Tempted by her Daddies: Chapter 32

Tempted by her Daddies (Harem of Daddies Book 6)

“I just got a message from Evette. She’s not feeling well. Some sort of stomach bug and she won’t be back tomorrow,” Salem said as he walked into the living room.

He couldn’t believe how beautifully Tamsyn had behaved for him while he’d had her blindfolded.

And she was comforted by cock warming. That had been a pleasant surprise.

Now, it was after dinner and getting late. Tomorrow was Monday and he’d been worried she would insist on going home.

Roman glanced up from where he sat in an armchair. He had his laptop with him, which wasn’t a surprise. But it was unusual for him to be out of his room like this.

Although Salem knew why he was.

Tamsyn.

She was bringing them closer together. Making them a family. And the relief and gratitude was overwhelming.

Salem knew he could be bossy. He knew that he had a tendency to try and take over other people’s lives. And that Alexei and Roman didn’t always appreciate that.

So they were likely glad he now had Tamsyn to focus on.

“Probably better she’s not here for a while anyway,” Alexei said. “We need to work on getting Bunny to move in.”

“We can’t pressure her,” Roman warned.

“Why not?” Alexei said. “We’re in charge. We should just tell her that’s what is happening. That she’s moving in here.”

Salem ran his hand over his face. “I would love to just tell her that.”

“Good. It’s settled.” Alexei was lounged back in the sofa, a boxing match playing on the TV but turned down low.

“But I can’t just tell her that. There’s something called free will.”

Alexei snorted. “Bullshit. We want her. She’d be safe here. She wouldn’t be safe out there. Alone. Without me to protect her.”

“She’s done just fine for the first twenty-three years of her life,” Roman pointed out.

“Just fine isn’t good enough,” Alexei said. “She should stay here where we can take care of her.”

“Look, we are all in agreement that that would be the best outcome,” Salem started to say. “But—”

“No buts.” Alexei scowled. “Either she stays here or I kidnap her, lock her in my room and keep her chained to the bed. And then she still stays here.”

“Where is she,” Salem said, looking over at the door.

“Having a shower,” Roman said.

“She said she wanted one on her own,” Alexei grumbled. “I don’t like that.”

Salem sighed. “She’s entitled to some privacy.”

Alexei shot him a look.

“This can be overwhelming. We can be overwhelming,” Salem told him.

“Speak for yourself. I’m easy to deal with.”

Roman was gaping at Alexei by now. Salem just shook his head. “Sure you are.”

“Hey, what’s going on?” Tamsyn walked in wearing her original clothes.

He’d done a bit of online shopping earlier for her while she was sucking his cock.

“Evette isn’t feeling well,” Salem told her, walking over to grab her hand and bring her to the sofa.

She sat next to Alexei who immediately pulled her onto his lap and nuzzled into her neck. Not that she seemed to mind.

“Oh, poor thing. Is she all right?” she asked, staring up at Salem.

“She thinks that she might have picked something up on the plane,” Salem said.

“Well, I can keep cleaning around here until she comes back,” she offered, frowning down at her phone. “I don’t have a new job lined up yet.”

Salem frowned at Alexei as he opened his mouth. He could imagine what the other man had been about to say. But they could not push too far too fast.

Thankfully she was still staring down at her phone so she didn’t see him scowling at the Russian.

“I really do need to go home tonight,” she said. “I’ll need some more work clothes. I don’t want to get my new things dirty.”

Shit.

He could see Alexei tensing. That wasn’t going to go down well if she tried to leave.

“You might as well stay here,” Roman said. “By the time you get home you’ll barely have any time before you have to come back.”

It probably helped that Roman said that so casually, while looking at his laptop screen. Salem didn’t know if he’d done that on purpose or not.

“I guess,” she said. “But what about my clothes for work tomorrow?”

“That’s simple, you won’t be cleaning tomorrow,” Alexei stated.

Salem sighed. He guessed that he couldn’t have expected Alexei to stay quiet the whole time.

