chapter 11

Author's POV.

When Bell rang, Abhimaan opened the door.  Looking at the person he was shocked. Vidhyut gave him Cheeky smile. While Abhimaan was glaring at him. His gaze shifted on the Jeevika. Whose hands Vidhyut is holding. When she felt intense gaze on her she shifted little behind the Vidhyut and tightened his hold on the Vidhyut's hand. Just then he listened the Advika's Voice,

" Maan kon hai?"

" Your lovely brother. " He replied and then further added, " Take an aarti's plate. Bhai Sadi karke aaye hai."

Advika got confused and comes there while speaking,

" What nonsense you are saying Maan?"

But got shocked looking at Vidhyut. Now everyone is gathered at the doorstep. And their mouths are open. Never in their dreams did they ever think that Vidhyut would marry like this.

" I can explain abhi. "

" Ohh you remember about me so fast."

Before he can say something to him more Advika spoke,

" At least let them enter Maan."

He glared at them but then let them enter. Once they entered Vidhyut was going to seat but Abhi didn't let him seat and said,

" First explain. If you don't have a good explanation I don't have a place for you in my house."

" I got married " Vidhyut started speaking but was cut off by Abhimaan.

" Ohh congratulations"

" Abhi yaar let me speak at least"  To which he nodded. Jeevika was looking at Abhimaan and getting angry as she doesn't like his sarcasm. But for now she decided not to interfere.

Vidhyut started telling the story of how he met Radha and from that time how every event took place. As soon as he completed his story, a punch landed on his face.  Which shocked everyone. Of course Abhimaan is not angry at him for marrying Jeevika but all this happened in such a short time but Vidhyut didn't inform him of anything. But someone didn't like this so she shouted on him.

" How dare you?"

He looked at her and of course his angry stare made her nervous. Everyone grasped as nobody dared to shout at him.  Everyone gulped. For a second she also got scared but then thought,

" Jeevi what are you doing? You can't get scared easily.  You have to save your Vidhyut. So be brave. But he is so intimidating. And here I am so short, how will I intimidate him?"

She thought about the last part with pout on his face and looked here and there. Everyone is looking at her because first she dared to shout on Abhimaan and now looking here and there while muttering something.

Her eyes landed on the center table of the living room. And she nodded and went towards it. Everyone was looking at her confused, thinking what she was doing. She climbed that center table and then spoke again,

" How dare you punch my husband Abhi?"

As she spoke Abhi as she listened to Vidhyut calling him abhi. Devnag  coughs as nobody will dare to say something like this. Abhimaan turned towards her and raised his eyebrows,

" You can't punch my husband like this, I won't allow it. Also he is an adult and I am also Adult. So he doesn't need your permission to marry someone. And for me I have married as my maa told me. I am a good girl na. So I don't do anything without my mother's knowledge."

" First of all I didn't punched because he got married without my permission. I punched him because he could have at least called me. And second, why are you standing on that table? And third, my name is Abhimaan not abhi."

" First he must not have time to call you. Do you know how hard he is working from morning? Second, I am standing on the table because of you. You are so tall and intimidating so it matches your  lavel I have to stand on this table and third I didn't know that your name is Abhimaan. Because only Vidhyut called you by name and called you Abhi. Then how will I know your name is Abhimaan, hah tell me?"

She answered him in the same manner as he asked him. Because of which Devang chuckled, to which she glared him and said,

" Don't you know it is bad manners to laugh when someone is speaking. In which school did you go?"

Devang looked at her with wide eyes. And Abhi looked at Vidhyut' with disbelief. He gave him nervous smile and come towards Jeevika and said,

" My little Patakha, why are you blasting on everyone? They are just shocked because I got married without telling anyone"

Saying he lifted her from her waist and made her stand on Floor. Just then Kajal spoke,

" If it was just a case of helping then I don't understand what is the need of marriage. You could have done that without getting married also."

Jeevika again climbed on the table. And asked,

" Now who are you to question him? Don't tell me you are someone like that they show in TV series that Bitch type of MIL."

