ï¤CHAPTER ONE Myaâs P.O.V.
My tummy was doing flip-flops... I donât know where I am and there is something cold and hard around my neck. I tried to pull it off but I hissed in pain... It wouldnât budge.
I tightened my grip on Teddy, my stuffy, as tears slowly trickled down my face. I tried to pull myself together but it was just all too much. I broke down and started to panic. My brothers became short and erratic as I clenched my chest. I couldnât breathe. I heard heavy footsteps but my vision became blurry and I couldnât see who it was. There was barely any light and my head begin to spin.
My body began to tremble as more tears fell. I was terrified...
Nathanâs P.O.V. (Man in charge of auction)
My anger Rose as I slapped Melony for speaking out of term. âDonât ever disrespect me like that again!!â She whimpered as I gripped her throat tighter. âYes s-sir Iâm sorry it wonât happen again I promise!!â I slapped her one more time and dropped her body to the floor. She cried heavily and cradled her face in her hands.
As I walked away I heard crying but it wasnât from Melony. I follow the sound and saw our newest little crying on the floor clutching her chest. I rolled my eyes, why are they so dramatic? I donât have time for this. The show starts in two minutes. I grabbed her by the collar and yanked her up harshly, causing her to yelp in pain. âListen here!!â I yelled causing her to flinch. âYou better shut the f!ck up before I give you something to cry about!! The show starts soon and I donât need this crap!! Do you hear me?!?!â Her eyes widened and she nodded frantically. I grabbed a hold of her wrist and dragged her behind me . âNooo!!â She cried, trying to pull her wrist out of my hold. I whipped around and glared at her. Her watery eyes looked up at me as she shrunk under my glare. âI-I want my te-teddyâ she whispered almost inaudible.
I sighed and rubbed my temple. I need to relax. âOk hun go grab your teddy and come back.â Her eyes sparkled as she ran over to the corner and grabbed a purple bear kissing its head as she walked back over to me and grabbed my hand. âLetâs go.â I said walking onto the stage. Her eyes widened when she saw the audience and she broke down.
