Chapter 19: A dinner with the devil

The next morning Charlie bugged Stan to get up at 7:00. She wanted to get him a new tuxedo for Thursday. He got up and got dragged downstairs and thrown into the limo. They got dropped off at a clothing store. They walked in and Stan almost fell down on the floor but Charlie caught him.

Charlie: Excuse me Sir. I need a tuxedo for my boyfriend here.

The demon store worker looked at the giant man almost falling from being tired. He got up and did some measurements on Stan's body and Charlie placed an order for a custom black tuxedo to pick up and paid for it.

Time skip 10 hours later.

Angel: I'm here to pick up a tuxedo for Stan Blazkowicz. Charlie made the order this morning.

Store worker: Ah yes. I have it in the back. Just wait here.

Angel: Alrighty then.

The store worker grabs the tuxedo and brings it out to the counter. The thing was massive. Makes sense for the reason Stan has huge biceps.

Store worker: She paid earlier so you can take it and leave. Have an enjoyable day.

Angel: You too.

Angel leaves the store and walks back to the limo. There Charlie and Stan were chilling while listening to some music.

Charlie: Did you get it?

Angel: Yeah. I understand why you needed to get one made specifically for him. His muscles are massive.

Charlie: And I like them.

Stan: Let's just go. I'll try it on.

He puts it on and it fits perfectly. It doesn't feel tight anywhere on his body. He stretched and it didn't rip. He was impressed with the work they did on it.

Charlie: That's where I get my clothes made. They do special ones for me because I'm "royalty".

Stan: Well I guess I'll make a good impression.

Angel: No matter what you look sexy to me.

Charlie looked at angel with a death glare. Angel smiled nervously and started playing around in the car. Charlie just pulled out her phone and texted her dad.

Charlie: Hey I just got a new tuxedo for tomorrow.

Lucifer: Ok that's good. Your mother will be here too. She's happy to meet him.

Charlie: Does she know he's a human/angel?

Lucifer: I told her already so there's no pressure there.

Charlie: Great. See you tomorrow night.

Lucifer: Alright see you.

The car ride was silent for the rest of the way until an explosion happened. They stopped as there was a turf war breaking out. Angel looks out the window to see it was his friend Cherri Bomb and some random person. Charlie and Stan get out and try to break up the fight.

Cherri: Oh it's the princess and- oh hello.

She noticed Stan in his new tuxedo.

Cherri: Who's this piece of masculine beauty?

Charlie: That would be my boyfriend. And could you not be having a turf war right now?

Cherri: What are you gonna do?

Charlie pulls out a pistol from Stan's pocket and points it at her.

Angel: Yeah you don't wanna mess with Charlie. Especially when it's about this guy.

Cherri: Fine. I'll stop.

Charlie: Good. Let's head back to the hotel guys. Bye.

They hop back into the car and make it back. They get there at 4:09. They're all hungry and raid the fridge for food. TheY find some lunch meat and just eat it like animals. Charlie flops on the couch in the lobby as she looks at her phone to set an alarm for when to leave tomorrow.

Time skip to 10:00pm

Charlie slips into bed falling asleep while Stan just rolled around looking for a good position to sleep in. He scoots over to Charlie and just falls asleep snuggling her.

They wake up next morning and hang out for a bit. They then start to get ready for the dinner that night. Charlie brushed her hair and tied the bottom up. She put her usual red tuxedo on. Stan put gel in his hair and combed it making it smooth. Then he slipped his black tuxedo on and looked in the mirror and said, looking good.

Everyone else was getting ready. Vaggie, Crymini, And Niffty put dresses on. Husk, Alastor, And angel put suits and tuxedos on too. They meet up downstairs and find that Nintendo switch they found a few weeks ago. Over time they found a lot of controllers and played SSBU.

20 minutes later.

Angel: ALASTOR STOP LEDGE GAURDING!!

Crymini: Hahaha.

Alastor: No. stop being a baby and just get up. Stan don't you dare f-smash me.

Stan: No.

He was playing as richter and smacks him with the morning star having him lose a stock.

Alastor: Dammit.

Charlie: Oh my FS meter is almost full.

