At the beginning of the movie, a family of three walked into the theater together.

Adrian looked at the movie on the screen with interest, but RK, who was on the other side, was already restless.

First, he held Stella’s hand. Then, he leaned his head against her shoulder and kissed her.

He was not interested in the movie at all; he was more interested in looking at her all the time than in watching the film. Stella raised her hand and patted RK on the shoulder, asking him to sit down properly.

Looking at Adrian, Stella suddenly felt very distressed and reached out to hold him in her arms.

As soon as they got home, RK parked the car and went in. He saw that there was only Stella in the living room and that Adrian was missing.

“Stella, where is little Ryan?” he asked as he took off his jacket and hung it up. He was not happy to see her sitting on the sofa in the living room. Stella pointed upstairs.

As soon as Adrian came back, he said that he wanted to go upstairs to rest, and then he went upstairs. Stella didn’t have time to say a word to him.

RK walked up to Stella and sat down next to her, wrapping his arms around her.

“Rene, do you think we did something wrong?” Stella looked at RK with red eyes and asked. She had never thought that such a thing would happen between her and Adrian. She felt very sad.

RK pulled Stella into his arms and patted her on the back. “Stella, you are not wrong. It’s my fault. Please forgive me. I am very happy to be with you all the time, but I ignored little Ryan.” When RK saw that Stella was about to cry, he felt as if someone had gripped his heart, making it hard for him to breathe.

Stella didn’t say anything and burst into tears in RK’s arms. RK held Stella just like that. He didn’t say anything to comfort her but simply held her tightly.

After crying for a while, Stella was tired and fell asleep in RK’s arms.

RK held Stella, looking at the tears on her face, and carefully kissed her forehead. Then he picked Stella up.

RK placed Stella on the bed, tucked her in, and then went out. He felt that he should have a good talk with Adrian. He didn’t want Stella to cry, nor did he want Adrian to be unhappy. Both of them were the most important people in his heart.

RK knocked on the door, pushed it open, and walked in. When RK knocked, Adrian immediately hung up the phone in his hand and hid it before RK entered.

“Why are you—?” Adrian looked at RK and noticed that he seemed to be in a bad mood.

“Adrian, I haven’t been so thoughtful in the past two days. Don’t blame your mother.” RK sat down beside Adrian and looked at him.

Adrian was stunned for a moment before he realized what RK was talking about.

“I don’t blame her. I am just bored.” Adrian said. He didn’t expect that his attitude would make Stella sad.

“Dad, I am a little upset, but I am very happy to see that darling has been okay these days.” For Adrian, if Stella was happy, he would be happy; if she was not happy, he would not be happy.

RK didn’t say anything. He didn’t know what to say. He just reached out to pull Adrian into his arms and rubbed his hair.

“Dad, when you and darling have a little sister for me, I will be happy!” Adrian suddenly remembered what Baby Brook had told him and said this. He wanted a little sister.

“Um, I will tell your mom.” RK didn’t expect that Adrian would say that, but he also felt that it was good to have another child.
