Chapter 11: The Truth

James POV'

I'm still here in the cell with Matt and his mate. I can't still believe that he's my brother. Maybe I will know the truth soon.

"So what do you want to know?" I snap out of my thought and look at Shawn with a smile.

Now his wound are healed I can say that we really have the same features. His eyes the same as mine and his hair. But he's short standing in the height of 5'5 compare to my 6'0 and for Matt of course he's 6'3 but I can say they are perfect together.

"Tell me everything you know. Just start with the family background and of course your goal for attacking our pack." I said to him with my serious tone.

"Okay" he said and continue "I am the son of an ancient witch and a great wolf of course they are mates. You and dad are the last two who has the blood of the great wolves. Mom and me are the last two ancient witch but they didn't know that I am.

I pretend that I didn't know how to cast big spells like mom after knowing their goal. After telling them that I don't know how to cast a spell or I can say ancient spell like mom, they treated me like a trash. They want me to serve them like I am a fucking omega. They beat me whenever I made a mistake even it is just a small thing.

The worst part comes, I shifted earlier than what we expected. I shifted only a month ago and after that they want me to train almost 24 hours everyday because they want me to go with their warriors to go here. In just one month I learned a lot and since I can use my power I used it to heal me faster so that I can still go on.

And now I am here captured and thanks to my mate who help me. Because of him I'm still alive even though I've been hurt a lot and he's suffering too." He said like it doesn't affect him. I can see the hatred and sadness in his eyes and the longing of being loved and accepted, you can hear it in his voice. I'm still proud of him that he survive and were able to meet.

"So you mean I don't have a blood of that witch in me? And you don't have a blood of a great wolf?" I ask because its confusing me.

"I mean you and I have but its like that they balance it you as a great wolf and me as an ancient witch. Mom's blood is stronger than dad's blood that running in my veins and the same goes to you with you with dad's blood over mom's" he said firmly.

"Now its okay, so what is their goal in going here?" I ask him because we really need to know it.

"They want to get you" he answer and my jaw drop open. What? After abandoning me at the pack borders they want to get me now? How stupid they are to think of getting me and almost killing the whole pack. Its make my blood boiled.

" What? After abandoning me at the pack borders they want to get me now? And after 18 years of living without them they think I will go with them? They are stupid why not they are the one to go here so that I can punch them." I voice out my though and its making me mad to think about it. But I need to bare with it though.

"They know you James from the very beginning. They are watching you all alone. And I know they can hear us and watch us now. And knowing that we already found our mate they will going to get us with our mate to fulfill their goal." He said firmly to me.

"And what is their goal would be? And why our mates are on this?" I ask him knowing that they are not just going after me but my mate also.

"With our power together with mom and dad they said they can wipe out all the supernatural and they are planning to include humans too. They want to rule and change the world and they need our help. They thought that were going to help them with their plan because they are our parents but they are stupid enough to think about it.

And for our mates, they need them too because our mate make us stronger and it will help their plan." He said and now I can say how stupid and selfish they are.

"If you don't trust me I can show you something. And after it I want the pack to prepare for another battle knowing g that they are planning on attacking us and since we already united.

Now close your eyes" he said and I did what he want me to do. I close my eyes and he put his forehead to mine and chant some spell.

He show me his life there. How they treated him. All he said are true. My parents are really a selfish and greedy of power. I can see the black aura surrounding them and as I can tell they are ruling the biggest pack of the rouge across the country and no one knows about it.

After he show everything I open eyes and I can see him sweating. He's out of energy and he need to take a rest.

"Shawn you should rest, and how did you get free since we don't have keys here for the locks?" I ask him noticing that he already from it.

"I can free myself using my power but I didn't do it because of I want to meet you. I know you will get the feeling of going here. I want to talk to you in private though before telling them because I know they will not trust me and they will think I'm crazy" He said and by the look of it his going to faint anytime soon.

"Okay okay, we will continue our little talk after you get rest. Let's go with me and don't worry a out the pack members I am with you and of course Matt" I told him and I turn to Matt who is silently listening to our conversation the whole time.

Shawn nod and Matt help him to stand but since he can't Matt carry him bridal style.

"So where we will put him. For now I can't bring him to my house and let him sleep in my room since my dad is there and I don't want him to kill my mate." Matt speak up and I understand it.

"We can put him in my old room at the pack house and I still have some of my things there that he can use. And I will sleep with him. Knowing his my little brother you will not sleep yet with him Matt." I told him and knowing that he can't stay with his mate yet makes his brows rise up but nod none the least.

We make our way to the pack house with people looking at us differently. But I ignore them.

"And what do you think are you doing James?!" Adam yell at me making Matt freeze but not me. I turn to face him with my pissed off face and he takes a step back.

"Don't you dare yell at me! And I will face you after I put my brother in my old room" I told him with calm yet venomous voice of mine.

And with I turn and left him with shock written all over his face with his beta standing beside him.
