The unwanted proposal🔹🔹🔹Nobody's POVAfter Spruha's words , sharad made sure to leave a message to the Malhotra's letting them know about the meet. Reading their reply , both sharad and Rachana were happy and we're looking forward for tomorrow. .."Shaalu areee shaalu kaha ho tum?????" Raj shouted running all over the living room searching for his wife. "Raj , why are you shouting?? What's wrong??" She asked panicked. "Areeee , the Agarwal's accepted our proposal!!! Spruha has said yes!! And sharad has invited us tomorrow evening for the talk!!" He said twirling his wife. "Kyaa??? Sacchi????" She exclaimed grinning and both the couple did a little couple dance. "Woah!!! Love is in the air! Huh..!!!" Dimple commented seeing their dance. "Aaja aaja tu bhi!!! Varad ki marriage fix hui hai!!!!" Raaj said taking her hand and dancing with her. Shalmali laughed at her husband's naughtiness. The Malhotra's happiness knew no bound after hearing the news. Everyone were happy and waiting for Varad to come back from the hospital and share him the good news. "Wow!!! I will get a new bhabhi???? That means I need to do a lot of shopping for bhai's wedding!!! Woah!! I'm so happy!!! I'm so excited to meet her!!!! What's her name mumma??" Dimple asked. "Spruha!" Raaj said and she smiled. "Woah! So beautiful!" She said. "I'm so happy for bhaai!!! I'm going to enjoy this so much!!! Yippee!!!!" She exclaimed clapping her hands. "I will make Badam halwa today , varad loves alot!!" Shalmali chirped heading towards the kitchen. ..Varad couldn't believe that his sweetheart really agreed to his proposal! He was jumping all around and hugged his parents. "Thankyou so much!! I love you two!!" He said and they blessed him. Varad was on cloud nine and his happiness knew no bounds. He enjoyed the dinner as well as the badam halwa his mother made for him. Post dinner , he went on the terrace and dialled shantanu's number. "Broooooo she agreed! She said yes!!!! Finally I got my sweetheart back!!!!!" He said in one breath grinning. "Ohh myy god!!! Really???? Thankgod! Tu toh devdaas banne se bach gaya" said Shantanu from the other end. "Saale!" "Seriously bro! I'm happy for you.. are you going to meet her tomorrow??" He asked. "Yess! And I'm hella excited! For fu*king years , since I saw her! Man... I swear!!!" He said , his heart fluttered. He wiped the lone tear that gathered his eyes. "Lover boy!!! Chill." He said laughing. "Whatever it is varad. Spruha is like a sister to me. Now that fate has bought you together , you better steal your chance. Aur agar iss baar tune kuch chutiyapa kiya na.... I swear va--" he cut him off "Nahi yarrr. I know. I know all this will be still complicated. I know how stubborn she is! But , this time I will win her heart!!!" He said. His eyes shined and his heart fluttered , he smiled grinning. "Good!! Kal ke liye all the best!! Rock it!!!" He said.  After a few casual talk , he hung the call. Varad looked at the black shining sky. The stars twinkled , brightening the dark sky. The cool breeze eased his racing heart. "I love you , Spruha!" I can't believe is this really happening!? I agree I said baba I have no one in my heart and I can happily agree to the guy you choose for me. But why I am feeling nervous!?? Varad is nothing.... But an unfinished chapter of my love life.But I can't get over him!! Relax!!! Just close your eyes and take a deep breath! No!!! Not him again!! Ohh god!!! Why even he has to come in my mind now!! When I am hell nervous here!Varad is nothing! He was just a teenage crush of mine..Teenage?? Seriously Spruha??Stupid. Idiot. Monkey. Donkey.Why he has to come now!? I rubbed my face and adjusted my 'dress of the day' as soon as I heard a knock on my door."Spruha are you ready?? Come out dear , they are asking for you!" I heard of bhabhi's chirpy voice from the other side. "Coming bhabhi" I said and looked myself in the mirror. I was was wearing a beautiful yellow patterned anarkali with my silver jhumkas , a little kajal with my pink lip gloss. Finally sighing I was about to go.I can't imagine , I am having a bridal look today! This was the 10th one I guess. Baba's friend Rajeev uncle was here with his family. I have seen in one of the get togethers , but not much. "Trust me beta , he's good one for you! I have seen him. I am not forcing you at all. They will be coming tomorrow evening , just a casual talk. I will agree to your decision!" "I trust you baba" and I hugged him tight. I remembered our yesterday's conversation. Finally deciding to giving it a try I was now out ready to face the consequences.I kept my head down all the time , I sat in between aai and bhai. While dad was on the chair with Pihu. The woman was beautiful and exactly had a motherly affection. I smiled lightly at her.My mother guided me towards them. I bowed both the elderly figured in front of me. "God bless you , beta" it was Rajeev uncle I guess. I smiled to both. Till now I didn't even glanced at the man who was sitting opposite to me. 😏 However they were four persons in all. Rajeev uncle , his wife , ofcourse then he's son then a cute girl who was continuously chattering! Just have a look at him for once spruha! My heart said."Not at all" I scolded."Come dear , serve them these dishes" my mom patted my back , encouraging me.Seriously mom!!? I went near them keeping the dishes which had tasty snacks my mom prepared. I was already embarrassed , as if it wasn't enough my bhabi bought four glasses of Amul Lassi in a tray to serve them!? You too bhabi!?? I gave her a look but she just smiled and assured me. My hands were shivering to do all this. Already I did for like 10 times but why is it different!? I gave the first two glasses to Rajeev uncle and his wife and then my heart skipped a beat moving towards him. His perfume hit my nostrils hard making to look towards him. I forwarded the glass to him with same shivering hands and my eyes not leaving a single second to look away from him. Stop ogling him , spruha!!!Oh god!! The same chocolate-brown eyes , thick raven hairs ,  chiseled jaw , light stubble , straight nose with plumpy lips , the same handsome face of his!!I was shocked was an utter understatement of the year!? Was he really him!? My eyes met his making him look with popped opened eyes!! My heart was racing high in my chest! While he just gave me his signature smile , smiling as if he achieved something! Smiling! My foot!! I was brought back to senses when I heard the chatter box's voice. Yes! The girl sitting besides him , I guess she was his sister!? "I am also here bhabhi!? You can stare him later"My breath hitched hearing the word bhabhiOh god this girl!! I gave her a weak smile. Everyone started laughing while aunty said"Stop teasing her Shrau , don't make her more nervous!" "Nervous!? Didn't you see the longggg eye-lock they had mom!!??" I swear this girl!!?While this handsome man sitting there smiled broadly smiled at me.Gross!! I'll kill him now!? ...As dad said , it was just a casual talk. But I didn't had guts to look at that man in front of me!? How can he do this to me!?  Was he really him??  I still can't imagine what all happened!? Aunty... Shalmali Aunty , finally I heard her name from my Aai. She hugged me , kissing my forehead blessing me. Rajeev uncle did the same. Shrau hugged me. But , damn!! I didn't payed heed at that young man! I was hell angry! However , when our eyes met he winked me!? Seriously!? The guts you have to wink me?? Mr.??? ...I directly ran to my room slamming the door hard , and cried my heart out. Why baba??
