Sandra got home feeling fulfilled, she smiled widely. "Someone is happy" Laura muttered. Sandra was going to say something rude but she swallow it down and smiled instead."You can say that. Anyways, where is Alex?" She casually asked not wanting to raise suspicion."He is in his study doing with Dexter" Sandra nodded slowly. She looked around just to be sure no one was watching before saying"Do you want to get out of here? I know you don't like it here and I don't like seeing you miserable. I spoke to Mason and he is willing to let you stay in his house"Laura remembered the last time she tried running away, somebody died and she doesn't want that to happen again."I don't want to cause trouble Sandra, the last time I tried running away I was tortured, someone died because of me" she muttered looking at the door of Alex's study."It's going to be a clean job, he won't know I promise and you will be able to live your life again," said with a convincing voice, Laura thought of it and decided to go with the flow."Are you sure he won't catch me? I don't want to be tied to the bad like last time or watch someone getting killed" Sandra smiled assuring her.After talking to Laura, Sandra went to Alex's study room the moment Dexter left. She walked to him with a broad smile on her face."What do you want?" Alex asked coldly, he looked at her with disgust in his eyes. He has never liked her, he just let her stay there because of Laura."I just want to ask some questions." She smiled again looking into his eyes."Go on""I see that you love my sister, does she love you too?" Alex looked at her suspiciously but he decided to answer."She will grow to love me whether she likes it or not." Sandra's smile didn't falter, instead, it brightened up."What if she tries to escape?" Alex laughed like she just said something really funny."She knows better, plus I trust she wouldn't leave my daughter who has grown a liking to her." It was Sandra's turn to laugh."Are you sure? What if I tell you she is planning to escape as we speak" Alex smirked"She wouldn't, she loves Kimberly" Alex said looking agitated."I pity you" she took out her phone and played a recording, it was a record of their conversation."I just wanted to know if she would leave or stay but it seems like she doesn't want to." She said after Alex listened to the recording.Alex was so angry that his veins popped up, and his eyes darkened with raw anger. He stood up, and pull Sandra out of his study, they both went downstairs where Laura was playing with Kimberly."Come here Laura" She looked at the both of them before standing and walking to where they were."Kimberly excuse your Mummy Laura and me" he pulled her harshly to the room. Sandra secretly smiles, her plan is in motion, and Alex is going to torture her for planning to escape."Alex please slow down, what did I do?" She asked looking frightened"What did you do?" Alex asked shutting the door with a loud bang. He held Laura's cheeks in his hands with angry eyes "I love you" he muttered kissing her sexy lips."You scared me" she muttered looking into his eyes which hard mirth dangling in them."A little birdy told me you were going to escape from here" Laura gulped her saliva, she took a couple of steps back just to be on the safe side."I..Mm.." She stuttered"Relax, calm down" he smirked "so you were planning to go live with Mason" with the way he was asking her the questions, and the smile on his face, he looked like a psycho."It was just a suggestion, I.. Ahh" her eyes watered due to fear "I wasn't going to do it, I know better, I know no matter what I do or where I go, you will still find me, plus I don't want to live Kimberly," she said, her last sentence made Alex smile.So you won't leave because of Kimberly and not because of me?" He took huge steps towards her, caging her on the wall."I wonder why it is so hard for me to be angry at you my darling," he said with a sexy voice, it made Laura's legs wobble."Do me a little favor my love" he said in her ears with a tone that sent shivers down her spine. "Don't tell anyone that I didn't punish you, not even your cute sister, okay?" She nodded"Go on, go back to your daughter Kimberly" she rushed to the living room not wanting to stay in the room even for another second."What happened in there? Why did he look so angry?" Sandra asked the moment she saw her. Laura remembered what Alex said and gulped."He found out about our plans and he punished me severely, I don't think I want to go on with the plan." She lied"I am sorry sis, I don't know how he found out about it, I put you into trouble again" she faked tears, and Laura hugged her."It's not your fault, don't bother about it, it is my fate"Kimberly had this look of hate in her eyes whenever she look at Sandra, she doesn't like her.
