Chapter 57

Bonus 2

Ishq Deewangi (Book 2)

________________ (All Ranawat Offsprings- 22 years old)

"What are we watching tonight?" Nidhi asked bringing a packet of Kurkure for herself.

"Action Replay" Pahel said smiling as she settled on the floor, keeping her head on Vidhan's shoulder.

"Hey look Avi, our love story" Nidhi hit Aviraj's shoulder playfully and shrieked loudly earning everyone's look except for Aviraj, Aryaman and Vihaan. Aryaman and Vihaan looked at Aviraj with a smirk while the rest looked at her confused.

"Meaning?" Aarchi asked curiously.

"Meaning that this movie is like mine and Avi's lovestory" Nidhi said smiling.

"How?" Pahel asked suddenly curious about it.

"I used to make him do my homework everyday. He also did all my projects" Nidhi said looking at Aviraj with a huge smile who tried to shut her up.

"No way" Maitri looked at her shocked.

"What no way? Ask him, didn't he do all my homework and projects? He also did my other stuff. You don't believe me, ask them, he also did their homework" Nidhi pointed at the men with her kurkure. Everyone looked at Aviraj with an open mouth.

"I refuse to believe its true" Pahel stood up in order to have debate about it.

"Ask them na? We only made him a part of our group because he did our assignments" Nidhi said shrugging her shoulders.

"And you let that happen chachu?" Pahel looked at Aviraj horrified as if he just trampled on her rose garden.

"He did because he was so in love with your chachi that he did everything she asked for" Vihaan said hi-fying Aryaman as they both laughed.

"Aww that's sweet" Seher said with a dreamy look on her face.

"It is especially when you know that this idiot pretended to be dumb the week before exams so he could tutor her" Aryaman said looking at Nidhi teasingly who was looked away biting her lip, stopping herself from smiling.

"You seriously did that?" Maitri asked surprised.

"I might have. He'd never look at me straight faced so ofcourse I had to do something" Nidhi said looking at Aviraj who stared at her lovingly.

"I always looked at you if only you ever paid attention" He replied in a soft voice.

"Cut-off your romance guys, there are kids here. You are free to take it to the room" Aryaman said laughing as both of them blushed and the kids ewwed simultaneously.

"How did he know whether you liked him or not?" Pahel asked looking at Nidhi questioningly.

"He didn't or maybe he did, I don't know. After university ended we all went our ways and we met each other after 4-5 years because Nitya needed me. We... more like he confessed and made me realise that pyaar toh maine sirf Avi se hi kiya tha" Nidhi said softly to Pahel.

"You didn't feel bad that she made you do her assignments and bullied you?" Pahel looked at Aviraj for answers. Everyone in the room noticed the change in tone in Pahel's voice. Aviraj looked at Aryaman to confirm. Aryaman nodded his head asking him to tell her the truth.

"Ofcourse I felt bad but it was the only way for me to keep her close so hence I never said anything" Aviraj sat behind Pahel and hugged her head. Pahel leaned her head onto his hands and nodded.

"Everything is fine na Pahel?" Aviraj whispered in her ear. Pahel looked at him as if a deer caught in light and nodded her head.

"Feelings are very delicate, one wrong move and you could break someone's heart for forever. Not everyone is forgiving. If they listen to you, sometimes it isn't because they fear you, it could be because they are forced into doing it to hold you close or they have their own reasons" Vihaan said looking at Pahel, understanding the whole game her eyes were hiding. He blinked at Pahel telling her that her secret was safe with him.

"Let's watch the movie" Aarchi said seeing the room fell silent.

"Yeah" They all returned to original position and started to watch the movie except there was one person who constantly kept checking her phone. Pahel's concentration was on her phone more than on the movie. Aryaman noticed it and was to ask her but Vihaan stopped him.

"Let her figure it out herself" He whispered to Aryaman who looked at Pahel worried but sat still.

NEXT DAY

Aryaman was sitting in the room as Maitri took a shower. Maitri walked out wearing her office suit and saw Aryaman sitting by the bedside looking at something. She slowly walked up to him and sat beside him.

"They grew up so fast" Aryaman said running his hand over their family photo album. Maitri held his arm and kissed his shoulder, laying her head on it.

"I miss being her hero. She used to look at me at the slightest inconveinance and now its as if she knows that I won't be able to solve anything" Aryaman looked at Maitri with a teary gaze.

