive.” she replied feeling torn between running to the cabin and staying put. “Perfect we will let him know as soon as we can I promise.” Draven said seeing how upset Bianca had become.

“What did your father do to Queen Abigail and Princess Solara?” Bianca asked trying to keep her thoughts off of Brody because it would just draw him to them. “He told the king he couldn't do what he wished at first but when the king told him that he would find someone else who would then he accepted.” Draven said as he looked at the book in his hand.

“I understand why Solara was taken but why did he order the queen's demise as well?” Sarah asked. “Abigail knew about us being mated and had been helping us arrange secret meetings with one another behind the king's back that is until one of the guards caught the queen sneaking Solara out to meet me one night.” he answered.

“How can he order his own wife and daughter's death that is just pure evil.” Sarah said shaking her head. “Look what he is doing to my family he just doesn't care who he hurts as long as he gets his way.” Bianca added.

“He told my father he would pay him double if he took care of the queen as well which my father agreed to because we needed the money and he thought it would send a message to other wolves once they heard that their queen and princess had been killed at the hands of a hunter.” Draven flinched when he thought about his mate.

“I thought you said your father had spared their lives?” Bianca questioned. “He did, see he couldn't bring himself to killing my mate because of what it would do to me and once he actually had captured them he found himself falling for the queen even though they weren't true mates he couldn't bring a foul hand upon her.” Draven continued.

“If they are still alive then where are they?” Bianca asked hopeful that not only would Brody be getting her and Hope back but maybe even his mother and sister who everyone believed to be dead.

“I am going to take you to them I have to ensure we aren't being followed because it is crucial that no one finds out they are still alive at least until the king has been dealt with. We have a rough journey ahead of us in the morning so I suggest we all get our rest.” Draven replied throwing another log onto the fire.

“Brody I can't withhold this kind of information from you.” Bianca sent him as she curled her body around Hope's ensuring she stayed warm. “What are you talking about?” Brody asked.

“Queen Abigail and Princess Solara are alive.” she replied. “No they are dead they were killed by a hunter years ago.” Brody replied. “No sweetheart they were kidnapped never killed.” she replied. “How do you know?” he asked.

“Draven is Solara's mate and the king had hired his father to kill them but his father just acted like he did as told and sent them into hiding.” Bianca smiled knowing how happy this was going to make her mate.

“Where are they?” he asked. “I don't know Draven is taking us to them tomorrow to ensure all our safety no one can know about this not even your brothers because if the king were to find out he would have us all killed.” Bianca replied.

“I know babe give Draven this number and tell him to call me in the morning.” Brody replied spouting off a bunch of numbers. “Okay babe I will, I love and miss you so much.” Bianca replied. “Ditto.” Brody replied as she drifted off to sleep.
