Chapter 14: Third Chapter Share; "Our Culture"

What did you think of this chapter? Well, some people are mean just to be mean, not because they're threatened. Most of the time threatening is the case. I thought it was well thought out before Morrie was asked these questions. You could tell this was a part of his life, the thoughts that came out in this chapter. The best part of this chapter was that you could see Mitch changing. Morrie wasn't teaching him with words so much as he was just being who he was and going through what he was going through.

What is the most important thing to take away from this chapter? You don't cave into peer pressure. If you believe way, peer pressure can cause you to cave in. I use peer pressure to decide just how much I believe in something.

What did you like or dislike? We all have the same beginning: birth. We all have the same end: death. So how different can we be? Like me and your family: we share similar values and the same god, and some really, really important things. And other people realize that they want to pass on those values. I disliked that Morrie was getting so sick.