"They don't need us anymore Mayu" He placed his head on top of hers and flipped the page.

"Remember when Vidhan wanted to be exactly like you. He mimicked you at every instance. If his dad had one paratha for breakfast, he'll force himself to finish that one paratha. You two are quite a pair. Yaad hai when he used to cling on to you and you had to take him to one of the meetings?" She asked getting nostalgic.

"Hmm... he owned the room that day. No one really paid attention to the meeting but at him who sat in one corner playing cards by himself" Aryaman smiled remembering it.

"Pahel also used to cling a lot to you than to me" Aryaman looked at Maitri and said.

"Those were the days. She'd walk into my cabin and directly sit on my chair and order herself an apple juice. She was always the narcissist child who is your replica, completely incorrigible" Maitri said smiling widely.

"You know after she finished her juice, she'll slip out of my cabin and talk to every damn person in my office. Initially I used to feel that they talked to her because she's cute and she's my daughter then I realised that they talked to her because talking to her was like a therapy to them. They missed Pahel more than they missed me at work" Maitri cuddled more with Aryaman.

"Things were good when she used to be my sidekick. She was my bestfriend Maan. I loved going out with, dressing her, playing those weird games she came up with, they were fun. These days... I can bet my soul and say that she considers me her enemy. We were one team and now its like we are playing the same sport but from opposite teams" A tear slid down her cheek as she remembered how easily her daughter used to come home and narrate her whole day to her and now all they did was fight.

"I scold her because am scared she'll do something wrong. I don't know how to talk to her Maan" She said looking out of the window. Aryaman placed his hand on top of hers knowing exactly what she was feeling.

"They've both closed their doors to us and I am lost on what to do too" Aryaman confessed.

"Guess we aren't as cool as we thought we'd be" Maitri said sadly.

"Hmm" Aryaman kept the book away and held on to Maitri.

"Here they are. Let's go Nirupa Roy" Pahel and Vidhaan barged into Aryaman and Maitri's room.

"You are supposed to knock idiot" Vidhan scolded Pahel who rolled her eyes and looked at the couple.

"Let's go" Pahel took Aryaman and Maitri's hands and pulled them out of the room.

"Where are we going?" Maitri asked.

"Ssh Nirupa Roy, you ask alot of questions" Pahel said looking at Maitri who glared at her.

"Where?" Aryaman looked at Vidhan and asked who didn't give him an answer.

"We are going for a girls day out, you both can sort yourselves" Pahel said entwining her hand with Maitri's who looked at her shocked.

"Yeah yeah go away, dad and I'll do our thing. Don't bother returning home early at any cost" Vidhan said to Pahel.

"Huh?" Aryaman looked at his childern with confusion.

"Father dearest, enjoy your day and Nirupa Roy lets go" Pahel kissed Aryaman's cheek and pulled Maitri out.

"Pahelll...where?" Maitri asked stopping Pahel.

"Mall, we can't go out wearing such clothes" Pahel called for the car which came within a few seconds and asked Maitri to slide in.

Pahel and Maitri's original plan was to shop for one item but they ended up buying half of the mall in a few hours.

"How does this look?" Pahel asked showing Maitri the frock.

"Naahh you look like someone sucked the life from you" Maitri refused and waited for Pahel to change into another dress. This went on for another hour until they decided to wear a sundress.

"Next stop food, what will you have?" Pahel asked Maitri who looked at the food court.

"If you won't be your father's daughter then I have a plan" Maitri said with a mischivious smile. Pahel rolled her eyes and agreed to Maitri. Maitri pulled her out of the mall and looked around for a pani puri stall.

"Want to compete?" Maitri asked as she rubbed her hands in excitement. Pahel agreed to it and they started competting with each other. One the last pani puri, Pahel choked making Maitri worried about her.

"Eat slowly na Pahel. Always in a rush" Maitri scolded her as she handed her a water bottle and rubbed Pahel's back. Pahel looked at her with broken hopes which Maitri couldn't decipher. After drinking some water, Pahel walked back to the car and sat. Maitri paid the vendor and sat down in the car.

"I want to go home" Pahel said looking out of the window.

"But its still not night" Maitri said placing her hand on top of Pahel's which she pulled away.

"Stop the car please" Maitri said noticing the change in Pahel's behaviour. She asked Pahel to step out. The weather started getting bad as Pahel sat on the bench beside Maitri.

"What happened Pahel?" Maitri asked looking straight at the road.

