Together Anyhow | √ |

Oooff. . . Finally got over with this stupid thing. We have signed the contract and would try to return the money, which we never borrowed, and remain married till that time and later we divorce.
Fine! Calm down Nada it's just matter of few months. Fahad has his own company and even I am not that illiterate for not getting any job. It wil be done. Chill.
But what about our mothers?
Man, just thinking about it gives me fits.
"Let's go." Rahim announced.
"Don't forget your promises, people, I will know everything about you guys. So don't play games. I have poeple all around. Bye now." Junaid opened his good for nothing mouth.
"We would like to ignore your presence." Fahad spoke and all four of us with Alizah exited that house. Junaid is gonna keep track on all four of us also Alizah. Poor Mira and Rahim they also got dragged in this.
When we went outside it was close to getting dark.
"How much time were we inside?" Mira asked.
"God knows. Anyway are you guys fine? Did that stupid Junaid hurt anyone of you?" Fahad inquired me and Mira.
"No. Fahad chill I and Alizah are fine. Even Nada too. Nothing to be worried about." Mira tried to relax him.
Fahad glanced at my direction. His eyes remained there for a few seconds and diverted them again.
Huh?
"How will we explain this to our mothers?" I asked him.
"Wait. We'll also come. It will help in explaining better." Rahim suggested.
"That's a better idea. Come let's go."
"Wait! Could we just stop by Target and get some food for Alizah? She must be hungry." I said and looked at Alizah who was still sleeping in my arms.
"Yes. Even Nada's car is still there." Mira reminded.
Oh yes. . . How could I forget about that?
"Okay fine let's go there too." Rahim nodded his head.
And we all sat in the car, Rahim and Fahad in the front seats and I and Mira in the back seats.
"Finally! My best friend's married too." Mira squealed beside from me.
"Shut up Mira! You know we are married till we pay him the money slash find Alizah's real parents, if they are not dead already or find someone who actually wants to adopt the baby." I explained her.
"Married for forever or for a few months. I don't care. You are married and that's what matters. And I know it will eventually be forever." She muttered the last sentence to which I decided to ignore.
"What would Mom say? Even the thought is making me want to go and hide somewhere."
"Why are we coming with you guys for? I won't say that she will happily welcome her daughter and son-in-law home but she will later eventually understand the situation."
"What about Aunt Naaz?"
"I have not met her since a month though but that doesn't mean that she would have changes in her attitude." One month? What happened a month ago?
I decided to ask Mira about it.
"What happened a mon-" I was cut off when Rahim announced that we have reached Target.
Ugh....
"Let's go." Mira squeaked and exited the car.
"Fine." I huffed.
"Let's go and look for my car first." I looked at her as everybody followed to where my car was.
Everything was in place but I couldn't find my car keys. They were attached to the ignition but now I couldn't find them.
"Where are the car keys, Nada?!" Mira asked frantically.
"I myself is clueless. It was attached their but now they are not here. Ugh. . . Why does things keep happening to me?" I groaned.
"Shut your foul mouth. It must be where you have kept and if not let it be, make a new one for it." Fahad interrupted.
"You idiot! It's not where I had attached it can't you see?" I shouted at him.
"You will kill this poor soul's ear by your shouting." Mira said and took Alizah from me.
"Huh! Anyway what does she know anything else than torturing others?!" Fahad commented.
"HERE I AM SEARCHING FOR MY CAR KEYS AND YOU ARE GIVING ME LECTURES?!" I fumed in anger at him.
"So you should have taken care rather than shouting at me, idiot woman."
"Oh. . . You also get kidnapped and then I'll ask you whether you will look after your life or the stupid car keys. And dare if you call me an idiot woman again." I glared at him.
"Why? Oh I know. You are more than that, right?"
"CHUP KAR JAO, FAHAD!!" I shouted at him. (Shut up)
"Guys chill you are in the parking lot. So control you bickering. We have many other important things to do." Rahim intervened before Fahad could come with a better comeback.
"Someone make her understand that." Fahad grumbled.
"As if you are the most serene and sensible person who understands everything. 'Make her understand'." I mimicked his voice.
"Let's go. He already went." Mira dragged me.
"Come on then."
"You guys argue more than I and Rahim used to."
"You guys knew each other since kids you both had some understanding. I recently came to know that the he lives in the giant house next to mine." I rolled my eyes. "Jaahil." (Illiterate)
"What about the car?"
"I'll make another key for that. Till that time it stays here. I'll just go and talk to the manager of Target."
"That's a good idea."
We bought food for Alizah, did some shopping and now I was going to talk to the manager about my car keys.
"Excuse me, I wanted to request that can my car be parked in the parking lot cause I have lost the keys but I will for sure take it tomorrow after I get my new keys." I requested to the manager while she was staring at me. Do I have something on my face?
"Ya sure. Take my number and tell me when will pick up your car. And also write tha car number here." Ms. Maria, as written on her name tag, gave me a piece of paper where I wrote the my car number and phone number too and took the piece of paper which had her number.
"Thank you."
"Welcome." She smiled. "Can I ask you something?"
I nodded may be she wants to ask about the car details.
"Are your eyes real?" She asked. Huh? What?
"Um. . . Ofcourse they are, I can see you. You are standing in front of me."
"I mean the colour as it's not a common colour." Again that question? Ugh!
"Yes that is my real eye colour." Duh!
"Oh ya even your daughter has the same colour of your eyes." She drawled looking at Alizah who was staring at her with her beautiful green-coloured-eyes just like mine.
"Hmm. . . Gotta leave now. Will come tomorrow. Bye." I left from there. I said yes because I didn't want to waste my time explaining why my eyes are green and why Alizah is not my daughter.
I went to the parking lot and sat inside the car where Mira and everybody else were waiting.
"How much time? We were waiting for you." Mira spoke once I sat inside the car.
"I thought you again got kidnapped." Rahim snickered from the front.
"Shut up, Rahim boy."
"It would be nice if that would have happened." Fahad commented in between.
"No one asked your opinion you dimwit." I scowled at him.
"I was done when that manager asked me about the same question which the whole world has already asked I guess." Uh. . . Not the whole world. I talk too much.
"Let me guess. About your eye colour, right?" Mira looked at me.
"Ofcourse what else it could be? I mean is my eye color so fake?" I asked exasperated.
"I know you always have to answer that question anywhere we go." Mira chuckled.
"But that is true though I have never seen that dark shade of green apart from Alizah ofcourse that's why even I asked about your eye colour when I first met you." Rahim looked back at me as I stuck ny tongue at him.
"Yeah I mean is there any person you met apart from your parents who didn't ask this question?" Mira asked with amusement.
At this I looked ahead and my eyes met with the one who never asked me any questions about my eyes. I don't know why he didn't ask. Maybe not interested in knowing and minds his own business.
"Yeah. There is may be they don't want to know and minds their own business anyway let's discuss how will we tell my Mom about this drama." I tried to divert the topic.
But why did I want him to ask? Why did I want him to notice me?!
