Chapter 13

- Rebecca's P.O.V-

It's been two months.

By now my small bump had multiplied i was now 13 weeks pregnant , my clothes are no longer fitting me which is probably the worst part.

Anyway i was just sitting at home eating Vegemite on toast in which i used to hate but this pregnancy got me craving the stuff. I ate my toast and flicked through the t.v channels stopping at E News , the real housewife's of orange county was on next so i might as well watch the news for a bit.

Once i finished my toast i got up and carried out my plate i placed it in the washing bowl ready to clean up when i hear Calum's name announced on the t.v so i turn around and go have a look.

''Australian heartthrob Calum Hood spotted with model and singer Pia Mia Perez at Roosevelt's hotel in los ang-'' i quickly grabbed the remote and switched the tv off. I need to ignore whatever gossip and rumours are going around. Who even is Pia Mia Perez?

I walked back over to the couch and opened up my laptop googling the girls name up flashed a beautiful skinny tanned girl. Let me say beautiful was a understatement she was drop dead gorgeous. I sighed and shook my head. Calum wouldn't imagine doing anything like cheating on me with her... we are married... i'm pregnant with his kids.

Even though i know its not true i guess my hormones think otherwise and my minds racing with all the possibilities of Calum cheating. I told Sophia about it and she said i was being silly and just to call Calum and ask him if i'm that worried. So i was debating whether or not to call him , i quickly tapped the call button and it began to ring. Oh well no going back now.

... No answer. Hmm i'll just call again. Five calls later no answer so i decided to call Ashton i haven't spoken to him in awhile anyway. He answers on the first ring.

''Hello Becky? You alright?'' he asked worriedly

''Yeah i'm fine ,'' i laughed

''Oh okay good. Do you want to talk to Calum o-''

''Can't i call my brother to see how he is?'' i asked

''Oh no i mean yeah. Sorry. I'm good how are you?''

''I'm getting there. But speaking of Calum. Is he there with you?''

''No i think he's at the pool with Pi-... Michael.''

''He's with Pia isn't he?'' i sighed

''Look Becky nothings going on we just want he-'' i didn't let him finish i hung up the phone and here comes the waterworks.

To get my mind off things i decided to go out with Emily and Sasha for a bit of shopping and for some coffee or food. I threw on a black baggy t-shirt , blue jeans and slipped on a pair of my converse. I grabbed my bag and keys then made my way outside i cursed and ran back inside grabbing Promises leash and connecting her to it then walking , out of the apartment and out of the building and got into the car that was sent for me.

''Hi!!'' i smiled hugging both of the girls

''Hey.'' Sasha smiled

''Hello and Hello'' Emily said , greeting me and my bump making me laugh.

We walked around for a bit and picked out some gorgeous outfits of course they were just neturul colours because we didn't know the sex of the baby yet. Me and Calum decided to keep it as a surprise until the big day. Speaking of Calum he has not even bothered to try call me. I let out a deep sigh earning a look from both girls , i shook my head and pointed to the outside cafe. The girls nodded and we walked over , i ordered a orange juice and a blueberry muffin and put down a bowl of water for promise tying his lead on the chair so i didn't have to hold it. Then i began telling the girls the story.

''But do you think Calum would do that to you? Really? he loves you so much Becky. Your having a baby together for goodness sake.'' Sasha said

''I know but , then i know not to believe rumours and t.v but why did Ashton say he was with her at the pool... then try to make an excuse when he told me.'' i sighed

''Hey if Calum was cheating on you don't you think Ashton would of beat the shit out of him by now?''Emily pointed out

''True that.'' Sasha nodded taking a sip of her milkshake

''I don't know. I'm so confused.'' i ran my hands through my hair and looked over the road to see a few paparazzi standing looking around , my eyes widened when one of them pointed in my direction and they all began running.

''Shit!'' I cursed

''What?'' the girls said in unison following my eye contact then cursing as well.

I grabbed my bag and Promises lead and we all sped off out of the cafe , me running at my best. The paparazzi right behind us , soon enough we were encircled by the flashing lights and screaming people.

''BECKY WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON PIA MIA?''

''IS CALUM CHEATING ON YOU?''

''HOW DO YOU FEEL BEING STUCK HERE AND CALUMS OUT PARTYING''

''ARE YOU GOING TO DIVORCE CALUM?''

''WHAT IS SHE WEARING , SHE LOOKS SO FAT''

''EW REBECCA WHAT DOES CALUM THINK OF YOUR NEW BODY?''

They were just a few of the things being shouted at me , Sasha took my arm in hers. While Emily screamed and attempted to push a few of the weaker looking pap's out of the way.

''CAN YOU STOP PUSHING SHE'S PREGNANT!!'' Emily yelled at one bulky man.

I felt my head spinning and my breathing go all uneven , i tugged Sasha's arm. Her eyes widened and they both began pushing the bulky men out of the way. A whistle was blown and a few police officers called the paparazzi off. Sasha helped me sit down at the curb as i evened out my breathing , i really couldn't afford having a panic attack while pregnant.

''Are you okay?'' Emily said , i nodded and handed Sasha her water back.

''This is ridiculous they're getting crazier'' Sasha said.

''Let's just head home.'' i said and stood up next to the two girls.

''I've gotta go straight to work , but i'll see you guys tonight okay?'' Emily said and we nodded giving her a hug and saying goodbye.

Me and Sasha walked for a bit and dropped Promise off at the dog spa for the night to get some pampering done to himself. He's been a bit down since Calum's left seems to have the puppy blues.

The car finally got sent for us and Sasha decided to carpool with me because we were going off to her house for a few drinks... well orange juice for me , and were gonna just have a catch up and plan when we'll be going to America. Sophia and her kids already are there they went a week ago and we promised we would go visit her and the boys too... not that i was looking forward to the idea since the Calum and Pia rumour spread.

Me and Sasha greeted the driver and went on talking about what i was going to do about the Calum situation. She said she would talk to Ashton later and figure out what was going on. I remember laughing at something Sasha said before the car came to a halt and everything went black.

- Sasha's P.O.V -

Disappointment, disbelief and fear filled my mind as I lye on my side, sandwiched between the cold, soft dirt and the hot, slick metal of the car. The weight of the car pressed down on the lower half of my body with monster force. It did not hurt, my body was numb. All I could feel was the car hood's mass stamping my body father and farther into the ground. My lungs felt pinched shut and air would neither enter nor escape them. My mind was buzzing. What had just happened? In the distance, on that cursed road, I saw cars driving by completely unaware of what happened, how I felt.

I tried to yell but my voice was unheard. All I could do was wait. Wait for someone to help me or wait to die. I looked over too my side and i could see Rebecca next to me , red droplets of blood falling down her head. I let out a sob thats all i could do , my eyes got heavy once again and fluttered closed , the darkness being welcomed again.
