Tempted by her Daddies: Chapter 28

Tempted by her Daddies (Harem of Daddies Book 6)

Tamsyn groaned as she lay back on her bed.

“You all right, darling girl?” Roman asked as he stood over her, looking a bit hesitant.

After dessert, Salem had helped her get out of her clothes so she could shower and get into her pajamas.

Salem and Alexei had disappeared, leaving her with Roman and their latest book.

There were just two issues.

One was her stomach.

The other was the fact that Roman looked somewhat uncomfortable. He kept staring at the end of the bed. Was he remembering . . .

“Do you regret it?” she blurted out.

His eyes widened. “Regret what?”

“Letting me touch you? I know you don’t like people touching you normally and I was probably shit at it.”

He surprised her by putting his hand over her mouth. “You were not shit at it. You were amazing.” He drew his hand back.

“I was?”

“Yes. And the truth is, I liked it. A lot. I’m just . . . did you like it?”

“Oh yeah. I liked it. A lot.”

His shoulders slumped with relief. Oh, he’d needed some reassurance?

Silly her.

“I’d like to do it again,” she told him, then groaned. “But not right now.”

“What do you think is wrong?”

“I think I ate too much.” She rubbed her belly.

Roman frowned. “That’s no good. Too much dessert?”

“There’s no such thing. Wash your mouth out. But I don’t know. Maybe I had too much soup. I’ve never had this before.”

“Where is the pain? Lift your shirt up,” he commanded as he grabbed his phone. “Show me where.”

She rubbed her hand over her upper belly.

“Hmm. That could be indigestion. Wait here.”

He disappeared out the door before she could say anything.

Tamsyn knew that she’d eaten too much. This was really uncomfortable.

Roman returned a few minutes later with a heating pad, and some antacids, and the sippy cup that Salem had bought her earlier that day. The sippy cup was filled with water.

“Right. Here’s the antacid. You chew it.” He sat on the bed, facing her.

She sat up and leaned against the headboard before trying to take the antacid from him. But he drew his hand back and she stared at him in confusion.

“Open,” he commanded. Then he shook his head. “Sorry, didn’t mean to sound so demanding. But I need to help you with this, so please open.”

She opened her mouth, and he placed the antacid on her tongue.

“Thank you,” he murmured.

Maybe because he’d been feeding her earlier he didn’t think she could use her hands.

“Ew, this tastes gross. Like chalk.” And she wanted to spit it out. Right now! She needed to go to the bathroom, but he grabbed hold of her, placing her back on the bed.

Whoa.

That was unexpected.

He was a lot stronger than he looked.

“I need to go spit it out,” she told him.

“No, you need to swallow.” He picked up the sippy cup and held it to her lips.

Um.

This was a bit strange. But she found herself opening her mouth as he placed the mouthpiece against her lips. She sucked on the water, letting it wash away the hideous taste.

She put her hands around the cup, but he didn’t let go. It was like he was feeding her a bottle. Finally, she had to turn her face away because she’d had enough.

“How was that? Are you feeling better?”

She let out a small burp, rubbing her chest. “A bit.” She peeked up to find him grinning. “What?”

“Nothing. It’s a good sign, hopefully it will ease your indigestion.”

She nodded. She hoped so.

“Here, let me plug this heating pad in. You can put it on your stomach. Is it better to lie on your back or your side?”

She experimented. “On my side.”

“You lie down under the blankets and let me put it over your tummy.” She got into position, and he placed the heating pad over her belly before joining her on the other side. “Right, how about I read to you? That might take your mind off your tummy.”

She had her doubts, but she nodded.

Ten minutes later, just as the heroine was about to get her bottom paddled, she drifted off to sleep.
