Chapter 37

Tay's POV

I, Gun and Kong are at our house... tomorrow we will leave to Phuket. I have been wanting to propose to Em... I am really nervous.. so I decided to talk with Gun and Kong.. and run my ideas with them. I know they will be happy especially Kong for me and Em. I asked permission from his parents.. they were really happy.. so now I am going to ask my parents. I asked them to come down to the living room.

"Pa... Ma... Gun... Kong... I want to propose Em.." I said closing my eyes. There was a complete minute of silence making me nervous and suddenly I found my over-excited little brother jumping happily.

"Finally you manned up ah. " Pa teased me.

"P.. I know I am your brother.. but let me talk first like Em's Best friend. Don't you dare hurt or cheat him.. you know how it will be to be on my bad side right.. so take care and always love each other.. don't worry the same goes for him. I will tell him later." Kong said while hugging me.

"P.. When are you going to propose?" Gun asked me.

"In our Phuket trip. And I need your help in planning... I just know I want to propose to him.. but don't know how. But I don't want to tell others also. I want it to be a complete surprise to everyone." I said nervously... Everyone started laughing.

"Now first.. did you take his parents' permission? " My mother asked and I said Yes.

"Did you get the rings?" she asked next and I nodded. I showed them the rings

"Wow son. I never knew you have such good taste.." My father exclaimed seeing them.

"Okay son.. do not wear a suit to propose to him... I know you are planning... Let me pick up your outfit.." Mae said and pulled me to my room. My father and brothers followed. She went through all my dresses and finally selected one

"Wear this son.. it will be nice.. it is not your wedding day to wear a suit... you are asking him out.. it should not be formal.. it should make him feel that you have made effort just to ask him.. that will help him to see your effort to impress him..." My Ma said.

"Ma... I am really thankful.." I could not say anything else. I just hugged her.

"P.. leave the decoration part to us. I have an idea P.." Kong said with a sly smile. Shit, he is surely up to something.. and this time even Gun is with him.

"We will arrange things for you but..." Kong stopped there looking at Gun.

"You need to make everyone believe that we will come there in the evening due to some reason which you need to come up with and you have to deal with Upset or maybe I should say Angry Arthit and Bright... It will be a deal." Gun said with the same sly smile.

"No way.. no one can do that.. not after you all not meeting for three days..!" I exclaimed.

"Then do the arrangements yourself.." They both said and shrugged their shoulders. My parents just started laughing at us. Ah.. what did I do in my previous life to handle angry Arthit and Bright at the same time.

"Fine... I will but make sure the arrangements are done properly." I said pointing fingers at them. They jumped saying okay.

"P.. we will let you know when you have to come exactly half an hour before. You need to make sure to get them all there together and don't let anyone to beech tomorrow do whatever it takes for that. And tomorrow we will leave 30min after you... make sure to let us know when you stop so that we won't cross each other while driving on road." Kong said. Okay. I know they will make the best arrangements so it is worth dealing with Arthit and Bright. I nodded. They hugged me tightly.

The next day came earlier than I have expected. Gun and Kong are getting ready in the villa behind. Both of them are going to put their phones in Meeting mode. Only I can be able to contact them. Everyone came. At first, they did not ask anything about Gun or Kong. Until my dear Em spoke.

"P'Tay.. Where are Kong and P'Gun? They will always be ready early right." He asked and everyone is looking at me for an answer.

"Mmm Em don't be angry na... I had to send them off for a meeting... P'Sing and P'Kit wanted them... but they will be there by evening. You know how much they did for us.. also Kong loves them as his own parents.. so they had to go. " I said hoping that they will accept the answer. Everyone nodded... Although Arthit and Bright were upset... they were okay with it... Thank God.

"But.. he did not inform us anything.. he would never do that.." Tew added. This little shit.. he is gonna die in my hands.

"Oh.. actually maybe they are listening to what Kit and Sing are briefing.. they actually rushed here in the night around 3 or so.. and took them when they were still half asleep. I guess it is something important. And you know Kong and Gun.. they would sleep again within a second... Kong mainly if he is with Kit. He would sleep like he hasn't slept for days.. and weeks.." My Ma answered. Thank God. I really love you Mae. I thought in my mind and smiled at her which she returned.

