I lost myself in loving you,

I lost myself pleasing the society,

I lost myself in the never ending abyssal of this world,

I was stuck in a situation where

I didn't want to get hurt yet again,

But I wanted to feel loved,

It took me decades to understand the value of my existence in your life,

I wish I could tell you all that i was going through,

But still,

I kept my mouth shut,

My wounds left uncovered with the healing touch of your love,

I felt numb and broken but kept a smile like that of the happiest person on earth,

I wanted to breakdown and cry my heart out on your shoulder but I had to stay strong for you,

My heart shattered in millions of pieces with no one to join them,

I felt exhausted at times,

I kept going until my very last breath,

A moment i desired to cherish even in my upcoming lives,

Breathing my last few breaths in the arms of the person i love the most,

Yes I did fall in love with you but never told you,

I feared losing you, your presence your everything in a matter of seconds,

I had heard love included letting that person go away from you for their happiness,

I let you go my love for loving you was one of the best decision I ever made,