Kajal didn't speak further as she can't give her answer to her question of who she is to Vidhyut. She neve acknowledged him as his son. They knew the reality but still he didn't accept him in front of the whole world.

" She is Abhimaan's mother."

When Vidhyut introduced her as Abhimaan's mother. She felt bad.  But of course when she didn't accept him in front of everyone then she had no right to complain about him when he didn't tell her the truth about being his mother.

" That means she is no one to you and you said your friend is important to that's why when Abhi punched toh I didn't said anything"

" What the hell? You didn't say anything to me. You almost yelled at me asking how dare I and claimed that table just to match me. And stop calling me Abhi "

" Ohh please. This is nothing ok. I don't leave someone who hurts someone who is mine and now Vidhyut is mine so no one has the right to hurt him. And I will call you Abhi only. It's your punishment to hurt him."

" I never thought that someone can be more irritating than Vidhyut "

" Did you just call me irritating? No wait, you call both of us irritating."

" Jeevi please."  " Maan please."

Advika and Vidhyut speak at the same time. Before Jeevika can speak something Vidhyut interpreted,

" Jeevi aren't you Hungry? You didn't have anything after lunch"

She thought for a minute and said,

" You are right. I haven't had anything since lunch. I am hungry."

" Fine, come , I'll give you something to eat." Saying Advika  comes towards her. Vidhyut helped her to come down from that table.

She started going with Advika and said,

" You know I think you are the only sane person here. Everyone here is mad"

Advika shook her head on her remark. As she knows he is talking about Abhimaan. After giving him noodles she  set beside her and asked,

" So How old are you?"

" 18"

Advika felt bad for her as she has to suffer so much at this age. She had to marry when her age was learning new things. Going for trips making new friends.

Just then everyone else entered and Vidhyut took a seat beside Jeevika and served himself. Both if Them started eating. When someone took place in front of her she didn't like it. And both of them started glaring at each other.  Advika and Vidhyut facepalm themselves for their partner's behavior.

" Jeevi , focus on eating. After that you have to take a rest. Don't you want to drop maa?"

" Ohh shit. I forgot." Saying she started chewing fast. Kajal felt bad when her son addressed someone else as Maa. But of course she couldn't say anything. Her thought was broken by someone coughing. She looked Jeevika who choked,

" Jeevi what are you doing meri Jaan eat slowly"

he said to her while keeping a glass of water near mouth. She gave her guilty smile and drink water. Everyone in the room can see his love towards her. Abhimaan mouthed him " we need to talk."

To which he nodded.

Once they had their food. Advika took jeevika to Vidhyut's room in Rathore Mansion. Vidhyut said to Abhimaan that he will come once Jeevika sleeps as he wants her to take rest. Because they have to go to Airport early in the morning.

Advika gave her a few clothes for the night and the next day. She liked the clothes she gave her for the next day. But she felt uncomfortable with the clothes she gave her for the night.

" Sorry I didn't have anything else that you can wear instead of this. Because you Know I wear. Because you know I ware this only. "

She gave her apologetic smile and went. Jeevika set on bed with confused. Just then Vidhyut entered in room and asked,

" What happened? Didn't Advika gave you clothes to change?"

" She did but…" saying she saw him clothes. He becomes emmbares looking at the them. They are short nighty which Advika wore. Also she only were nighty so she doesn't have pajama to her.

Just then someone knock the door. He opened the door. Kajal was there. She gave him some clothes saying,

" These are Arya's clothes if she is uncomfortable with Advika clothes she can ware this."

" Thank you"

He looked the door and turn towards her and said,

" Problem solved, you can ware this "

She nodded with smile but asked,

" Who is Arya ?"

" Mrs. Rathore's daughter. She is in London for studies."

After changing there clothes. They sleep in bed. Vidhyut thought she will soon sleep but then she heard her hiccup and relized that she is crying. She turn her towards her and asked,

" Why baccha is crying?"

" Maa will go to London. She won't be here with me anymore."

He pulled her towards him and make lied in his chest and said,

" Bachha if will cry like this then she will feel bad. We have to keep her happy so that she can recover soon.  And for that you have to be strong."

She nodded. And she started caressing her hair. To make her sleep comfortably.
