Early the next morning, Elijah took Cordelia and Ottilie to Tarssa City.

Because she got up too early in the morning, Cordelia was sleeping

along the way.

Since she was pregnant, she needed more sleep.

Seven or eight hours of sleep was enough for others, but she needed

more than ten hours a day.

Even she herself felt that she was about to become a dog or a cat.

Ottilie and Lamia were arranged by Elijah in another car. Elijah said that

he was afraid that they would disturb Cordelia's sleep.

When Cordelia woke up, they were about to arrive in Tarssa City.

Elijah was sitting upright and working with a pad in his hand.

He asked, "Are you hungry? Do you want something to eat?"

Elijah chuckled and took out the prepared dessert from the incubator

beside him. He handed it to Cordelia and said, "You can eat when

you're hungry. Don't be shy.”

“I'm really not hungry,” Cordelia stammered.

Elijah pinched her face and said, "Your body is much more honest than

your mouth.”

Cordelia choked and suddenly fell silent.

Why did her stomach make noise at this time?

She obediently took the dessert and ate it.

With a smile, Elijah propped his head with one hand and watched

Cordelia eat slowly.

"I'll leave the car and the driver to you. You can go shopping with your

friends,” Elijah said.

"Okay," Cordelia said.

"I will notify the driver after I arrange the place to stay, and I will try to

find a place close to your friend's apartment,” Elijah added.

Cordelia turned to look at Elijah and blinked.

"What's wrong?" Elijah raised his eyebrows

"Has Ben been in Tarssa City recently?" Cordelia asked with a smile.

"Yeah, he and Jacob are here to compete for a project. He's been there

recently,” Elijah said.

"Such a coincidence.” Cordelia shrugged and said casually, "Imogen just

came to Tarssa City, and Ben came here too. I heard that he didn't even

spend his birthday with his girlfriend but with Imogen.”

When Cordelia mentioned Ben, she spoke in an unkind tone with

disgust.

Ben did the same as Cordelia.

The two of them must have been enemies in the previous life, so they

hated each other so much in this life.

"Ben doesn't have a girlfriend,” Elijah said honestly.

"Really? I thought after he helped Miss Flores make a comeback, she

became his girlfriend.” Cordelia leaned back and said lazily.

"Ben has a good eye, and he won't like the current Elissa," Elijah said

lightly.

Cordelia was surprised. Elijah might have some wrong opinions about

Ben.

Elijah sent Cordelia downstairs to Imogen's house.

Before leaving, Elijah hugged her and kissed her face.

"I'l see you go in," he said.

Cordelia smiled and waved at him. After that, she turned around and

entered the elevator.

As soon as she entered Imogen's house, her ears were almost

paralyzed.

Imogen jumped up and down on the sofa while screaming, "Cordelia,

how dare you!"

"What's wrong with me?" Cordelia asked innocently.

Imogen said, "There were so many people downstairs just now, but

Elijah kissed you before leaving. Your relationship is so good! I'm so

envious of you!"
