Haider p.o.v
I peered through the darkened window, hidden behind heavy curtains that shielded my clandestine activities from prying eyes. The moon's pale light cascaded upon the garden below, illuminating the figure of a young maid gracefully gliding through the verdant landscape. She was a vision of innocence in the midst of an underground world stained by sin and wickedness.
Her small steps appeared as a delicate , With each stride, her voluminous dress swayed in harmony with the gentle breeze, adding an ethereal quality to her presence. Her eyes, bright and untainted, gleamed with a child-like curiosity, as if the world beyond those manicured hedges was pure and untouched.
I was a creature born into darkness, forged by the twisted paths of power and violence. The weight of my sins burdened my soul, suffocating any remnants of the man I once dreamed of being. But in this moment, as I watched the innocent maid navigate the garden, a flicker of something long-forgotten stirred within me; a fragment of a life I had lost.
With my mafia empire built upon fear and control, I had become numb to the beauty that bloomed outside these walls. Yet, this maid's mere presence breathed life into my being, a ray of light piercing through the murky depths of my existence. I yearned for the simplicity she embodied, an existenceâ however fleetingâfree from the chains of my criminal empire.
My eyes traced her every movement, committing her image to memory like the masterpiece of an artist I would never possess. The way she caressed the delicate petals of a blooming rose, her fingertips dancing across its velvety surface, evoked a tenderness I longed to experience.
Lost in the labyrinth of my thoughts, I pondered the unlikely nexus where our worlds intertwined. Could there ever be redemption for a man like me, who had willingly surrendered his soul to darkness? Was it possible to forsake the iniquities of my past and embrace the purity that radiated from her every pore?
But alas, her innocence seemed destined to remain out of reach. My gaze, like a phantom voyeur, could only provide stolen glances into the realm of her untarnished existence. And as my heart yearned for her, the weight of my ruthlessness bore down upon me, reminding me of the vast chasm separating our worlds.
So, I watched from my window, imprisoned by my own choices, and admired her from afar. In the dead of the night , though O never notice her before but after that night in the forest something in my heart changed toward her â¦.
Aamal p.o.v
A bustling kitchen with pots simmering, Rabia ma'am chopping vegetables, and a general air of organized chaos. , a young maid with a determined spirit, scurries around refilling teapots and delivering trays of pastries.
Just then Amna ma'am entered, wiping her hands on her apron.
I shake my head , she behaves like she works here all day but the truth is she barely works .
I felt like she was searching for someone suddenly her eyes spots me and gracefully strides towards my way .
" Ah, Aamal ! There you are. The boss wants his tea delivered to his study. Do you think you can handle it this time?
I frowns, her eyes darting around anxiously.
" His study? You know how terrified I am to even cross his threshold, maam The rumors about him give me nightmares." I said nervously . The truth was after that day I didn't want to encounter him at all .
" Oh, come on now, Aamal. You're the bravest maid in this entire manor. Besides, it's just tea. You've done this before! " Yeah I rememberâ¦. It was disaster , I almost got a heart attack .
I bites my lip, I look to see my hands trembling.
I took a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves.
" Okay "
I hesitates outside the ornate double doors, my hand trembling. I took a deep breath, pushes the doors open, and steps inside.
The study is dimly lit, lined with shelves full of ancient books and odd artifacts. I clutches the tray tightly, my eyes darting nervously around the room.
I carries a tray adorned with a delicate porcelain teapot and two cups. My hands shake slightly, betraying my nervousness. My eyes dart around the room but never meet Devil gaze.
From the corner of my eyes I saw him leaning back in his chair '' Aamal ,please come closer " his dark demanding voice send shiver to my soul .
I takes hesitant steps toward his desk, my heart pounding in my chest. I grips the tray tightly, trying to steady my trembling hands.
" I... brought you some tea, sir." I put the tray softly in front of him avoiding his intense gaze .
" Hmmâ¦" that's was all his response .
I pours the fragrant tea meticulously, my hands trembling even more as the liquid sloshes into the cups.
" Thank you, Aamal " he extended his hand to hold the cup but the way my name roll out from his tongue was something else , this is the first time he called my name .
Sophia holds her breath, her eyes fixed on her own reflection in the teapot's surface. Her heart races faster than ever before, as if it might burst out of her chest. Nodding my head I ran outside as soon as possible .
I don't know why but I felt his presence suffocating me .
