Friendship is magic part three

(Y/n) POV:

"So what's next on the checklist?" Twilight asked spike as he looks at a piece of paper and he says. "Well, there's supposed to be a Pegasus pony named Rainbow Dash clearing the clouds." "Clearing the clouds?" I thought in confusion of what I just heard Spike said.

"Well, she's not doing a very good job, is she?" Twilight said as she was looking at the sky. "It seems pretty clear to me." I said as I can see that there weren't that many clouds in the sky. "It's supposed to be no-" Twilight was interrupted as a light blue Pegasus with rainbow mane and tail crashed into her and Twilight hit a pile of mud.

"Are you ok?" I asked Twilight as she gets up and spits out some mud from her mouth as I heard a sheepish laugh from the rainbow maned Pegasus. "Uh, 'scuse me?" She said as laughs sheepishly again.

"Do you need some help?" I asked Twilight but the Pegasus then says. "Don't worry I got this!" She said as suddenly she brings a cloud?! Over her head and she jumps on the cloud that starts raining on Twilight. She then stops jumping on the cloud which the rain stops and Twilight was very wet.

The Pegasus then says. "Oops, I guess I overdid it. Um, uh, how about this? My very own patented Rain-Blow Dry!" She said as she then started spinning around Twilight like a tornado which she stops Twilight was now dry but it made her mane and tail look like she didn't brush her hair after she got out of bed and that she went with a poofy look. "No no. Don't thank me. You're quite welcome." The rainbow maned pony said as she then sees Twilight and starts laughing which Spike was also laughing. I was trying not to laugh but I kept snickering a bit.

"Let me guess. You're Rainbow Dash." Twilight said which should've been obvious to me since her mane is Rainbow. "The one and only. Why, you heard of me?" Rainbow asked. "Only that you were supposed to clear all the clouds from the sky." I said as Twilight sighed and says. "I'm Twilight Sparkle, and the Princess sent me to check on the weather." "And you are?" Rainbow asked. "I'm (y/n), and I'm following her since I supposed to be at the library." I told her.

"I see... anyway, I'll clear the sky after I'm down practicing." Rainbow said. "Practicing for what?" Me and Twilight said at the same time. "The Wonderbolts! They're gonna perform at the Celebration tomorrow, and I'm gonna show 'em my stuff!" "The Wonderbolts?" Me and Twilight said as the same time.

"Who are they?" I asked. "Only like the most Talented fliers in Equestria! How do you not know them!?" Rainbow asked me. "I lived far away from Equestria so I'm unfamiliar with this place." I told her. "Well they're very talented and so am I! Soon I'll be a Wonderbolt." She said.

"Pfft! Please. They'd never accept a Pegasus who can't even keep the sky clear for one measly day." Twilight said with a smirk. "Hey, I could clear this sky in ten seconds flat." "Prove it." Twilight said as Rainbow then cleared the sky exactly ten seconds and me and Twilight has a shocked face as Rainbow was laughing and flew away.

"Wow, she's amazing!" Spike said as he laughed a bit at Twilight's mane who responds with a growl and walks off.

Time skip

The three of us had reached to a building that is filled with decorations. "The decorations look nice." I said. "Beautiful..." spike adds. "Beautiful indeed. And soon I'll be at the library in no time." Twilight said. "Not the décor, her!" Spike said as he motions to pony in white with purple mane and tail.

"No, no, no, oh! Goodness no." Mare was saying as she was choosing what decorations she is picking. "How are my spines? Are they straight?" Spike asked. "They look straight to me." I said as we walked up to the unicorn. "Good afternoon—" Twilights tried to say but the mare interrupted her. "Just a moment, please! I'm 'in the zone', as it were. Oh, yes! Sparkle always does the trick, does it not? Why, Rarity, you are a talent. Now, um, how can I help yo—"

the Mare now known as Rairty introduced herself but when she look at us and saw Twilight she made a surprised Yelp. "Oh my stars, darling! Whatever happened to your coiffure?!" She asked still in shock. "She just had a bad hair dry is all-" "What happened with your mane!?" She yelled when she saw me.

"Nothing, this is my normal mane style." I told her. "Nononono, No! This will not do." She said as me and Twilight were being escorted out of the building.

Timeskip

The mare had taken us to a boutique and I was in a Suit/Dress and my mane had been made into different styles. Meanwhile she was giving Twilight a outfit and I wasn't really paying attention until I heard Rarity yelled out. "Canterlot?! Oh, I am so envious! The glamour, the sophistication! I have always dreamed of living there! I can't wait to hear all about it! We are gonna be the best of friends, you and I... Emeralds?! What was I thinking? Let me get you some rubies!" She said as she ran off to another room as I felt Twilight pushing me and Spike away.

Timeskip.... Again

"Wasn't she wonderful?" Spike said who was still love struck about the white unicorn. "Sooo... what's next?" I asked. "Oh, uh, music! It's the last one!" Spike said as we then heard some whistling. We went to the source of the whistling and we saw a yellow mare with a long pink mane and tail with a bunch of singing birds.

"Oh my. Um, stop please, everyone, umm." The mare said as the birds stopped singing. "Excuse me, sir? I mean no offense, but your rhythm is just a teeny-tiny bit off. Now, follow me, please. A-one, a-two, a-one two three-" as she was fixing to finish giving the birds the signal to sing. Twilight went up to her and said. "Hello!"

All the birds flew away and the mare was spooked. "Oh my, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to frighten your birds. I'm just here to check up on the music and it's sounding beautiful." Twilight said. "Yeah, it was very beautiful." I added as there was a awkward silence. "I'm Twilight Sparkle and this is (y/n)." Twilight introduced us as there was more silence.

