Chapter 1201 Indirectly Praising Himself as a Faithful Man “Ah!”

Kisa was woken up by a scream in the morning.

She dazedly opened her eyes. She noticed it had woken Gilbert up too.

“Ah, what happened to you? Miss, Miss… Someone passed out!”

Kisa confusedly looked at Gilbert.

Gilbert stroked her on the head as he said in his raspy voice, “The sound came from the yard downstairs. You go back to sleep. I’ll go to the window and take a look.”

Kisa nodded. She then saw him yawn as he walked toward the window.

He was not wearing any shirt. His slim upper body was very sexy and charming in the morning light.

Just when Kisa started admiring his body, she then saw him hurriedly take the robe from the chair and put it on as he ran outside.

Kisa panicked. She anxiously asked, “What’s wrong?”

“Davian fainted. I’ll go downstairs and have a look.”

‘Huh?

‘Davian fainted?!‘

Kisa suddenly did not feel sleepy. She quickly got up to run to the window and looked down.

She saw Davian lying down under the swing in the yard. He looked very pale.

She hastily put on her dressing gown and ran downstairs.

Gilbert and a few maids carried Davian onto the couch inside the house.

“Call the doctor immediately,” Gilbert ordered the maid. He then went to check on Davian.

Kisa was standing at the side as she worriedly asked, “What happened to him? Is he all right?”

Gilbert looked at him for a moment. He said, “I think he was drunk and was out in the cold for a whole night. Luckily, it’s not winter now. Or else, he’d be frozen to death, and no one would know!”

“Why are you all screaming and yapping? It’s still very early in the morning. I need to sleep.” Felicity was wearing her pajamas as she walked downstairs. She looked very annoyed.

Gilbert frowned as he stared at her, “You didn’t arrange a room for Davian last night?”

Felicity walked toward them. She then glanced at the man on the couch. After a moment of silence, she grunted, “He’s a grown man. Did he still need me to arrange a room for him? There are so many rooms upstairs. He could’ve just stayed in one of the rooms he liked. All the rooms have been cleaned.”

Kisa suddenly furrowed her eyebrows, “Didn’t you say last night that only one guest room was tidied up?”

Felicity was stunned for a while. She then touched the back of her head as she grinned, ” Mr. Kooper wanted to stay in the same room as you. That’s why I said that.”

Kisa was speechless. ‘Davian suffered because of us.‘

“Heat up some water and let him take a shower.” Gilbert suddenly said to Felicity, “He’s been out in the col for a whole night. He needs to be warmed up.”

Felicity expressionlessly said, “It’s not very cold now. He’s a man. And he’d only been out in the cold for a night. What could possibly go wrong?”

Right after she said that the man on the couch abruptly fell down on the ground. He hugged Felicity’s leg as he cried piercingly, “Don’t leave me. Boohoo… Felicity, don’t leave me…”

Every maid in the house suddenly looked at them.

Felicity awkwardly kicked Davian, “Get up. Stop pretending to be drunk and act foolishly. Get off!”

“No, Felicity. I’ve learned my lesson. Boohoo… Don’t leave me…”

Kisa chuckled. She did not expect Davian who was so direct and insensitive would actually act shamelessly.

“Go away!” Felicity was angry suddenly. She desperately shook off the man on her leg. But she could not get rid of him.

Gilbert smiled as he said to Felicity, “Although Davian is direct and unromantic. But once he finds the person he wants, he’ll stay with her forever. You two should spend more time together. My decision to set you two up won’t be wrong.”

“Get lost! You’re not him. How’d you know he’ll stay with her forever once he finds the person he wants?”

“Because he worked for me for many years. So, he’ll become just like me.”

Kisa couldn’t help but glance at him, ‘Did he just indirectly praise himself as a faithful man?‘

Felicity contemptuously grunted, “You two master and servant are each more shameless than the other!”
