I had thought Athena was over exaggerating when she said there was a puddle of blood. She was not.

When I got to the house she was standing above the blood as if she was scared. She probably thought if she moved she would bleed more.

"Okay, Thena, come here."

She shook her head no as she looked below her.

"I can't help you if you don't move." I tried.

"I don't want to move!"

"Athena- Athena!"

I watched as her eyes rolled to the back of her head and her body fell to the ground. I horrifying sight.

I immediately called the police and then made a quick call to my mom.

Hi, my love

Hi, mom. Athena called me like thirty minutes ago saying she was bleeding so I rushed over here. She just passed out.

Oh my lord no! Did you call an ambulance?

Yeah they're on their way.

This was not how I wanted to spend my day but Athena is much more important than my classes right now. She could potentially loose her baby so she definitely needs a shoulder to cry on and I'll happily volunteer to do so.

She may annoy the hell out me but she's still my sister and I love her. I hope she's gonna be okay.

"Where am I?"

The hospital room was fairly silent so hearing a voice definitely made me jump.

"Damnit, Athena, you scared the hell out of me!"

"Where am I?" She repeated.

"The hospital. You passed out." I explained.

She began to look around the room frantically and breathing heavy.

"Is the baby okay?" She asked me.

"We're waiting for the doctor to come back and tell us. Your heart rate is going up I need you to take a deep breath, Thee."

"No-"

Before she could protest any louder the door was opened. It was the doctor.

"Good to see you're awake." She smiled.

"Is the baby okay?"

"They're fine. It's normal to bleed like that. All that's happening is that there's a lot of blood being transferred to your cervix. Too much was transferred so your body kicked out what wasn't needed."

"Then why'd she pass out?" I eyed the doctor.

"She was in shock."

"Pause. You said "they're" as in multiple." Athena spoke.

"It's twins. Congratulations miss Burnham."

And then she passed out again.

A/n: I don't know why this is taking to long to write but it's fine. We have like five chapters left (epilogue included) and then we're moving onto the next book. It's currently being written (characters and plot lines). Until next time!! Oh and before I forget this chapter is unedited.
