Chapter 11

Alexandra's POV

"Lady Alexandra. Wake up." I opened my eyes to see a new face.

"Yeah?"

"Sir Robert is waiting for you." I jolted up. Who's Robert? Oh.

Yesterday's events came back rushing.

"Tell him I'll be there in 10."

"Okay my lady. The bathroom is ready. When you're done a maid will escort you to the dinning room."

"Okay thank you." The maid left and I went to take a shower. After that I brushed my teeth and wore a gown placed neatly with undergarments next to it on the bed. I wore it quickly with the help of a maid and she escorted me to the dinning room.

"Good morning Alex."

"Good morning Robert."

"Finally you're up." His face showed discomfort.

"What's wrong?"

"Prince Brandon is searching the whole kingdom for you." My heart beat increased.

"Good."

"What? He's worried."

"Let him be."

"Fine then. Christina! Bring the breakfast. " 3 trays of food entered the room.

"Let's eat shall we?"

"We shall ." He replied. I want Brandon to suffer a bit. Today I'm in a good mood I don't want to ruin it . We finished our breakfast and suddenly we heard hard knocks on the door.

"Sir it's the king and the prince along with the royal guards."

"Well open the door."

"Yes sir."

"I think this is my cue to leave. Thank you so much I appreciate it."

"You're welc-"

"ALEXA!" Why is Brandon yelling so much.

"Probably because he's been searching for you the whole night?"

"I said that out loud?"

"Yup."

"WHERE IS SHE?" Then a very very angry Brandon entered the room.

"I'm here Brandon relax."

"RELAX? I've been searching the whole kingdom for you and yet here you are having your romantic moments with a Rosely."

"Brandon enough." Uncle Ace's voice boomed in the room. "Thank you Robert for taking care of Alexandra."

"It was a pleasure Alex is welcome her-"

"It's Lady Alexandra for you." Brandon interrupted him. I rolled my eyes.

"Thank you so much Robert. Uncle Ace let's leave please." Uncle Ace nodded and I followed him out of the mansion.

"Guards let's go!" The guards took their horses and we left.

"Alex I understand why you left. Your mother and father are so worried about you." I put my face down in shame. I shouldn't have done this.

"I'm sorry." I whispered.

I was sitting in my room for the last 3 hours. My father was mad and he yelled at me. For the first time since I was born, my father raised his voice in my face. My mother hugged me and cried until she made sure I was fine. Harry was understanding of the situation thankfully and he told me to come and relax. Lea was relieved to see me but was disappointed. Apparently even when she was away from her family she didn't leave the castle. But in the end they all hugged me.

As for Brandon. Well mad is a small word for what he really was. He didn't talk to me and I didn't even look in his direction. My thoughts were interrupted by a knock.

"Come in."

"Lady Alexandra dinner is ready."

"Okay." I stood up straighten my gown and left my room. A guard was outside my room.

"Is there something wrong?"

"His highness prince Brandon requested I stay with you."

"What for?"

"For preventing you from escaping." Wtf!

"Laura where's Brandon?!"

"In his room." I dashed to his room. Oh hell no I won't be followed like a 2 years old.

"Brand-" I entered his room without knocking. The sight in front of me made me stop in my tracks. Brandon was shirtless with only his pants. His hair was wet from the shower. His 8 packs were visible to my eyes and I felt like melting.

"I'm sorry!" I yelled and covered my eyes. After a few minutes I opened my eyes and he was dressed completely with a smirk ok his face.

"What do you want?"

"I don't want to be followed like a child."

"After the stunt you pulled yesterday you will be followed by Conor."

"Who's Conor?"

"Your guard."

"Listen Brandon I won't escape please I don't want to be followed." He walked towards me until we were inches apart. My heart skipped a beat and his hot breath hit my face.

"I'm sorry princess no can do." My breathing was heavy and I stared at his eyes. I bit my lip and his eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips.

"What took you so long?" Like always uncle Ace would catch us. Why doesn't he send a maid or a guard!

"Father why do you always come. Just send a maid or a guard."

"Because I know the reason why you are always late." Uncle Ace smirked. I blushed and looked at anything interesting on the floor. "Come on Alex let's leave him." I smiled and took uncle Ace's hand.

"Is everything back to normal." Once we were out the room uncle Ace looked at me worriedly.

"Yes uncle Ace don't worry."

"He'll come around but he needs time. And you." His face was serious. I didn't know what to say. I only nodded .

"Lady Alex!"

"Yes?"

"This letter is for you." I was sitting in my room reading a book.

'I hate you bitch! You stole his mind but he will come back to me! I promise you. I'll kill you if I find it the best option.'

What the hell. She's gone crazy! Elena has lost her mind.

"Alexa!" Brandon said from the other side of the door. I quickly hid the letter.

"Are you busy?"

"No why?"

"My father wants us to walk in the gardens." He groaned.

"Why?"

"I don't know. Just come so we could get this over with."

"Okay." We went to the gardens. It was silent out here. The guards were standing like statues.

"So uhm do you like horse riding?" I tried to start a conversation.

"Yes."

"Great." He didn't reply.

"Brandon why d-" but I was cut off by me tripping over a rock and this time I kissed the floor.
