In the wilderness of the world,

I waited for your return,

I was longing to see those shimmering eyes of yours,

That once showed love,

Those eyes that once showed innocence and a pure heart,

Those shimmer in your eyes that i once knew have completely faded,

They have been replaced with something dark,

The cold aura of dominance that you now hold,

Or the coldness in your eyes that makes me shiver under your gaze,

I wish I would've known that love for me has been erased,

I wish I would've stayed back and fought for our love back then,

I wish I would've cleared all the misunderstanding before I left,

I wish I could held your hands once more,

And walked under the trees like we did before we parted our ways,