“I won’t be?” she asked, looking up from her phone.

“Is something wrong?” Salem asked.

She gave him a confused look.

“You were frowning at your phone.”

“Oh, sorry. No, I was just checking to see if I had any new job offers. If you don’t want me to clean until Evette returns, I should go job hunting. I mean, I should do that anyway as I guess she won’t be gone long.”

God. Why hadn’t he realized she would be worrying about this? He should have.

“You don’t need to clean because you’re our girlfriend now and we will take care of you,” Alexei told her.

“You will?” She tried to turn to see Alexei’s face. “What does that mean?”

“We don’t really feel comfortable with you cleaning for us when you’re dating us,” Salem tried to explain.

“Why?” she asked.

“We just don’t want you to feel like you have to pick up after us,” Salem said.

“But I offered.”

“Which is very kind,” Salem told her. “But you shouldn’t feel like you have to do anything. All right?”

“Okay.” She nodded. “I’ll do some job hunting tomorrow, then.”

“No,” Alexei growled.

“Alexei,” Salem said.

“Why no?” she asked. “I don’t understand.”

“I told you, because we’re taking care of you,” Alexei replied.

“Yes, but you didn’t really explain what that meant,” she said.

“That you don’t need a job because we will provide everything,” Alexei stated.

“Umm. You will?” she asked.

“Yes. So, you see, it is simple. You will move in here and allow us to take care of everything.”

Dear Lord, help him.

“Simple,” she repeated.

“It might not be that simple,” Roman said, glancing over at Alexei. “What about her housing now? Is there a lease? Do you need to break it? And what will Tamsyn do while we’re at work? Won’t she get bored? Maybe she might like a career of her own.”

Right.

All good points.

“I think—” Salem started to say.

“I don’t want her working outside the house. It’s too dangerous without me there to watch over her.”

Shit.

That was Alexei’s childhood trauma rearing its head. He’d gone to school one day and when he’d returned home, his entire family had been gone.

But Tamsyn likely didn’t know about that as he rarely spoke of it.

“Dangerous?” she asked.

“Alexei is worried about something happening to you,” Salem explained.

“I know. That’s why he’s snuck into my room the last two nights. Because he worries about me. But you don’t need to worry so much. I can take care of myself.”

“You can’t protect yourself from a gunman or a bomb in the underground or a car crash,” Alexei told her. “Here, you’re safe. Especially if I work from home.”

“How are you going to work from home?” Salem asked. There were some days when he probably could, but not all the time.

Alexei shrugged. “I’ll make it work.”

“Um, I’m home most of the time, anyway. I can protect Tamsyn, or do you not trust me to do that?” Roman pointed out.

Shit. What was Alexei going to say to that?

“Of course he does,” Tamsyn said. “But also, I can look after myself, guys. And I don’t think it’s right to just let you take care of everything financially. Is it?”

“Sure it is,” Alexei said. “It’s what people who care about each other do. We’ll take care of you and you’ll stay here, inside, where it’s safe.”

There was a beat or two of silence at that statement.

“Not sure I could stay inside all of the time,” she said.

“You don’t have to,” Salem reassured her, ignoring Alexei’s scowl. “But we would expect you to be careful all the time and to tell us where you’re going and when you will be back. And be in regular contact at all times. Plus, allow us to track your phone.”

Okay, maybe he and Alexei weren’t so different.

That was disturbing.

“Umm.” She gaped at him while Alexei grinned above her head.

“Why don’t you stay the week with us and see how things go,” Roman said. “If you want a job, you have the time and space to look. And these guys will let you do that.” Roman glanced at them both.

Huh.

Since when had he gotten so forceful?

Salem braced himself for her to argue with them. He’d have to work on convincing her to stay.

“All right,” she said.

“If you could . . . wait, what?” he asked.

“I said I’d stay.”

“You will? Salem asked.