"Oh.. then understandable.." Wad said.

"Arthit... Bright.. cheer up na.. you know... you both can buy something for them.. they warned me not to let anyone into the beach till they come.. so I will tell you something to tease them and also.. something they would like it when you both gift them. What say..?" I asked trying to cheer their mood. And yup it worked.. they are smiled and nodded their head.

We made our way to the Cars. We are a total of 10 members. So we are going to take two cars. One is mine and the other is Gun's. I and Wad will be driving.. with Wad following me. Kong and Gun will come in Kong's Car. I texted Kong saying that we are starting.

The drive was good. I, Em beside me, Tew, Knot, and Arthit in my car while Wad, Prem, Bright, Tutah, and Deer are in the other car. Wad and Deer will be taking turns. I received a text after around 40 minutes. Which I am pretty sure will be Kong as I set only vibrate for his and Gun's message. So that means they have started. I need to make sure to maintain the speed. Both Gun and Kong are those who maintain constant high speed, especially for long drives. So I decided to take fewer breaks.

Kong's POV

P'Tay texted me that they have started. I and P'Gun made our way back in. I and P'Gun will be taking my car. I have arranged the Bunch of roses and many rose petals. Some white curtains hundreds of candles. We have ordered to arrange for a proper table and two chairs with wood and 4 long stable sticks where we will hand the curtains. We even contacted the nearby florist also to arrange some plants which will be around the area for them to eat... yup we have added a romantic dinner to the plan...

We are all set to leave. I had to drive a little faster. Actually, P'Tay doesn't know about it but we are taking our parents and Em's parents also. They will be coming in their own vehicles. We want them to spend more time there.. and they need to have a vehicle to return.. so they are getting their vehicles so we can let them have one.

I have been driving for three hours and suddenly we saw our friends taking a break. Shit, P'Tay did not inform us.

"P'Gun.. what should we do... My friends will surely recognize us even if we drive fast.." I said as I stopped by the turning. We were thinking of ways. P'Gun got an idea. He took out Black sheets.. which we use to block the sunlight from coming inside. He went to the back seat.. behind me. He was holding two sheets covering both the side windows.. They don't know the details of my car since it is recently bought but not yet used.. and the car number was not registered then.

I raised the speed and started going again as P'Gun assured me that he is holding them properly. Shh.. that was close. Thank god, they did not find us. I stopped after 20minutes. P'Gun shifted back to the front seat. I started driving again. My phone started ringing. It must be P'Tay... I asked P'Gun to lift it and put it on speaker.

"Where are you both.. how far.. ?" He asked while whispering.

"P'Tay we hate you." We both shouted.

"Ah.. why..?" He said all innocent.

"It is because we crossed you already and 20 to 30 minutes ahead of you. We might have been caught if not for P'Gun and his idea." I said.

"Oh.. sorry na Nong.. your idiots were not leaving me alone to text you." He explained. All we could do was sigh.

"Okay P.. I will maintain a little high speed... Try to take a break again after an hour. We will be able to create a sufficient gap between us." P'Gun said. After that, we cut the call.

"P'Gun call our parents and ask if they have started.." I said to P'Gun. He nodded and said that they start in 30minuted and will be there by 5. We are planning to let P'Tay propose at around 6 with some darkness and light of sunset. We did not call Em's parents because they will follow a different route so it won't be a problem

After a couple of hours, we reached Phuket. We went and checked into some hotel... We just need a place to put our luggage and change into comfortable clothes to make the arrangements.

We both got freshen up... and changed into casuals. We have actually reserved the whole beech area for today. No one will be allowed in. We took some food and the material we bought and entered the area... We started with making a heart shape filled with petals and way... it took us a complete hour.

I have asked the florist to come here after 2 hours. We had the food we bought. We got a text saying that they have reached and checked in. We removed the mobiles from Meeting mode and call Arthit and Bright and spoke to them... We told them sorry and also promised to come soon.

We told them that they will see us before dinner time. We started arranging the bunch of roses. It took us a good 2 hours for that. Our parents are going to be here in another 2 hours. The florist came and also our furniture. We have started working... Our parents came and are looking at us doing work. My father even arranged for someone to record the whole proposal.

