somewhere in California

I don't know where we are right now but all I know is that we are at least in California still. I sit next to Billie on the couch of the tour bus as I snacked on some chips.

I ended up meeting Maggie and Patrick and let me tell you. They are the most sweetest people I have ever met and honestly it makes me want to cry about how nice they were toward me. I honestly thought they would be a little bit upset or not very liking toward me since Billie added me to this tour very last minute.

Maggie gave me the biggest hug and smile when she met me and kept telling me how happy she is that I'm here. She even told me how much Billie apparently talks about me. Yeah, she had me blushing within five minutes of meeting her.

Now I know where Billie gets it from.

Patrick kept telling me so many jokes it made my cheeks hurt from laughing. They were classic dad jokes but I don't know something about the way he said them made me laugh so hard. Billie and Finneas didn't find his jokes funny, in fact Billie told him to shut up but in a more curse word way.

See now if I told my mom or dad to shut the fuck up..I would not be breathing.

"Billie where's your family if they aren't here?" I ask her as I lay my legs in her lap. She is scrolling on her phone and looked at me as I spoke.

"They are on the other tour bus. They gave me my own tour bus this time because I invited Zoe on the tour and then you and Iris. Zoe is going to be here too after Vegas and whenever Iris comes, she will stay here too"

"Oh so you usually stay with your family all in one tour bus?" She nods her head and yawns while rubbing her stomach lowly.

"Yeah but thank fucking God Zoe agreed to come so I could get my own"

I hum in response and yawn, feeling extremely exhausted all of a sudden. She shifts us and lays me down before laying between my legs and resting her head on my under boob and stomach. I rest my head on the couch pillow before closing my eyes.

I moved one of my legs to rest on Billie's shoulder and felt her rubbing invisible circles on my thigh. It grew silent but it was that comfortable silence that makes you want to just smile as you fall asleep.

That peaceful silence. One where you both can just be in the comfort of each other and not have to always talk to be okay.

I woke up to someone calling me making me groan and reach for my phone as much as I can. I look down to see Billie asleep on me with her nose twitching and scrunching up in her sleep.

"Hello?"

"Best guess what!"

"What's up?" I try to sit up some without waking up Billie only for her to mumble something in her sleep then snuggle her face more into my stomach.

"I got a date!" Iris excitedly squealed making my eyes immediately widened. "Bro aw i'm so happy for you. Who is it with?"

She moved to answer me only for someone to call for her in the background causing her to groan loudly and rush out a quick "Sorry best I have to go. I'll call you later" before hanging up. I yawned and set my phone down only to look down and see Billie slowly waking up.

Damn it I wanted to go back to sleep.

"What time is it?" She asks me groggy and confused as she slowly wakes up.

"Uhh" I grab my phone and check the time for her. "Almost eight" I reply and she gets off of me, sitting up as she rubs the sleep out of her eyes. I watch her and only for my ears to start ringing, probably from me falling asleep with them on.

"Uh Billie" I call out to her and she looks at me slowly. "Hm?" I don't want to but I know if I don't then I'm going to be in pain soon. "I need to take my hearing aids out. I fell asleep with them on and now my ears are starting to hurt." I quickly explain to her.

She immediately told me that it was alright and I got up, walking to the back where the bunks are and went to my bunk. I turned my aids off and took them off, putting them in my bag.

I sat down for a second and looked up to see Billie coming towards me. She handed me my phone and I thanked her. I moved to lay down and looked to see Billie still standing by my bunk, looking awkward as she fidgeted with her rings.

I'm still a little tired so I just opened my arms and she grinned before diving into my arms. She laid on top of me and nuzzled her head under my chin.

"You could have just said something" I tell her and feel her shrug against me. Slowly shutting my eyes, I rub my hand up and down her back as I feel myself slowly fall asleep for the second time tonight.

"You're so cute mama" Billie laughed as she cupped my face in her hands and scrunched her nose up as her piercing blue eyes stared into mine.

"Shut up" I whine and bury my face in her chest. Her body vibrated against me as she laughed, wrapping her arms around me. We were at the hotel that were staying at for the next three nights in Vegas. Billie ended up getting a room with me and asked if I wanted to go out and explore some. I looked at her crazy when she asked because I thought she forgot who the hell she was for a second. She said she will wear a disguise though so it should be fine I guess. I wanted to change though, so I tried to figure out how to change my clothes with Billie already in the bathroom..door open might I add.

Billie noticed me being awkward and asked what was wrong making me shyly tell her that I felt weird changing in front of her.

"I'll close the door okay? You just knock on the door when you finish mama" She tells me as she applies some aquaphor to her lips. I nod my head and she heads back into the bathroom to finish apply some makeup to her face. She shuts the door like she said and I smile, getting changed.

When I was done, I knocked on the door and Billie came out with a small huff. "I feel like getting my nails done" She says looking down at them.

"What would you get?"

"Probably something long and pointy you know?"

I nod my head even though that didn't come out the way she might of thought it did. I chose not to say anything and walk into the bathroom to fix my hair. I decided to just change into some black cargo pants with a neon orange crop top and some jordans I definitely stole from Billie.

"You should get it. Didn't you use to have those type of nails before anyway?"

"Yeah but I want them again. I miss stabbing Finneas with them"

I laugh and shake my head at her. She comes to stand behind me in the bathroom, wrapping her arms around my waist gently. "Hi pretty" I smile at her making her cheeks flush with pinkness.

Cute.

"Hi" She whispers in my ear and lays her chin on my shoulder while I finish my hair with a small groan.

"Here let me do it" She tells me and takes the brush from my hands and gently begins to brush through it. I grin but don't comment on it as I only mutter a small thank you.

"Of course my love. It's no problem"

These names about to have me blushing in a minute..

Who am I kidding? I'm blushing already.
