Hatching Day

Rainbow pov:

I felt the morning suns ray hitting my face which was ruining my sleep. "Ughhh!!! It's too early." I groaned as I slowly open my eyes. "Stupid sun." I said as I slowly sat up being careful to not drop eggy. "Still haven't hatch Huh." I said as I stretched my hooves. I saw that Tank was still sleeping so I quietly grabbed eggy and flew to the living room.

I remember when I got Tank a few days ago and it was crazy day when I got him. I sighed at the happy memory as I reached to the kitchen and placed eggy on the blanket that I placed to hold eggy whenever I was in the kitchen. I fixed myself a nice sandwich for breakfast and I sat down. ".....I wish you would hatch so I know what name to give you eggy.... Because Eggy wouldn't fit you when you hatch." I said as I ate while staring at the egg.

I saw Tank flew through the kitchen and landed next to eggy. I then grabbed some food for tank and gave it to him. It was a peaceful moment and I was just staring at Tank and eggy as I ate until I saw the egg move on its own?! "Oh my gosh!!!" I yelled in excitement as I rushed to the egg as it stopped moving. "It's going to hatch! It's going to hatch!!" I yelled in excitement. "Tank! Your little brother or sister is gonna hatch soon!!" I yelled as I hugged Tank and egg.

"Oooohhhh!!! I can't wait anymore! Let's go tell somepony!!" I yelled as I grabbed eggy and me and Tank flew out of the house and to tell my friends.

Your pov:

I was in the main room of the library where me, Twilight, and Fluttershy were putting almost all the Pokémon on the Twilight's Pokédex so me and Fluttershy could have a guide for any Pokémon that the Pokémon affairs could help. I only put almost because we weren't even close to being done. "Ughh.... I hope Nintendo doesn't add anymore Pokémon after Pokémon legends: Arceus comes out." I groaned as my head was on the table.

(Remember, you were transported when Kleavor was revealed and even then you don't know it's name just what it looked like and that Scarlet and violet is coming out)

"How many did we even do?" I groaned. "Well.... So far we have only done 57 Pokémon since we started five hours ago and how many did you say there were?" Twilight asked me. "Just a tiny smidge to 900 and already i'm regretting memorizing them all." I said. "Trixie has a question. Why is Trixie reading a book on the history of magic when Trixie already read this in school?" Trixie asked who was currently on the chair with the book in question. "I'm having you read it again because I'm currently busy and I figured it would give you some remainders when I do begin teaching you." Twilight said.

"Does Growlithe evolve or is it stay in this adorable form?" Fluttershy asked as she held up a drawing that she did of the Pokémon in question. "Yes, it evolves when it is exposed to a fire stone." I said as she wrote that in. The front then slams open startling us as Rainbow zooms in with Tank behind her.

"The egg move!!! The EGG moved!!!!" Rainbow yelled as we were trying to catch all the papers that were blown away by Rainbow's excitement. "Rainbow! Do you mind putting your wings away!" Twilight yelled as Rainbow stopped flapping her wings and gently flew down. "Heheheee.... Sorry." She awkwardly said as we were picking up papers off the ground.

"So what was it you were saying before you blew our papers around?" Twilight asked. "The.... Egg shook." She said as she holds up the egg. "Oh! It's almost time!" Fluttershy exclaimed as she flew to rainbow. "May Trixie ask when did the rainbow one get an egg?" Trixie asked me and Twilight. "She got it from the time we were at Appaloosa. And ever since then, she has began to take care of it and suddenly she grown attached to it like it was her child." I told her the quick version. "It wasn't really all that sudden. We all saw the signs as she took care of it over the past few months." Twilight said.

"And where did she get the egg?" "She got it from a orange bug like creature. "I believe that it was a trapinch." "And.... It was carrying the egg which she kicked it into the air." We said as the two Pegasus and tortoise flew to us. "Ooh I can't wait to see what is in the egg! I kinda hope it would be able to fly with me and Tank." Rainbow said in happiness. "Try not to get your hopes up to much." I told her. "I know, but it's gonna hatch soon and I just want to know what it is!" She said as the egg began to shake.

"It's shaking!!" She yelled loudly causing me, Twilight, and Trixie to flinch. "Trixie is pretty sure that all of Equstria could hear you." Trixie said. "Ughh.... I do kinda wish that you weren't part of this awesome moment." Rainbow sourly said. It's still clear that Rainbow still has some disdain to Trixie especially at Trixie's welcome part which only me, Spike, and the others were in the library. Aj and Rarity were kinda ok but they did made sure that Trixie still had to apologize and that it was gonna take a while for them to trust her. Rainbow was very adamant about her and was not interested of trying to be friends with her. Spike was also the same way about her.

