Chapter 17: The final battle

They finished going over the plan of how to deal with the spider mastermind. They were ready for when that bitch would hit them. Each of them were making sure not to let their guard down for when they strike.

It was quiet for a few hours until they hear a roar. The roar came from down the street. Stan got up and Opened the door to see the spider mastermind destroying a lot of stuff in the city. They get up and aim their weapons at the overgrown brain tumor and open fire.

The spider mastermind was the strongest so he'd need to use the BIG FUCKING GUN to kill it. He took Charlie with him and they shot it in the leg causing it to limp. It mastermind throws debris at them hurting Charlie. Stan was pissed.

He runs to another building and aims another shot at its leg. The others are keeping it distracted while he shoots it in the back leg. He used 1 more shot of his BFG almost crippling the spider mastermind. He had 2 more left.

He was about to shoot the spider mastermind once more until it was about to shoot at Charlie. He drops the gun and ran towards Charlie yelling.

Stan: Charlie get out of the way!

This song plays

He gets hit directly by the laser from the mastermind. Charlie looks behind her to see him on the floor dripping of blood.

Charlie: N-No. This can't be happening!

Stan: G-Go *coughs up blood* you'll be safe.

Charlie: No! I'm not leaving without you!

Stan: I'm too much for you to carry. Just leave me. You and the others will be safe.

Charlie: No I can't leave you here. You'll die.

She bursts into tears holding him close. Then she feels a power surge she never felt before. Her eyes started to glow red just like Stan's eyes. She looks at the spider then to Stan as he falls down hardly breathing.

Charlie got up and picked up the BFG and shot it at the Spider mastermind's last good leg. She was filled with rage. Angel ran to pick up Stan while Charlie was going ape shit.

Angel: Just keep breathing buddy.

Stan: Nash *coughs* see you on the other side dude. I'll finally see you once more.

Angel: Don't say that. Stay with us.

He was starting to cry now. Angel busted down the door and threw Stan on the couch. Husk grabbed the medical kit and did what Charlie did a month earlier. Alastor ripped off the chest plate to see Stan was cut open badly. He lost a lot of blood. They looked in the container for the blood type he had and found it.

Meanwhile...

Charlie was angry. She cut the spider open and stuck the BFG into the spider mastermind's mouth and blasted it away. She stood there looking down at the brain tumor with a hole in its head. Charlie then walked to the hotel to see them all trying to keep Stan alive.

Stan: Nash I can hear you calling *cough* I don't know where from. Is it the light?

Alastor: Stay with us. Don't go to the light!

Vaggie: Please don't leave us.

Husk put antiseptic cream on Stan's arm and stuck the line from the blood pack to his veins giving him blood flow.

The blood was then cleaned up and Charlie grabbed Stan's hand while crying. He went limp and his arm fell. He passed out. Charlie helped stitch him up while trying to stay calm. His heart was going at a slow pace but rose up slowly.

(In Stan's mind)

???: You have done well Mr. Blazkowicz.

Stan: Who are you? Show yourself!

???: No need to be afraid my child, for it is I, God.

Stan: Wait am I dead?

God: No. you are barely alive. Your demon friends are keeping you alive.

Stan: That's great. But why am I here?

God: I wanted to speak to you about how your girlfriend Charlie is a demon who wishes to send sinners to heaven.

Stan: Is there anything wrong with it?

God: No no. I think her idea is great. Everyone should get a chance and that's why I have given you both titles. She is the demon of redemption and you are the angel of redemption.

Stan: Wait really?

God: Yes. You two will be the guardians of both hell and earth. You will be granted the ability to never age. And to those who you believe deserve it you could send to heaven or back to earth. That also means you two can be together forever.

Stan: Th-Thank you.

God: You're welcome my child. You should rest up. Your wounds will heal quicker than they would usually. Farewell.

Stan: Farewell.

He wakes up and slowly rises up to see just like the first time this had happened everyone was around him passed out. Charlie was gripped onto his hand like it was the only thing she knew in life.

He picks her up and slides her down right next to him and he hugs her. He felt Charlie grab tightly to his chest. He grunts in pain but walks it off. He looks at the wound. It was sealed up completely. There was a scar there. His skin was healed up already.

Stan got up and walked up to Charlie's room to take a bath. What he didn't know was that he woke up Charlie getting up. He makes it up there and gets the bath going. He puts bubbles in it like a child and lays down. The tub was quite big so he could lay down comfortably.

He saw all the blood on his skin be washed away as he relaxed. Charlie looked through the door and had the rush of lust again. She flipped the lights off and Stan yells dammit. He gets up and flips the light back on then he lays back down. When he does Charlie was sitting on the edge of tub covering her body with a towel.

Charlie: Mind if I join?

He just nodded and Charlie slipped into the tub. She threw her towel on the rack and she had the look in her eyes of a hungry predator about to get her prey.