Tay's POV

After those two have called and confirmed that they will be here before dinner. Arthit and Bright have become happy. We all freshened up. I wore the dress Ma selected.

"P.. you look really handsome.." Em exclaimed as he locked his hands around my neck. I just bent a little and kissed him... We broke the kiss when we heard the knock on the door. We are all now walking in the market road.

I told Arthit that my little brother likes rings and charms. I also told him that he likes simple necklaces. To Bright, I told that Gun likes trending fashion style dresses and matching shoes.

For the past 4 hours, we have been roaming.. eating and those two have bought many things for my two brothers.. hope they won't fight when they know that they are here but busy with arranging my proposal to Em... I can just pray and wish that they won't fight and my brothers will be able to pacify them.

I received a message from my brother saying that arrangements are done.. they told me that they have placed a red color cloth near the entrance with a white rose on it.. which I need to use to blindfold Em with... Okay.. it is time Tay.. you can do it.

I took everyone near the beech. They were all looking around... there was no one but us.

"P.. Why is there no one here.. and where are P'Kong and P'Gun.." Arthit asked.

"I am sorry guys.. but please don't ask any questions for some time.. you will understand things in few minutes." I said everyone.. they just nodded.

"And Arthit, Bright.. your P'Kong and P'Gun are here. I am sorry in advance you will know the reason in few minutes.. but please wait till then.." I added. They also nodded. I turned towards Em taking a deep breath.

"Em do you trust me..?" I asked looking straight into his eyes.

"What kind of question is it.. you know I do.." He said.

"Close your eyes.." He did.. I then too the cloth and blindfolded him... I indicated others to stay silent and follow me. I was holding Em and guiding him... The sight even took my breath away.. oh my god they even arranged dinner for us both here.. everybody was surprised seeing it

Kong and Gun came towards me and pulled me into the heart shape.. they then pulled Em and made me stand in front of him. I guess the others understood seeing their smiles. I kneeled down in front of Em holding his hands. Kong removed the blindfold and went away. He was now looking at me and the surroundings with a completely shocked face. I took a deep breath.

"Em... I have been in love with you for 3 years... these three years... you made me the better version of me.. we had many fights.. especially when I was your head hazer.. we had many disagreements.. but Em.. you are the only one I can imagine my life with.. it is you who makes me happy.. it is you who make me feel home other than my parents and brothers... I always keep looking forward to meet you... your smile and a hug always take my exhaustion away.. even the worst day of mine will end up brightly if I meet you. So Em.. will you give me chance to come home to you every day.. to live with you forever.." I took out the rings and asked "Em... Love... Sweetheart will you marry me..?" I said calmly though I was nervous. Suddenly a board behind me lit up showing marry me. My brothers do deserve something for helping me.. this is really awesome.. but Em has not yet answered anything.. he is just staring at me with his big eyes.

"Em.." I called him again.

"Yes yes yes.. always yes P'Tay.." he exclaimed while jumping. I placed a ring on his finger so did he. I just kissed him then and there. All my friends were cheering loudly for us. After I broke the kiss I saw that my parents as well as Em's Parents are there. We both were shy.. he hid behind me.

We went and stood in front of them. They just hugged us and welcomed us to their family.

"Em. Welcome to my family as my brother in law.. and here is your gift." He gave me a menu card and Keys.

"You both will be having dinner here on the beach and the keys are for the penthouse in the same hotel you have checked in.. your luggage is already shifter.. and it is soundproofed.. you both can enjoy doing anything." Kong said.

"P.. also your stay here is extended for around 5 days more.. and we will look after the company.. you know right no one will question if Kong comes and sits there. So enjoy here but these 3 days do stay with us.." Gun said and slightly teased us.

My parents said that they will give us our gift later. After some more teasing and congratulations. Our parents left for home in one car leaving the other. Our friends also bid farewell asking us to meet them at least by lunchtime tomorrow.

I took Em to have our dinner. I have told him all the plans.. about Kong and Gun too... We had a little wine at the end. By the time we made it to our room.. our lips were attached to each other.. we have been doing whatever came into our mind.. both of us were highly aroused.. the night went on filled with our moans.
