                        Four months had passed. Elley was recovering faster and faster. Meanwhile the day had come when Aiden went to the asylum to give a little surprise visit.                         He was going there too many months later. So, he had bought many gifts including chocolates for Elley. He was too excited to meet Elley.                         Although when he reached there, as usual he started talking to Elley nicely, he was trying to spend time with her; but Elley was staring at him because she was unable to recognize his face properly. She was almost blanked when she met Aiden. His appearance was quite strange for Elley.                         Of course, her awkward behavior wasn't new for Aiden because she had been always ignoring him since she was suffering in that asylum. Hence, that day also without suspecting anything Aiden took her extraordinary behavior lightly as usual.                        Then after having little bit conversation with Elley and Luna, he handovered chocolates and other gifts to Luna because Elley refused to accept those things. He didn't mind anything. He was absolutely casual. Then due to some reasons he had to go early. He told Luna but she wasn't listening.                         She was requesting him to stay and spend some time with Elley; but he was firmly refusing and at last, to convince Luna made the excuse of an urgent meeting. Luna also agreed because the excuse of meeting was totally valid and genuine according to her.                         Very early Aiden left the place. That day he spent very less time with Elley. So, Luna didn't feel nice but she didn't create any issue and this way Aiden did not even identify any changes in Elley's health.                         On the one hand Luna didn't mention anything before Aiden because she had promised Brian to keep the secret. On the other hand Brian wanted Aiden to recognize the positive changes in Elley's health by himself.                         In short, Luna didn't spoil anything by interfering too much in that situation because she believed that Brian wanted to give surprise to Aiden. So, she chose to maintain silence.                         Then Luna diverted her mind quickly. She thought to give all presents to Elley which were especially brought by Aiden just for Elley.                         Although, Elley wasn't ready to accept any gift, so reluctantly Luna introduced Aiden as her boyfriend. Then she forced Elley to accept each an every gift. Unwillingly, Elley had to accept. Luna felt relief when Elley accepted the gifts but felt guilty for introducing Aiden as her boyfriend.                        With heavy heart Luna was going outside the room but suddenly she remembered about chocolates. So, she opened the wrapper of a candy and started walking towards Elley to give her that candy; but suddenly Brian came there.                        He looked Luna, run towards her, snatched the candy from Luna's hand and threw it in the trash. It had happened too quickly. So, Luna and Elley couldn't even recognize anything.                       They both were standing there. Lots of questions were running in there head at that time. So, they were trying to analyze the whole scenario but they didn't understand what was happened there few minutes ago. All of a sudden, Luna got surprised. She raised her eyebrows and astonishingly she started gazing at Brian then she asked him in anger, " What happened Dr. Brian? Why did you throw candy in a trash? You don't even have idea that Mr. Aiden had brought those chocolates only for Ms. Elley. Just to make her happy and what have you done? You threw it. You screwed up everything. " " Just shut up Luna! Have you lost your mind? Are you trying to defend Aiden? " Brian asked angrily. " No, I am not trying to defend anyone. I am just saying the things which I want to say. " Luna said plainly. " Then don't even try to explain anything before me. " Brian was consistently speaking bitter in anger but Luna was also giving angry look continuously.