"Nothing" Pahel said shrugging her shoulders. Maitri stood up and bought a corn cob and gave one to her.

"Maan and I had an arranged marriage. My parents forced me to meet this guy which I didn't want to meet at all. They gave me Maan's biodata which me being an idiot didn't look and went the next day to meet him. Half an hour late and in complete mood to make him say no. I went ahead and also ordered food for both of us. I so desperately needed him to say no to me but your dad was being a pain in my ass and didn't say anything. When I asked him what happens if he's fired from the company he's working in, he shrugged it off. After the lunch when we were seperating that's when he said that he was CEO and not an employee there. Can you imagine the embarresment?" Maitri said with a smile as a movie of memories played in the back of her mind.

"It was your mistake though... You should have seen the biodata. It would have saved you the embarrassment" Pahel said eating the cob.

"I know" Maitri laughed.

"The same night, he came on his bike to my house and we drove off to a park. None of us wanted to get married so we planned to get in to a contract marriage. That night we ate such a cob as we discussed our idea" Maitri looked at the cob and felt the memories running down her.

"So you did a contract marriage?" Pahel asked interested.

"No... We realised that contract marriage was a stupid idea and asked for time to get to know each other. We did meet through our parents but by the time we got married I could say it was nothing less than a love marriage" Maitri looked at Pahel and said.

"Then after a few years I had you and Vidhan. My babies" Maitri scooted closer to Pahel and kissed her forehead.

"You know it na that I love you Pahel" Maitri asked holding Pahel to herself. Pahel nodded her head holding tightly onto her restraints.

"What is wrong baby?" Maitri asked calmly which made Pahel's restraint break and she started sobbed in Maitri's arms.

"You always keep scolding me ma... You never scold Vidhan but always me" Pahel said holding Maitri tightly.

"I feel like no matter what I do, it'll never be good enough for you. I feel like you only love Vidhan" Pahel said looking at Maitri with broken heart.

"Pahel...darling... I don't want to scold but I fear that you'll hurt yourself and scold you. And bacha you don't have to prove me anything, you are awesome just the way you are minus the violence part and I love you and Vidhan equally. I scold you more than him because you are always in trouble and I fear that there'll be a time where I won't be able to help you bacha" Maitri cupped Pahel's face and explained to her. Pahel didn't say anything and hugged her tightly.

"Baby... you are and will always be my bestfriend. I lived my childhood through you. I am not your enemy bacha, I just don't want you to make mistakes that will ruin your life" Maitri patted Pahel's head lovingly.

"I am sorry" Pahel said.

"I am sorry too, I'll try to stop scolding you much" Maitri cried too holding her daughter close and glad that the misunderstanding between them cleared.

"I'll try to be away from trouble too" Pahel promised wiping her tears.

"Great" Maitri wiped her tears too and smiled.

"What are we doing next?" Maitri asked munching onto the corn cob.

"Spa?" Pahel asked unsurely.

"Eww... I've got a better plan, how about Arcade?" Maitri asked feeding Pahel from her corn cob.

"Ughh thanks. I couldn't do the spa either way" Pahel mumbled making Maitri laugh.

"I know" They talked about a few things before stepping into the car.

On the other hand Vidhan pulled Aryaman in his room and handed him one console and asked him to wear a headset.

"How bad are you at PS?" Vidhan asked connecting things.

"Yo kid am the dad remember" Aryaman looked at Vidhan challengingly.

"You sure you can rock this?" Vidhan asked with same look.

"Bring it on lad" Aryaman called his friends as the father-son duo sat to play until lunch hours.

"How are you so good at the game?" Vidhan asked as fawned over Aryaman.

"I am the coach of the game you are still learning to play beta ji" Aryaman said with a smirk as he arranged everything.

"What will you have for lunch?" He asked once everything was neatly arranged. Vidhan kept looking at him with shining eyes.

"Anything" He said walking behind Aryaman.

"Spaghetti?" Vidhan nodded his head as he followed Aryaman in the kitchen and sat on the countertop.

"Ohh hello you can't just sit there and watch, you need to help me" Aryaman said crossing his arms at his chest.

"Let's just order then" Vidhan said removing his phone from his pockets as the father son duo discussed from where they should order food from.

"I am ordering this" Aryaman selected the item and added it to cart and was to checkout when Vidhan stopped him.

"Wait I have discount cards" Vidhan stopped him making Aryaman look at him boredly.

