Reborn Through Fire By Kazuya Higan Chapter 1351
Reborn Through Fire
Chapter 1351 Just an Outsider Vivian was shivering, possibly traumatized. Kisa, regretting her own hastiness, was afraid that Vivian would break down and go crazy again like she did before. She knew she should have asked the questions. only after Vivianâs leg had completely healed, but she just could not wait any longer.
Adrien had been at the Mullen residence, seemingly watching her and Gilbertâs every move all the time, and the person who used psychotropic drugs on her had yet to be identified. Feeling that danger still lingered everywhere in the Mullen residence, she wanted to find out about David and get out of there as soon as possible.
Vivian was shaking all over, her hand gripping the handrail, her knuckles turning white from using too much force.
Kisa stared at her anxiously. As she thought of changing the subject, Vivian suddenly asked her, âWhat is your motherâs name?â
Hesitating for a few seconds, she then said, âEmilia Becker.â
Vivianâs face turned pale instantly. That made Kisa wonder why and what was so special about her motherâs name. Vivian chuckled at times, cried at others, and self-deprecated.
âIt turns out that I was, am, and will still be an outsider to him. The name he called out that night turned out to be your motherâs. So, youâre his child, arenât you?â Vivian snickered, her voice frightening and a little bleak.
Kisa clenched her hands. âDonât get me wrong. My father is not David. In fact, Iâm telling you this because âGet out of my sight.â Vivian yelled at her in abhorrence before she could finish her sentence. âGet out of my sight. I donât want to see you. Get out of my sight.â
Kelvin heard the commotion and rushed over. âWhat is going on? Why are you two quarreling?â
âGet out of my sight, all of you. I donât need you all to pretend. All of you get out of my sight. I donât need treatment anymore. Even if I lose my leg, I wonât treat it anymore. Get out of my sight.â Vivian lost control of her emotions, grabbed the teapot and cups on the stone table and hurled them at Kisa.
Kelvin was shocked and quickly pulled Kisa away, but a cup still hit the corner of her forehead, bruising her and spilling the tea all over her. Kelvin was furious and said to Vivian, âWe are kind enough to treat your leg, but it turns out that you donât really appreciate it.â As he finished speaking, he brought Kisa outside.
Kisa could not help but look back, only to see Vivian covering her face, crying with grief. She felt bad, wondering if she had done something wrong again. But she was still happy to see Vivianâs leg get treated this time.
It got dark early in the winter. The sky was still bright when they came just now, but now the cold streetlights had all come on. Kisa walked silently behind Kelvin, who looked back every few steps to see if she was following. After a while, seeing her lagging behind, he could not help but call out to her, âHurry up. Itâs so cold, and your clothes are wet; you might get sick.â
Kisa hurried up to catch up with Kelvin. As she was about to come up to him, she saw a shadow suddenly flash past next to her under the streetlight.
She tensed up and hollered into the dark, âWho is it?â