Vaggie: Everyone stay away from her.

Announcer: 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Sudden death go.

Angel: It's me, Stan, and Charlie.

Charlie hits angel with Zero suit samus' f-smash. She then rolls and hits Stan with a side B.

Angel: Wow. You're pretty good.

Charlie: Good game guys. We should go get in the limo. We need to be there in less than an hour.

They hop into the limo her dad sent and go to the palace. Everyone was impressed with how it looked. They walked inside to see the interior was beautiful. Lucifer walks over and greets them. Then a strange woman walks over to Stan and greets him.

Lilith: Good evening. You must be Stan Blazkowicz. I've heard a lot about you and how you used to be a slayer of demons. I'm Lilith Charlie's mother.

Stan: Yeah but Pleasure to meet you.

Lucifer: Let me take you to the dining area. We have food done.

Alastor: What did you make?

Lucifer: Steak, Salad, Mashed pot-

Stan looked at him and ran into their kitchen.

Charlie: Oh no.

Lucifer: What's wrong?

Angel: He loves potatoes. They are his favorite thing to eat.

Vaggie: If we don't get there quickly he'll eat them all. This happened last week. We got some fries and he inhaled them like a vacuum.

Husk: He will murder that food. No trace whatsoever left.

Stan walks out with some salad, steak, and a mountain of mashed potatoes.

Lucifer: We made a lot so that seems fine. Everyone just grab some and sit down in the dining room.

They grabbed food and sat down at the table. Charlie sat down next to Stan and her dad.

Stan: Thanks for inviting us here Mr. Magne.

Lucifer: You can just call me Lucifer. It's my pleasure. I wanted to thank you all for doing what you did a couple of days ago.

Alastor/Husk: Killing those Argent demons?

Lucifer: Yes. If you weren't here, the entire city would've been destroyed and this hell would've been taken over.

Husk: All in a days work sir.

Stan: Well it's what I used to do before I met Charlie. I used to be full of hatred but She helped me get over the loss of my family and friends.

Lilith: Could you tell me If you don't mind me asking?

Charlie: Mom I don't think he wants-

Stan: It's okay. My family died around 4 years ago by the hands of the Argent demons. My wife Rose and my son Conor. My best friend Nash is dead because he died to a guy with supernatural powers but then Was defeated by my other best friend guile. I don't know what happened to him though.

Lilith: Oh. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Stan: It's fine. My anger issues were fixed with therapy sessions with Charlie.

Lilith: That's great.

They all dig in. Charlie takes a spoonful of potatoes and told Stan to say ah and stuck it in his mouth. Lilith and Lucifer chuckle at the sight of this. They finish their feast and all let out a That was delicious.

Angel: This stuff was great. The steak was perfect.

Crymini: Same here. I've been getting likes for sharing a photo of this food.

Niffty: I love it. The salad was nice. I like the croutons.

Lilith: Thank you all. I put handmade sour cream in the potatoes. There's also some beef flavoring in it.

Stan: Just like how my mom made it.

Husk: Hey It's 11:23pm. shouldn't we get going?

Charlie: Oh shoot. We do have to get going.

Lucifer: That's Fine. Love you sweetie.

Lilith: Love you.

Charlie: Love you too. Bye.

Vaggie: Thanks for the dinner.

They all get into the limo they came here in. The ride was almost an hour long back to the hotel.

Alastor: That was a nice feast. I'm glad we were invited over.

Husk: Yeah. They made that food perfectly. I wish we grabbed some for the road. Well it's no big deal.

Niffty: They were very nice. I expected them to be a bit overprotective about Charlie but they just let them do their own thing.

Angel: That honestly surprised me too. You'd expect a guy like him to be overprotective but he isn't.

Stan: Shh. Charlie is sleeping.

Husk: Oh sorry.

He looks down at Charlie as she's laying down in his lap. He brushes his hand through her hair as he falls asleep too. About 10 minutes later they make it back. Everyone just gets out but Stan has to be careful. He slides away and picks up Charlie and runs to their room. He slides her down into the bed and flops down into a pillow and rolls into an awkward sleeping position.
