Chapter 15: The invasion begins

Charlie puts the picture frame down and notices how Stan was looking outside and not moving whatsoever. He was looking at a red and orange circle. It seemed to have something crawl out of it. He started shaking and ended up muttering out the words "It's begun."

Charlie: What?

Stan: Get Everyone away from here!

Charlie: Why-

Stan: DO IT NOW!

He walks outside to see the cyber demon step out of the portal. Stan gets the praetor suit on and he dashes at it.

Stan: You picked the wrong realm to fuck up!

He jumps onto the cyberdemon and it throws him into a building. He gets up from the rubble and sees that Charlie and angel are distracting the cyber demon.

Angel: Hey big guy. Over here.

The cyber demon looks to angel shooting at it with 2 Thompson SMG's. Charlie had an assault rifle and kept shooting at it.

Charlie: You won't kill him without going through us!

Stan got up grabbed his shotgun and blasted the cyber demon in the leg. He takes out his plasma rifle and blasts the cyber demon having it take lots of damage.

Stan: I told you to run.

Charlie: I couldn't leave you behind. You know I love you and it would break my heart for you to die.

Angel: If you two would stop talking and deal with the problem at hand.

Stan shoots out a stun grenade from his shoulder cannon and the cyber demon gets stunned for a moment. He runs up and pulls out the core causing it to die.

Stan: That was close but there's a lot more demons coming. We need to keep them away from the hotel.

Charlie: How do we do that?

Stan: I have an idea.

They run back to the hotel and barricade the lobby. Stan runs upstairs to Charlie's room to open the closet door and grabs a giant box he hid in there. It opens up any its the BFG 9000 and 5 rounds for it.

There was also a suit of armor he used to wear that is Charlie's size and he gives it to her and a helmet.

Charlie: Whats this?

Stan: Something to help you fight. And this puppy here is my BFG.

Charlie: So you have two.

She says that while blushing and looking down at his junk.

Stan: Oh. Well we need to use this to defeat the spider mastermind. She was the cause of this all. If we can kill her we can rest easy. But I will need the crucible.

Charlie: What is that?

Stan: An ancient weapon passed down by the knight sentinels to defeat the demons.

Charlie: Where is it? Well if you do know.

Stan: Dr. Samuel Hayden. He took it from me when I stopped the invasion on mars. If I could get through the portal I could make it there.

Angel: What can we do?

Stan: You need to make sure that this place stays secure. They will try to add this realm to their kingdom.

Angel: You got it. We need to get all the help we can get. Maybe that sir pentious guy could help?

Stan: Sure just make sure this place doesn't fall into the hands of the Argent demons.

He runs out of the building and finds a portal and jumps into it. There were dead bodies everywhere in that hell. He finds the other portal to mars and attempts to find Hayden.

He walked to the UAC facility and found Hayden's body with the crucible next to it. Stan grabs it and activates it. The blade was 6 feet long and was devastating. He sliced open the door with it. There was 4 hell knights outside the room. Stan slices them all in half with the crucible.

There were more coming so he had to go. The demons were gathering up into a horde that would be hard to take down. There was an escape one way and that was through that horde.
