Chapter 115
Love After Divorce by BELLA
Chapter 115:
After that, Andrew looked at Stella with a scrutinizing gaze. His eyes were filled with wickedness and judgment, sending chills down her spine.
As their eyes met, Stella could see that Andrew was the kind of man who gave off a strong sense of evil, especially with his sharp black eyes. He seemed like someone you could fall into trouble with just by looking at him.
But it was clear that he had the aura of a spoiled, wealthy playboy. Cherryâs words had drawn everyoneâs attention, and now all eyes were on Stella, as if she were an outsider in this space.
Andrew eyed her carefully.
âSo... youâre Mr. Kingstonâs woman?â His tone was filled with provocation. âI wonder what you taste like?â
He smirked, his eyes gleaming with an unsettling desire. His grip on Stellaâs chin tightened as she tried to move, his strength making it impossible. It felt as though he wanted to crush her.
Cherry, sensing the danger, tried to intervene, but Andrewâs men blocked her. There was no way for her to get to Stella.
âPrepare my room upstairs!â Andrew barked. âTonight, I want to see whatâs so special about Mr. Kingstonâs woman.â
He grabbed Stellaâs arm, forcing her to stand, intending to take her away. Panic surged through Stella.
Desperate, she thought quickly and loosened his grip. She didnât want to provoke him further, so she tried to reason with him.
âMr. Matthews, I still have some business to discuss with you. Can we talk first? Iâll go with you after we finish... okay?â
Stella did her best to remain calm and cooperative, knowing that everyone in the room was Andrewâs ally. Neither she nor Cherry stood a chance against them.
More importantly, Andrew had a notorious reputation for his abusive behavior. She didnât want to end up like the woman theyâd seen thrown out earlier, burned and battered.
So, she couldnât afford to oppose him head-on. Especially since Cherry was with her, and Stella feared the young woman wouldnât be able to handle the situation if things went south.

Stellaâs stomach churned at the look in his eyes. The lust there made her feel sick. He was like a predator, and she was his prey.
âMr. Matthews, letâs talk here first. Once weâre done, Iâll go with you to your room. Youâve got to listen to me once, too, right?â
Stella tried to negotiate, feeling disgusted with herself for even uttering those words. She was only trying to buy time, and the thought of having to humor this man made her want to vomit.
Andrew, intrigued by her defiance, said, âFine, say it.â
Stella quickly retrieved the contract from her bag and handed it to him. âMr. Matthews, our company is looking to collaborate with the LC Group. Do you think we could work something out?â
As soon as the words left her mouth, Andrewâs expression darkened. His temper, like a storm, was unpredictable.
âIâm not interested at all!â he snapped, waving his hand dismissively. Then, with a swift motion, he tossed the contract into the trash.
Cherry, outraged, couldnât hold back. âHow could you do that? You didnât even hear her out before throwing it away! Thatâs so rude!â
Her outburst only made things worse. Andrew, who was used to being feared, was not one to tolerate such disrespect, especially from a young woman.
He glared at Cherry. âWho does she think she is, talking to me like that? Someone, teach her a lesson!â he barked at his men.
Without hesitation, his goons grabbed Cherry and dragged her toward a small room next door, one of them holding a whip engraved with Andrewâs name.
Seeing the situation, Stella suddenly remembered the injured woman they had seen earlier. Burned and beaten, she had been brutalized by this man.
Stellaâs heart raced as fear gripped her. Andrew wasnât just violentâhe was sadistic.
âMr. Matthews, sheâs just an employee! Sheâs new... please donât be angry!â Stella pleaded, stepping forward.
âShe doesnât understand the situation. Please, show her some mercy.â
Cherry had come to the city alone, leaving her parents behind. She was just a young woman, freshly out of school, trying to build a life.
Stella couldnât bear to see her suffer at the hands of this cruel man.
Andrew, lounging on the sofa, casually tugged Stella toward him. Without warning, she was pulled down onto his lap, caught by his strength.
âAnd whatâs in it for me if I let her go?â Andrew asked, his eyes darkening with malicious intent. His gaze lingered on Stellaâs face, making her skin crawl.
âWill you accompany me tonight if I let her go?â he asked with a devilish smirk.
âThough, to be honest... even if I donât let her go, youâll still have to stay with me tonight. You donât really have a choice.â
His words were as vile as he was.
Andrew Matthews was an absolute Monster.