“Oh, were you not expecting me to say yes?” she asked. “Should I not have said yes? I’m new to this relationship stuff.”

“No, no,” Salem said. “You should definitely have said yes.” Relief filled him.

“Good girl,” Alexei told her. “We’re going to take good care of you.”

“I can be home all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday,” Roman said.

“I have to go into headquarters tomorrow,” Alexei grumbled. “I’ll be here Tuesday.”

“That leaves Thursday for me, baby,” Salem told her. He liked the idea of having her all to himself, even if he did have to work for part of it.

Yeah, that would be the perfect time for Sir and Pet to play some more.

Salem finished the last piece of work he had to do and glanced at the clock with a wince.

Shit.

He’d hoped to finish earlier than this so he could spend some time with his girl.

He wondered if she’d eaten any lunch. Getting to his feet, he stretched, working out the kinks in his body before he set off, trying to find her.

Ten minutes later, panic was just starting to form in his stomach as he put on his coat and stepped outside to find her sitting on the daybed.

“I’m starting to think that we need to put a tracker on you,” he grumbled as he walked over to the daybed.

She smiled up at him. “It’s a big house.”

“Yes, it is. What are you doing out here, Pet? It’s cold.”

“But the sun is shining,” she protested.

“That doesn’t make it warm.” He sat next to her.

“I’ve got my coat on, though.”

“Which I’m glad about.” He lifted her onto his lap. “But you also need a blanket, hat, gloves, and a scarf.”

“I’m not fragile. Where I used to live, this would be considered positively barmy.”

He frowned slightly. “And where was that?”

“Ahh, well, I moved around a lot. But for a while I lived on this cold island off the coast of Scotland with my Grandpa.”

She tensed slightly and he wondered if she’d meant to reveal that. She could be very secretive. It made him wonder if she had something to hide about her past.

Easy.

Don’t push her too much too fast.

“Your Grandpa? You lived with him?”

“Yes, after my mum died. It was just her and me for a long time. And then after she was gone, child services took me to live with my Grandpa. He was . . . interesting. He didn’t like people much and I don’t think he ever expected to be landed with a child. I can’t recall my mum ever mentioning him to me.”

“I’m so sorry, baby,” he told her, turning her so he could look down at her. “That must have been so hard.”

She shrugged. “I had my friends. They helped me.”

He had so many follow up questions. Like how old she’d been when she’d gone to live with her grandfather. And who were these friends? She’d never mentioned them before.

But he held them back, because he could tell she’d reached the limit of how much she was comfortable telling him.

“Would you prefer to live in a warmer climate?” he asked her. He loved living here but if she didn’t . . .

Whoa. Where had that thought came from?

“No. I’m happy here.” She smiled up at him.

“You are so beautiful, baby,” he told her huskily. “I’m sorry that I had to work so long.”

“It’s all right. I just came out here to clear my head a bit.”

“Have you had lunch yet?”

“It’s lunchtime?” she asked, shocked.

“It’s past lunchtime. How about soup and rolls?”

“Yummy. I don’t want to go in yet, though.”

“All right, we’ll have lunch out here. But I’m getting you a blanket and a hat.”

She pulled her phone out from where she’d hid it behind a cushion. She hadn’t wanted to risk Salem seeing the messages she’d received this morning.

They were the real reason she’d come outside. She’d needed some fresh air to try and settle her nerves.

Tamsyn rubbed her tummy.

The subterfuge was getting to her. It was making her feel ill.

These were good guys and what she was doing wasn’t right.

One of his lackeys had been sending her messages, telling her that he wasn’t happy.

And she knew what happened when he wasn’t happy.

She had to send him something or she was likely going to end up getting a visit. Which wouldn’t go well.

So she sent a message to the lackey. Because she didn’t want to talk directly to him.

Tell him that I’m living with them and they are falling for me. I’ll get them to spill their secrets to me. No matter what I have to do.

God.

She was going to puke.

