“Black bean soup!” Gilbert muffled as he shoved the bowl into her hand.

Kisa was increasingly confused. “You know I had a fake miscarriage. Actually, there isn’t any harm done to my health. I don’t need to replenish my body. Don’t worry. I’ll tell the media that you and the Kooper family treat me very well when they ask me about it. I’ll tell them that you guys made me chicken soup and bone broth every day. So then, the media wouldn’t talk bad about you and the Kooper family.”

Gilbert could not help but look sulky when he heard what she said.