It was a awkward party for some but Pinkie still knew how to party. "Well Trixie is sorry that Trixie lives here now." She said..... Trixie was certainly not gonna make this easy at being friends with her..... also she may live in the library but she prefers to sleep in her wagon. Anyway, back to the present. "I think it's fixing to hatch now!" Rainbow said she sat down which we followed as the egg was now glowing a bright light.

"Uhhhh..... is that normal?" Rainbow asked in worry. "In anime it was." I said as egg then bursts open and the glow flashed blinding us and then stops and in the place of the egg was a Scraggy.

"It's a scraggy." I said. "That is not what I was expecting." Twilight said. "I-it's adorable..... I think I'll name you-" Rainbow was saying until she was headbutted by the scraggy which knocked her to ground and the others gasped in surprise. ".....Awwww!!! It's first headbutt." I said with a tear in my eye at this very special moment of Rainbow Dash's Scraggy's life. Then it immediately gave everyone a headbutt which knocked us to the ground.

The scraggy then walks off and starts exploring the library as we were all getting up and rubbing our heads. "Ugh.... Why did that thing hit us in the head?" Trixie asked. "He's..... shes....? Ummmm..... Its not a thing! It's my baby!" Rainbow yelled. "Ok..... let's not get into a fight right now." Fluttershy said trying to calm the two. "(Y/n), any ideas of why the Scraggy headbutted us?" Twilight asked me. "Scraggy takes pride in its sturdy head which is why they headbutt anything that meets its gaze." I said as we were looking at the scraggy as it pulls up its molted skin "pants" up which it goes back down.

"I guess that's why you were moved by its first headbutt attack." Fluttershy said. "And it chose me...." Rainbow said with happy tears as she flew over to it and picked it up into a hug. "I'm sooo proud." She said as the scraggy was looking around in confusion. "I think I'll call you..... Havoc." She said as she flew to Tank. "Tank meet your little..... Brother Havoc." She said pulled tank into a group hug. "We need to let everypony else about Havoc. Come on tank!" Rainbow said as she, Tank, and Havoc left the library. "OOOWWW!!!" We heard Rainbow yell which probably means that Havoc did another headbutt.

"Well that was nice moment..... well some parts were." Twilight said as she was still rubbing her head. "Trixie would be fine of never seeing Havoc again." Trixie said who was also rubbing her head. "I'm sure after some time it would stop headbutting ponies." Fluttershy said. "I doubt it." I said. "Well, if Rainbow is going around showing off havoc then we should probably get to a stopping point." Twilight said. "Why?" I asked in confusion. "Because you know once Pinkie sees Havoc she is gonna throw a "happy hatching day party" for him." Twilight told me.

"Oh yeah, she is gonna do that." I said as I began picking stuff up. "It's kinda nice that Havoc's birth is just a week before your birthday." Fluttershy said as I froze. "It's next week!? I thought it was the week after that?!" I thought as I saw that everyone was not paying attention to me which I took this opportunity to head upstairs. I ran me, Twilight, and Spike's room and I was going through my bedside table which I looked at my calendar. "Let's see....." I said as I was quickly scanning the calendar when I saw the date.

"Dang it! I switched hers with Spike's. Ughhh!!! The present isn't gonna arrive until after her birthday! Gahh!!! Now I'm gonna have to look for another present! Ughh!! This can't be happening! I cannot get a get at the last minute again. "Especially after the last present with Aj. I should've known that Celestia didn't had an ancient golden apple. The bar code was literally on the bottom!" I said as I was trying to think of what to do about my situation. "Looks like I'm gonna have to get some help tomorrow." I said as I began to write a letter to a friend that I met when I was in Cloudsdale to support Rainbow.

Saw the new Pokémon called Grafaiai and it looks awesomely adorable!

This Pokémon is a normal poison type which I can really tell it is a poison type based on how it's eyes look. It's obvious that this Pokémon is kinda based on the animal called the Aye-aye because of this Pokémon's long fingers which is currently covered in paint that it uses to paint graffiti on trees. I bet this would be one of Hitch Trailblazer's least favorite Pokémon because they would paint graffiti in Maretime bay.
