Hello, my name is Joker... I'm a detective, that steals the truth. My assistant's name is Ema and she is obsessed with science. She always tells me to be serious but sadly it is not me, that is why I'm called Joker. The reason I became a detective is to find the killer who robbed my brother's life right in front of my eyes. He killed him with only two bullets, one shot in the leg and the second in the head, just to watch him suffer. I accidentally saw the scene because I was out shopping. I saw my brother staring at me in pain and he yelled at me,'' RUN'' But my mind was so dizzy on that day so I just screamed in anger'' What did you do brother?'' Before he could answer he was dead right in front of me. '' I saw the killer putting a weird card next to his body. I yelled at the killer, ''I'm going to kill you'' The killer heard me and acted quickly, he threw a poisonous knife right at my left eye. I remembered that I was screaming in pain and I was slowly losing my breath so I passed out. I taught I was going to die but luckily I woke up in the hospital the next day. When I woke up. I saw two doctors and a nurse telling me I was lucky to be alive. They told me that my body miraculously adapted to the poison, the poison was from a lionfish and which is the most deadliest sea creature on earth and I survived. I felt numbness in my left eye so I wanted to look at the mirror. It seemed that my left eye turned green and I got a scar too. The doctors said I have to treat my wounds by adding warm water to my eye, so they gave me a special eye drop for my eye. Before I was going home I asked the doctors, how come I survived? They replied that a police officer was walking down that area at that night and saved my life. Later they told me that I was legally her mother because she adopted me since my mother died of grief. The day passed by and all I could think of was revenge and later on in my life, I realized that my eye gave me a weird power such as an x-ray vision of truth and lies. Basically, if somebody lies my left eye becomes foggy, and if somebody tells the truth it is normal.
My adopted mother is the chief of the police force and her duty is to keep the streets safe. My mother knows about my left eye since I told her when I was a bit younger because she seemed to be a very reasonable woman. So she later gave me a job as a detective and a partner, her name is, Ema as you may know her and she is obsessed with science. Let me talk about the police force. My mother is the boss and then we have a special unit called 1 and they are specially trained for special cases basically they are a lethal tag force. Every police officer has a ranking of 1-10... There is also a top-secret unit called 0 which is legendary skillful and has the highest rating and arrest. They show up in rare cases when the police force 1-10 cannot finish the job or if a criminal is extremely dangerous.
When I arrived with, Ema at the police station I heard a voice yelling at us,
Police Officer; Hello! Ema and Joker!!! You have a strange case in Berlin, a person that rode a motorcycle just died with one bullet wound...I yelled at the police officer and said to him, ''Ã will take the case''...
Police officer; Alright Good to hear, You will be going to Berlin tomorrow.
The reason why I took interest in that case is very simple it is because I felt that my case is connected with this one too. I felt that only one person could have done that and that was the same killer who killed my brother. They used the same killing method and they are highly trained.
