It's great to feel good

The sweat dripping from your forehead

No one watching you

Your form seems perfect

Even if you're not #1

It is still such a gift

To be able to move your body

Those limbs

Breathe in and out

Not hooked by a machine

Isn't it great to move?

Burn those calories

Enough to lighten your mood

You stare as you run pass a mirror

See your muscles working

In unison

Aren't you happy you can move?

No?

Well you should be.

Be happy you can move and walk to the side.

Happy that you can run from a stranger getting high.

Be happy you can stretch

Get a cup of water

Move the pages of a book