"What's your name?" I asked her as all I could here was a very quiet mumbling for a few minutes and I saw the birds had return. "Okaaayyyy.... I think we'll be on our way.... It looks like you have this handled." I awkwardly said as we were about to leave until we heard. "A baby dragon!"

Twilight was then bumped away by the yellow mare who was looking at Spike and awe. "Oh, I've never seen a baby dragon before. He's sooo cute!" She said. "Well, well, well...!" Spike said as I could tell he was liking the attention. "Oh my, he talks. I didn't know dragons could talk. That's just so incredibly wonderful I, I just don't even know what to say!" The mare said as she was fangirling about meeting Spike.

"Well, in that case we'd better be going." Twilight said as she picked up Spike and she was already walking which me and the yellow mare had caught up to her. "Wait, wait! What's his name?" She asked as she they introduced each other and I now know that her name is Fluttershy.

Timeskip.... For the third time

We had just arrived at the library which was a huge tree that was made into a building. "Huh, now that's taking a treehouse to the next level." I thought as we had reached to the front door. "I am so sorry, how did we get here so fast? This is where I'm staying while in Ponyville and my poor baby dragon needs his sleep." Twilight said. "I didn't k ow you had a bedtime." I said as I saw Spike blushed.

"I do no-" Spike was the interrupted as he was thrown off of Twilight. "Aww, wook at dat, he's so sweepy he can't even keep his widdle bawance!" Twilight said as I could tell it wasn't true. "Poor thing, you simply must get into bed..." Fluttershy said as she picked up spike into the house which Twilight showed her out and brought me in with her as she closes the door.

"That was a bit rude." I said. "Yeah." Spike agreed. "I'm sorry you two, but I have to convince the Princess that Nightmare Moon is coming, and we're running out of time! I just need to be alone so I can study without a bunch of crazy ponies trying to make friends all the time. Now, where's the light?" Twilight said as I was confused about who Nightmare Moon was but those thoughts were interrupted as the lights came on and a bunch of ponies were in the room.

"Surprise!" They all yelled out surprising the three of us. "What's going on!? Are we under attack!?" I yelled as I "Tried" to be in a battle stance but i couldn't keep my legs straight which I fell down, but I quickly got up. "Surprise!" The pink pony from this afternoon showed up as she blew a horn that fired confetti at us.

"Hi, I'm Pinkie Pie, and I threw this party just for you two! Were you surprised? Were ya? Were ya? Huh huh huh?" The mare now known as Pinkie Pie asked us as she was getting closer to my face. "Uhh... yeah, very surprised and it's nice to meet you? I'm (y/n)." I introduced myself awkwardly as I was backing up from her.

"Nice to meet you! I hope we can be friends and when I saw the y'all I was like (gasp!) and then I thought that there's some ponies with that I haven't meet and that means they must be new and if they must be new then that means that the have no new friends and no new friends then that means that they will be lonely and the thought made me sad and so I had I great idea of setting up this party for all of you and I have invited everyone to this party and now you have a whole bunch of new friends!!" The mare said all that as I was staring in disbelief of all the words that was just said.

"Uhhh..." I said as I saw Twilight running away as she was crying for water. "What the?!" "What happened?" Pinkie asked. "She took a bite out of this cupcake." A orange mare with a awesome Stetson said.

"Is that hot sauce?" Spike asked. "Yep!" Ponkie said as she ate one and wasn't having any problems. "Uhh..." I said still trying to comprehend the pink mare. "Howdy, I'm Applejack and I welcome you to Ponyville." She said. "Thank you?" I said still a bit shock of what's going on.

Another timeskip later

We had been partying for hours and I was getting to know the five mares that I have met for those hours until we had moved to the building where Rarity had decorated. "So what's happening?" I asked Pinkie and she said. "It's the Summer Sun Celebration!! It's when we get to see Celestia raise the sun and we have a party to celebrate for the thousands years since it first started" she explained.

"Fillies and gentlecolts, as mayor of Ponyville, it is my great pleasure to announce the beginning of the Summer Sun Celebration!" A elderly mare said as the crowd cheers. "In just a few moments, our town will witness the magic of the sunrise, and celebrate this, the longest day of the year! And now, it is my great honor to introduce to you the ruler of our land, the very pony who gives us the sun and the moon each and every day, the good, the wise, the bringer of harmony to all of Equestria... ...Princess Celestia!" she said as the curtain opens and no one was there.

"Umm.... Is she late?" I thought as everyone was confused. "Remain calm, everypony, there must be a reasonable explanation!" The mare tried to calm us as Rarity walks up to the spot where this Celestia was supposed to be. "She's gone!" She exclaimed as a ominous dark glowing purple smoke appeared as a big pony appeared.

"Is that her?" I asked as I saw almost everyone had a afraid expression. "I'm gonna say no...." "Oh no... Nightmare Moon!" I heard Twilight yelled. "Oh, my beloved subjects. It's been so long since I've seen your precious little sun-loving faces." The ominous pony said. "What did you do with our Princess?!" I saw Rainbow Dash say as she was trying to attack Nightmare Moon but Applejack was holding rainbow's tail.

"I'm gonna guess that she's bad news." I thought as I got into a battle stance ready to fight. "Why, am I not royal enough for you? Don't you know who I am? Does my crown no longer count now that I have been imprisoned for a thousand years? Did you not recall the legend? Did you not see the signs?" Nightmare asked threatening. "I did. And I know who you are. You're the Mare in the Moon – Nightmare Moon!" Twilight yelled as everyone yelled. "Well well well, somepony who remembers me. Then you also know why I'm here."

"Something bad probably!" I yelled which gets her attention and she chuckles. "Remember this day, little ponies, for it was your last. From this moment forth, the night will last forever!" She laughs evilly as I was prepared to fight her. "Not. On. My. Watch!"