"You are a prince my son, discount seriously?" Aryaman scrunched his nose and said.

"So? Mum says you need to save no money" Vidhan argued back.

"Mumma's boy. You should have gone with her too" Aryaman said rolling his eyes.

"Not a word against my mum huh dad. She's over dramatic sometimes but she's just so MUM" Vidhan said with a smile as he checked out the order without discounts and both made way to the living room.

"I always knew it your loyalties are with Maitri only Pahel understood me. She's the only one who is on my side through and through" Aryaman said acting hurt.

"That's only because Pahel does as you say all the time and finds every small reason to rile up Mumma" Vidhan sat down and switched on the TV.

"Jealous child" Aryaman hit Vidhan on his head and plopped beside him.

"Dad..." Vidhan called Aryaman after being completely sure that he was in a good mood.

"Hmm" Aryaman responded to him.

"Why are we not like the other royal families? I have friends who... keep everyone at an arm distance, they might befriend you but always have a doubt that you'd do something. There's just something that doesn't add up" Vidhan asked Aryaman confused on whether they were a royal family or not.

"To be in a royal family not necessarily means you need to be coldhearted. Your dadu always say that to show someone that you are the one in charge you need to have a strong personality not a bad behaviour. Fear is good but it is supposed to be for the ones who are wrong. If everyone fears you then how will they tell you what they are going through" Aryaman said looking at Vidhan.

"Being silent always also isn't good. You need to raise your voice sometimes and take the charge" Vidhan nodded his head and looked ahead.

"Everything fine at university Vidz?" Aryaman asked placing a hand over his.

"Yeah... so far it's going awesome" He replied with a smile.

"I am always free in case you and Pahel need someone to talk to" Aryaman ruffled Vidhan's hair and stood up to get the order.

Vidhan and Aryaman spent the evening playing golf and cooking dinner for themselves.

Pahel and Maitri entered the house completely drunk and giggling to each other.

"Mumma food" Pahel hicupped and pulled Maitri to see food on the dining table. Aryaman and Vidhan stood up worried seeing them sway.

"Pahel, Mayu" Aryaman and Vidhan rushed to their side to hold them but they pushed them away.

"They made Hakka noodles Pihuu" Maitri slurred as she sat on one chair. Pahel picked up the fork and rolled it in the bowl and both the mother daughter duo started eating.

"That's our dinner" Aryaman said looking at the speed at which the quantity reduced.

"Order?" Vidhan said worried about sleeping empty stomach.

"Yeah, order anything you want till then I handle these two" Aryaman patted Vidhan's shoulder and walked to the table.

"Hi husband" Maitri placed her hands around Aryaman's neck and kissed him on his lips deeply as his hands went around her waist. Pahel looked away disgusted and continued eating.

"What did you drink?" He asked glaring at both of them.

"Tequila tequila tera naina, churai le humra chaina" Maitri sang horrendously making Aryaman wince at the voice while Pahel gave Maitri beats to continue singing. Pahel hit the cutlery on the table and vibed at the complete off beat.

"How much?" He asked making Maitri sit down properly.

"Do bottle vodka kaam mera rozka, na mujhko koi roke na kisine roka" Pahel started singing and dancing making Maitri also stand up and dance.

"Saari raat in the bar, daru piyu lagatar, mai toh piyu bottle do" Aryaman hit his head at the wrong lyrics. They changed the lyrics from Chaar bottle to two bottles. He hit his hand on his head and waited for Vidhan to return with the order but returned empty handed.

"In the living room under the sofas, they'll even finish that" Vidhan whispered in Aryaman's ear.

"Aye you twin brother... Mumma loves me more than you okay! Even dad loves me more than you." Pahel said pointing at Vidhan angrily who nodded his head not wanting to fight with a drunk person.

"Let me tell you a big secret" She asked Vidhan to come close.

" Me, papa and Mumma one day went to a temple and that is where we found you. You were in the garbage truck. I felt bad for you and told Mumma and dad to take you with us home. You are from the garbage but don't worry, we all love you" Pahel said kissing Vidhan's cheek and hugging him tightly as she sat on the dining table.

"Does she understand the concept of twins?" Vidhan asked Aryaman who tried holding his wife in position.

"Do you think she understands that?" Aryaman asked carrying Maitri bridal style and asking Vidhan to make sure his sister was dropped to her room.