Glancing up, she saw Salem walking toward her holding a tray of food with a blanket over his arm.

He was such a good man. And she was the worst sort of person.

“Here we are. Tomato soup with sour cream and warm bread rolls.”

Tamsyn wished she could eat the food. He placed the tray on daybed. Then he placed the blanket around her. He even produced a hat from his pocket and put it on her head.

Such a worrywart.

He settled in next to her, then reached over to grab a bowl of soup and a spoon, handing them to her.

She took it, holding it in her hands as she watched him grab the other bowl.

Then he sat and watched her.

“What is it?” she asked. “Is there something on my face?”

“No, baby, you’re beautiful as always. I was just waiting for you to start eating.”

“I don’t think I can,” she told him, stirring the soup. “But you eat.”

“I’m not eating unless you are,” he replied firmly. “What’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?”

“No, Sir,” she said quietly. “Just feel funny in my tummy.”

She risked a look at him and he was staring at her intently. “Do you need Sir to help?”

Oh good. He understood.

Tamsyn nodded.

He set aside his soup and she felt bad that he wasn’t getting any lunch because of her. But then he produced a blindfold from his pocket.

She had to smile. “Do you carry those around all the time now?”

“Well, you never know when I’m going to need one. Do you need this, Pet?”

“Yes, Sir. Please,” she begged.

“Good girl for telling me what you need,” he told her as he placed the blindfold over her eyes.

This was the only way for her to let go of the stress forming a tight ball in her stomach.

Slowly, her shoulders eased and she felt like she could breathe.

“Open your mouth, Pet,” he said firmly.

She couldn’t ignore the command in that tone and she parted her lips. He placed a spoonful of soup in her mouth.

“Swallow. That’s it. Here’s some roll. Open again.”

He fed her for several minutes until she grew guilty that his lunch was going cold.

“Open,” he commanded.

She shook her head, pressing her lips closed.

“Excuse me?” he asked in a dark voice. “Are you allowed to refuse Sir?”

Uh-oh.

She should do as she was told. But she shook her head again.

“Do you want to be punished, Pet?” he asked in a silky voice.

Tamsyn had to take a moment to think about that. Did she want to be punished? Was that why she was playing up? To get him to punish her?

You deserve it.

And maybe it would make her feel better . . . maybe.

He cupped her cheek with his warm hand. “Not sure why you want to be punished, but if you need a spanking you only have to ask. Do you need to be spanked, Pet?”

She nodded. “Please, Sir.”

He shifted and she let out a small noise of protest, thinking he was leaving. But he soon returned.

“Shh,” he soothed. “I was just putting the food down. I’m not going anywhere. This is going to be short and hard, though. I don’t want you getting cold.”

Then the blanket was shifted away from her and he guided her over his lap.

More of that tension dissipated as she gave herself over to him.

She didn’t have to worry about all the crap in her life. She didn’t have to stress and balance everyone else’s interests.

She was Pet.

And Sir would look after her.

Her pants were pulled down, followed by her panties. And then his hand landed on her ass.

“My Pet doesn’t act out to get a spanking. She doesn’t refuse food,” he lectured as he spanked.

He hadn’t been lying; he was spanking her hard and fast.

And it was glorious.

“She tells Sir what she needs. Because it’s his job to give her whatever she requires.”

God.

Tamsyn wished that was true. That he could give her whatever she needed. It would certainly make her life easier.

The spanking suddenly ended and he rubbed the heat into her ass cheeks.

A small moan escaped her.

“Hmm, I’m guessing my Pet is turned on. Too bad she doesn’t get to come after being spanked.”

“But I asked to be spanked.”

“Ahh, no, you didn’t. You disobeyed me so you’d get spanked. There’s a difference.”

Well, that sucked.

She pouted as he drew up her panties and pants and then settled her onto his lap so she faced his chest.

Then he wrapped his arms around her and she forgot about being upset.

Because she was safe in Sir’s arms.

Just where she wanted to be.
