Author's POVWithout knocking the door, Akhilesh went inside the room,there was a man with cleanly shaved head and a blonde woman. Akhilesh  deeply hugged the shaved man in surgery costume without any words.  Akhilesh accepted and tolerated his brother's fault  without regression because of his affection , So Akhilesh can easily forgive his brother Aadhi."Akhilesh bhai, how did you know this place? I am really astonished and happy to see before my surgery, Now I am gaining a thousands of elephant's strength. Sorry for everything which I did without your knowledge...." Aadhi embraced his brother and pleaded for his faults to forgive."Chotu 'It’s no use crying over spilt milk'. I am always for you. Don't worry, be strong...." Akhilesh was using his knuckle to weep endless tears of Aadhi "Please Forgive and blessing me jiju......" Ragavi knelt down to lay on Akhilesh's leg. Before she laid, Akhilesh hold her shoulder to stop her motion and replied her " Need not to pardon, my wishes and blessings were always along with you both......" Neha was numb and stared the whole event with a fierce look in the entrance of room.Ragavi sensed some eyes chase her ,so she rolled her head, Suddenly she catched her lovable Sister who was standing in entrance of the room within a nanosecond she started to run towards Neha, "Akka.." a hard slap placed on Ragavi's cheeks, "How can you do this? ..... Neha asked furiously to her Sister. Aadhi scampered and embraced her wife who had hand on her cheek with uncontrolled tears. "Ragavi is waiting for our baby,so please Neha behan don't hit her, and don't get angry on her...."  after hearing these sentence Neha felt down her raised hand.Ragavi tightly hugged Neha, " Please forgive me akka, you has all rights to scold and slap me .... "Ragavi was rambling those words with sob.Silent as a panther, Neha was slumped on the sofa with shrunk face when she left from  Ragavi's hug, Ragavi also slumped besides Neha, "Akka, please talk to me, I didn't do anything pre-planned. Two years ago Aadhi was joined as a professor in my collage, before our first meeting  he saw in a mall and had love at his first sight on me. Aadhi proposed me and waited for one and half years until I had to accept his love, but I couldn't realised his love, before he met a terrific accident. On that day of his accident I was perceived my love on Aadhi clearly. After Aadhi discharged from hospital, I conveyed my love to him.we planned to convey our relation to our family and start our marriage life after completing my studies.  We were happily sailing in our Titanic somewhat the climax scene was arrived soon. Our love titantic hit an iceberg with extremely potential. Even though Aadhi recovered from his bruises he had some dizziness and faints, so we were cross checked his health to a Neurologist and consulted  his family doctor.Aadhi was not fully recovered from his accident  bruise. He had blood clotting in his left brain. Aadhi's family doctor prescribed medicines were trying to dissolve the clot but it could not dissolved the clot , After cross checked, the doctor concluded the only solution for his clot was surgery, ,our world was stunned and motionless.After knowing the fact about Aadhi's health,we were emotional packed thus it made a base for our baby's formation,we were not felt guilty or shame because our love was beyond any relationship. On the other hand we met their family doctor to confess full detail about Aadhi's health and his brother Akhilesh was trying to place an appointment to renowned Neurosurgeon for his surgery.Last month I was confirmed my pregnancy through pregnancy kid. After confirming our baby arrival ,Aadhi was seeking permission to his grandfather for our marriage by without said that I was pregnant but his grandfather refused according to my family status.  His brother Akhilesh does not have believe in love moreover Aadhi's health condition, no one should give permission for our marriage. Neha akka, you knew about father's health then how would I convey this  to our Appa and you.we weren't ready to tardiness to our marriage and not ready to think about pros and cons of our marriage, So we decided to elope and came to Kerala because doctor Sabari had a hospital in his native Kerala......." Ragavi narrated her whole story to her sister which one was full of sorrow,love and emotional impacts. Neha wiped off tears of Ragavi."I am trying to forgive and forget everything for our little angel who is now sleeping in your womb. How many months for our Angel? Our mother is coming back to the earth in baby form, Ragavi....." Neha chuckled with glistening eyes and keenly wait for her  Ragavi's reply.Ragavi raised her three fingers " oh! superb Three months, if Appa hears this he will fly in the sky without wings, our Amma is back..." Neha cupped her sister's cheeks to kiss her in the forehead."Yeap it's not ok, That's Angel is not your mom it's our mom. Our mom is back ....." Akhilesh place his arm on Aadhi's shoulder with cheerful smile."Nope it's our mom..."  Before Neha completed her sentence Aadhi gagged by his reply instantly " she is mother's of four big children,ok Now all are happy....." Disturbance for the sentiment- drama was come in the form of someone knock. They were turning towards the door because someone knocked it. " Ya ! Come in...' Aadhi invited the man and introduced his brother Akhilesh."Akhilesh bhai he is my college friend Karthick who is working as officer in forest department of Kerala. He payed the three fourth of bill amount for surgery and supported and helped me lot before I ask help from him...." Aadhi  elaborated his friend karthick's pride to Akhilesh. So he was third person involved in this matter. what was his motive to voluntarily help Aadhi and paid off the money.what was his source to pay off the huge amount. Enormous questions  raised in Akhilesh mind.Akhilesh called Sundeep and his PA Stephen who were standing outside the room. After Sundeep entered into the room Akhilesh introduced him to Karthick, " He is Sundeep who was appointed for Aadhi's chasing work , You remembered him he is  investigated you but......" Before Akhilesh filled the remaining  Aadhi said " Bhai I intimate him not to said anything to Sundeep and you, it's my fault....." Akhilesh gazed his brother and Karthick by freaking eyes.White uniformed Nurse, some ward boys were popped up  into the room and instructed everyone would stay outside to prepare Aadhi for surgery. Ragavi  stayed with Aadhi the other guys were went outside and sat in the chair which was placed in corridor.A middle age man who wore tidy doctor coat and Akhilesh family doctor were marching towards the room in the corridor. Akhilesh  stood up and streched his right hand forward for a handshake " Hello Dr. Sabari, Glad to meet you sir, please do my brother's surgery as successful one and save his life, I believes you so much....." Akhilesh placed his request to Mr. Sabari and shook hand to his family doctor by thanked him for coming." I  will try my level best and save your brother's life it's is my duty nevertheless everything happened by God's Sake....." Mr.Sabari perceived his position clearly.On that time, Aadhi's room unlatched and ward boys trolled the stretcher which carring Aadhi. Aadhi's visage showed his scare about surgery. He grabbed Akhilesh hand " Bhai, Neha behan Take care My Ragavi..." Ragavi sobbed and hold Aadhi's another hand, " Ragu Don't weep I will be back soon, stay strong...." Before he completed the sentence,ward boys were trolled the stretcher, everyone followed up. Everyone stopped in front of the operation theatre by  Nurse. Dr. Sabari, Nurses and Akhilesh family doctor were rushed up into operation theatre.