"I love you Mumma" Pahel said throwing flying kissed her way which Maitri reciprocated with equal grace.

"I love you tooo my Pihu babyyyy" She blew kisses to her as Vidhan carried Pahel to her room.

Aryaman shook his head and entered their room and placed her down.

"Hi Maan" She trapped him between her and the door and smiled seductively.

"You keep getting handsome day by day" She kissed his neck and sucked on it for a while until she opened all his shirt buttons.

"You are drunk" Aryaman held her at a distance and said trying to keep his lust down.

"And..." Maitri giggled as she pulled him with her to the bed and pushed him down. She discarded her dress and stood infront of him in her innerwears. She climbed up on him and started pressing kisses down his throat making him fist her hair tightly.

"I can't control myself dear... we will do this when you are sober" He changed their position and kissed her lips. She ignored his words and took his hand and placed it on her sensitive area. Aryaman was shocked at finding her so wet. Maitri rolled her hips on his hand and gasped when she felt his hand on it. He tried to move his hand but Maitri's strong hold prevented it.

"Please" she pleaded him as her other hand went towards her bra cladded breast. Aryaman took a deep breath after seeing how sexy his wife looked beneath him and held his restraints tightly.

"Sleep Mayu" He said sternly making her loosen her grip on his hand. She glared at him and moved onto her side of the bed, discarding her innerwears too. She opened her legs wide to let him see that even if he refused her, she could do things her way. Aryaman hit his head and rushed by her side.

"Fingers or mouth? He asked holding her hands to her side. Maitri giggled and pecked his lips.

"Both" She said with a cute smile making Aryaman also smile. He was about to go down on her when he heard a knock.

"Dad food" He heard Vidhan from the other side of the door. Maitri held Aryaman's hand and shook her head.

"You go I'll come in a few minutes after I make sure your mum is asleep" He said sucking onto her boob and covered her mouth so Vidhan couldn't hear her moan.

"Okay, I am waiting" Vidhan said and walked away.

"Now Ranisa you don't want our son to remain hungry for long, so why don't we make this quick?" He asked thrusting his finger onto her and finger fucked her mercilessly until she shattered around his fingers.

"One more round?" He asked teasing her as he saw her close her eyes in tiredness. She shook her head and rolled onto her sides, tucking her hands beneath her cheeks and falling asleep immediately.

"What I couldn't do my daughter did" He adjusted the blanket around her and kissed her forehead. Aryaman had always wanted to see Maitri drunk but she ran away from alcohol at the speed of light but for some reason she was drunk with Pahel.

"I love you jaan" he pushed away her hair so they don't disturb her.

"Love you too" She mumbled in sleep making him chuckle.

"You are going to be in deep trouble Mrs. Ranawat tomorrow" he said smiling and stood up to wash his hands. He wanted to go down just that way but knew that it would make his son uncomfortable and thought to wash his face and hands before going down.

He walked down to see Vidhan had set the coffee table and was searching for a movie. He had ordered for naan and paneer sabzi with malai kofta and vegetable fried rice alongside some dal tadka.

"She's gone to sleep?" Aryaman asked Vidhan about Pahel.

"Yupp... she talks so much when she'a sober but when drunk it gets bad. The whole logic area is like a foreign concept to her. I pity the man who'll marry her, he has all my sympathy. We need to call him home for at least a week and give him time to recover from Pahel's madness" Vidhan said shaking his head.

"Ohh come on, you'll miss her the most" Aryaman said teasing him.

"Who? That female version of Lucifer? Na I love the peace and quietness that will come after she goes away. You guys should start finding a man actually you know what, do it after sometime, let the man enjoy his life for a while before we throw this demon in his way" Vidhan served himself and sat crossed legged in the sofa making Aryaman smile at his words, reminding him that he and Aviraj used to say the same things to Aarchi.

"Keep Man in Black" Aryaman said getting comfortable as they both ate watching tv.

"We will always need you papa... at any age, we will need you. We just don't want to stress you both with our problems but we know that you will help us when it gets out of control." Vidhan said before he left for his room, subtly telling him that they had heard him and Maitri that morning. Aryaman smiled and returned to his room to find Maitri had pushed away the blanket and slept possessing the whole bed. He controlled himself from waking her up and making them stay awake the whole day and slipped beside her, pulling her to him.

Maitri sensing his warmth, placed her head turned around letting him spoon her. She placed his one hand under her cheek and again fell asleep with Aryaman beside her.
